Nuns from Latin America visited George Floyd Square on Monday. They prayed and sang at the spot where George Floyd was murdered by former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin at the intersection of East 38th Street and Chicago Avenue South. The sisters say the memorial is important to the social justice movement in the U.S. They are enrolled at Saint Mary's University in partnership with the Catholic Extension Society.

Comments:

the whole fake story.. except for a copy of Das Kapital and a signed photo of Che being seen beneath one of the "sisters" habits..

George Floyd died of a drug overdose. Nothing that the officers did had any negative health effect on him. All the media reports, save a very few, were total lies.

Reminds me of the story of two nuns who came to the US for the first time and decided to take in a baseball game. When a vendor offered them 'hot dogs', they were puzzled but accepted. Looking in the wrapper, the first nun sees the hot dog, turns to her partner and asks "What part of the dog did YOU get?"

Schmitt says it costs more to build a house like this but they'll save cash in heating and cooling bills along with cutting their carbon footprint.

Despite their public show of unity, Biden and his right-hand woman have a dysfunctional relationship that has reached an “exhausted stalemate,” CNN said based on interviews with nearly three dozen insiders. At a time when the president would usually be expected to promote his vice president as a future replacement in the White House, Biden has instead been sidelining Harris as a potential liability, the report said.
