Albany—An upstate district attorney’s office is dropping its criminal investigation of sexual harassment allegations against Andrew Cuomo—shutting down the last of five criminal cases involving the disgraced ex-governor. But Oswego DA Gregory Oakes told The Post on Monday that while there’s not “sufficient legal basis” to bring charges based on allegations of unwanted physical contact by accuser Virginia Limmiatis, “this decision is not an exoneration.” “After a thorough review of the available evidence and applicable law, the Oswego County District Attorney’s Office has concluded that there is not a sufficient legal basis to bring criminal charges against former Governor Andrew Cuomo based upon the allegations of unwanted

Comments:

Donald Trump deserved to be removed from office over a crude joke, and thousands of foolish women marched around in vulgar hats because the TV and Instagram told them to. Andrew Cuomo actively molested and perved on any number of women and the law finds no fault, and thousands of Cuomosexual women swoon in ecstasy over their hunky hero. Textbook American equal justice under the law when you're a fellow traveler, or deemed an enemy of the state.

Let's face it - - Andy is a lying, leftist creep who never deserved to be governor - - but - - the claims by those grasping, delusional, extorting women were ridiculous. Andy's political enemies jumped on those claims as a way of getting rid of him - - without shining a light on all his other corrupt activities - - which they were equally guilty of. "Sexual harassment" was a convenient and useful tool - - for the corrupt to rid themselves of the corrupt - - without revealing their own corruption.

The smartness of NY Democrats - successfully moved everyone's focus from his role in senior deaths due to COVID in assisted living facilities, by showing the shiny piece of "sexual harassment". Once they got him out, all charges have been dropped on both counts.

George Dubya Bush, that wily radical conservative poker player of politics, declined to investigate what Andrew Cuomo did while head of HUD under Dubya's brother from another mother Bill Clinton, to include some $3 billion missing from the coffers. He deserved to be running a hot dog cart or shoeshine stand at a sketchy subway stop, but the GOP burnished his image, and let him run wild. He will not pay for killing the elderly at nursing homes, nor for his sex crimes.

Guess what? Cuomo will be running for either Governor or Attorney General. He has a rumored $18 million political campaign war chest, possibly as high as $30 million.Killing thousands in nursing homes? That's a bag of shells and didn't do anything to NJ governor Mussolini Murphy. He's running for something big.

It seems to me that the whole exercise was to run him out of office and 'dirty him up' with an eye to keeping him out of the 2024 'Rat Presidential primaries. Why else would the Leftist Media give him The Treatment usually reserved for Republicans that they want to get rid of....namely the successive lurid Sex Scandals, one after another after another, all breathlessly reported on the top-of-the-hour news and every evening TV 'news' show, for weeks on end. I believe that the Democ'RATS 'Behind the Green Curtain' have selected their 2024 Presidential Heir, and it ain't Cuomo. But, as Cuomo has name recognition and a war chest, he would likely be a strong contender (stronger than their Chosen One), so the operation was run to shove him off the road and down into the ditch, and cover him with mud. Don't believe me? Wait and See!

Sexual harassment is bad, but several thousand deaths as a result of his policy of putting Covid infected patients in elder care facilities is far, far worse. The MSM jumped on the sexual harassment and dropped the elder care facilities Covid deaths. The Covid deaths are an embarrassment for the MSM because of the slobbering praise they gave for the wonderful job Andrew Cuomo did (didn't do) handling Covid. The sexual harassment story gave them cover for their failure to report the elder care facilities Covid deaths.

Seattle—In response to rising crime and other safety issues, a downtown Seattle group has hired private security guards to do the work police officers aren’t able to do amid SPD’s staffing crisis.
