President Biden threatened Russia with "swift and severe consequences" should Moscow choose to "walk away from diplomacy and attack Ukraine," maintaining that the United States and allies are continuing "to prepare for every scenario." During a meeting of the United Nations Security Council Monday to address the ongoing Russia-Ukraine situation, the United States "presented in detail the full nature of Russia’s threat to Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity." "We made clear to the international community the full implications of that threat—not just for Ukraine, but for core tenets of the UN Charter and the modern International order," Biden continued.

He can threat an bluster all he wants, but the only funds he controls are Govt funds, and the day he tries to lay economic sanctions on Russia...Putin will put in a put. SELL every share of stock, liquidate every dime in US markets and businesses, sell every bond, call every loan. Costing the US economy MUCH more than the feeble impact Biden imagines. Markets will crash, Russians can buy it all back ten fold with the cash. IF they get the Chinese to join them it will be the greatest "Reset" of international wealth in world history. Most of Europe will sit it out, or join the selloff to keep from getting themselves targeted. A global "Firesale"

The pandemic no longer will allow the dems total control so now they will incite a war. Biden will then declare a national emergency and declare Marshal Law. Then he will cancel elections for November because of the "danger to our democracy" and all will remain the same. Dems really have no intention of losing power. They do not care about the low polls because they never intend to have an honest election again. They do not play fair or care about the American people.

When I was a kid growing up (oh so long ago) the story was that Russia was evil because they kept people from leaving. There was an Iron Wall around Russia and E. Germany that was anti-freedom and anti-captialism. Russia tore down that wall only to be raped and pillaged financially by the Clintons and US Elite along with the West. Today, the only walls going up around countries including Russia are those imposed by the United States in the form of sanctions if these countries do not submit to the attempted hegemony of the United States. Who is the aggressor?

Three beliefs of mine: 1. If Putin goes to war, Biden's response will be inadequate and unproductive. 2. If Putin does not go to war, Biden will claim credit. 3. Whatever Putin does will have little or nothing to do with what Biden says or does. Here is a bonus belief: Whether I like what Putin does (and I am sure I don't much of the time), he is a more reliable leader than Biden. That doesn't mean I like Putin's choices. It does mean I have no trust in my own president to do the right thing.

WASHINGTON - The Pentagon said on Monday it is in active discussions with Eastern European allies about possible U.S. troop deployments to NATO's eastern flank, as Washington moves to reassure jittery NATO allies in the face of a Russian military buildup near Ukraine. Any decisions on new troop movements would be separate from the some 8,500 forces in the United States who were put on alert last week to potentially bolster a NATO rapid response force, the Pentagon said, adding context to President Joe Biden's comments on Friday about potential near-term deployments to Eastern Europe. It was the North's most significant weapon launch in years, as Washington plans steps to show its commitment to its Asian allies. Sunday's launch could be a prelude to bigger provocations by Pyongyang, such as nuclear and long-range missile tests that pose a direct threat to the U.S. mainland, as the North tries to further pressure the Biden administration to win sanction relief or international recognition

COLUMBIA, S.C. — At President Joe Biden’s lowest moment in the 2020 campaign, South Carolina Rep. Jim Clyburn came to him with a suggestion: He should pledge to put the first Black woman on the Supreme Court. After some cajoling, Biden made the promise at a Democratic debate, a move Clyburn credits with turning out the Black support that helped Biden score a resounding victory in the South Carolina primary and ultimately win the White House. Two years later, the hoped-for vacancy on the court has arrived with the retirement of Justice Stephen Breyer. Biden is standing by his pledge.
