The coronavirus will hit millions of Americans in a "viral blizzard" within a few weeks as infections from the Omicron variant pile on top of Delta, an expert predicts. Already, hospitalizations are rising as the holiday season gets into full swing. Long lines for Covid-19 testing formed Thursday in metro areas, including New York, Boston and Miami. The Delta variant remains a problem. And Omicron, with its high transmissibility, could strike millions more soon, said Michael Osterholm, director of the Center for Infectious Disease Research and Policy at the University of Minnesota. Based on the DCD's own published data, the daily testing now is about the same as it was a year ago. The hospitalizations and deaths a year ago were the highest of the Covid pandemic. However, hospitalizations are not currently tracking with the volume of testing. A year ago the hospitalizations spiked at ~120K per day. Currently around ~40K a day despite near equal testing. Even James Comey's FBI would call that a clue.

Of course. How will America survive without the great COVID leadership that now-disgraced and gone Gov. Cuomo is gone and his brother cannot inform the masses of his leadership? On the other hand, at least our grandparents will be around for Christmas this year.

Get ready for the 2022 COVID feardemic! Get your COVID ballot early and often! More ballots are being printed to meet the expected demand as we speak! I'm off the COVID vaccine bandwagon. First, I did it for others, but that was meaningless. Then I did it because everyone else around me was being vaccinated. That stopped when the booster shot gave me a bout of irregular heartbeat. Why should I risk myself just because everyone else is? Noticed the Lady Chihuahua is also thinking about getting off the vaccine bandwagon. She is willing to get one booster a year (just like the flu shot), but not more. Popular opinion regarding the vaccine is slowly turning. The vaccine does not work. Too many vaccinated people are catching COVID and dying. The rate of infection and death is going up, not down. Nor is the vaccine safe. Complaints are coming in worldwide, and countries are starting to change policies. Look for the US to be last in this regard.

Does getting the Omicron variant provide natural immunity to the earlier variants? If so, that could be the best REAL vaccination possible. The only downside is for Big Pharma, who won't be selling their poison 'Clot Shot' to as many people.

Yes, #5. We have gone from counting deaths (which may, or may not, have been caused by covid), to counting people who have been infected. They have to report on the biggest scary number. What I want to know is, has the overall death toll for the last couple of years actually increased, and by how much? #9, I'm not going to be a pin cushion for the Govt. I'm waiting to see if Pharma comes up with a new vaccine that addresses the new threat (if it proves to be one), as they do with the flue every year. And then I'll re-evaluate.

My thought is that the Chinese designed these things for the Democrats, and they're being released to drive the Democrat agenda. The Democrats are waging Biological Warfare on the American People. Easiest thing in the World to carry this stuff around to be released in aerosol form. Need a new variant? Presto!! The only reason these things aren't truly lethal, yet is that like any tyrant, you try to make sure the threat you use to beat on your serfs doesn't come back to bite you. Though I warn you. If we do rebel and they see their futures are done, they may have a more lethal variant in reserve. It'll be revealed in 2024, if they don't take Trump out, before then.

Re #10....it may well prove to be true, but certainly we don't yet know. Seems pretty likely, and I would assume that if enough of the external structures are the same between Alpha and Omicron it should be a good analogy to the cowpox/smallpox situation which brought the whole concept of vaccination to the medical community a couple of centuries back. It's a reasonable expectation that getting infected with Omicron may provide effective natural immunity. I still think that the untold story is that a large swath of people had natural immunity to the Alpha variant in 2019. Look up the technical papers on the Diamond Princess "experiment" in Feb-March 2020.

Create a problem, promise to solve it, fail miserably (and make the problem even worse), then bill us to repeat the process.... They tried to get unemployment to soar, but couldn't organically, so they devise a "virus", declare emergency powers, force a quarter of the workforce to be indefinitely furloughed as "non-essential". That was enough to force universal-mail-in-balloting to steal an election. Now force another quarter of the workforce to be fired through specious "vaccine" mandates, so they can repeat the steal in the midterms. Have we had enough of the CommieBullshit, yet? A newly-ordained pastor from Chicago is dressing up in drag in order to lead church services with children. Aaron Musser, who was ordained this summer, can be seen addressing children from a pulpit in his church dressed in a blonde wig, white dress, and makeup before spreading the word of the Lord to children at his parish at St. Luke's Lutheran Church of Logan Square.(Snip)The announcement noted that 'Seminarian Aaron' would be 'preaching in drag!' adding that the church wanted everyone 'to wear garments/accessories that make you feel 100%, like the best version of yourself.' When Westminster United Methodist Church in Houston resumed in-person services late last year, after a seven-month halt due to COVID-19, there were Sundays when only three worshippers showed up, according to the pastor, Meredith Mills. Since then, attendance has inched back up, but it’s still only about half the pre-pandemic turnout of 160 or 170, Mills estimates.(Snip)Among mainline Protestants, just 1% said in a May 2020 poll that they were attending in-person services at least once a week. In the new poll, 14% say they’re doing so now, compared to 16% who say they did in 2019.
