Unvaccinated Americans are more likely to die of non-Covid causes than those who got their shots, a new report finds. Researchers from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) compared deaths among those aged 12 and older who got any of the three authorized vaccines in the U.S. to teens and adults who did not. Deaths due to causes unrelated to the virus were up to three times more likely in unvaccinated people than those who got either the Pfizer or Moderna Covid vaccines. And non-COVID-19 fatalities were nearly twice as likely among Americans who were not jabbed compared to those who received the one-shot

So wait, did they just say vaccinated people are more likely to die from Covid? I think that's what they said.

If there is any truth to this (and the stats may be within the margin of error), then it may be that people who are already seriously ill or have life-threatening conditions are not getting the vaccine, probably because the risk of the vaccine only increases the risk already hanging over their heads. For instance, why get the vaccine if you already have heart valve problems?

Sorry for the second post but please note the rendering of the data leading to their conclusion. The assertion that the 'vaccines' prevent deaths from other causes seems shocking at best, absurd at worst. It's as if they're well on the path to discovering immortality! "Death rates were calculated as deaths per 100 person-years, or number of persons who die per 100 per year." It is well known that suicide rates and drug overdoses have greatly increased in the age of COVID. Because of this our average life expectancy has declined. These causes of death are far higher in the younger population. Is this study simply amplifying deaths caused by overdoses and suicides and attributing it to the unvaccinated? As pointed out by a previous poster, correlation is not causation.

Mark Twain once wrote: "Statistics are like a drunk woman --- after awhile you can do whatever you want with them". How's this: Using the data, it proves that the people who have taken "the shot" are more likely to stay home anyway or are much older percentage wise and less likely to be exposed to danger. "Shot takers" are more cautious & less adventuresome and more worried about --- everything!. The people of all age groups LEAST likely to take "the shot" are the young, the brash, the more out-going, the risk takers among us. They run their own lives and also climb mountains ... and sometimes fall off! Thus, the stat difference.

Former Treasury Secretary Larry Summers’ criticism that the Federal Reserve and other central banks are too focused on “woke” social issues reflects a growing concern that policymakers aren’t paying enough attention to inflation. the argument from Mr. Summers, a Democrat, also comes as Senate Republicans are trying to prevent congressional Democrats and President Biden from pressuring the Fed to install regional directors who would devote some of their duties to climate change and racial equity. Exciting news for people who believe in science enough to want mass vaccination, but not enough to think horoscopes are made up: Utah’s Salt Lake county health department says there’s a big difference in vaccination rates depending on your Zodiac sign. At least, that’s what officials found when they analysed anonymised data on 1.2million residents, providing a table of the least and most vaccinated star signs. The results showed that Leos–apparently the most compassionate–were the most vaccinated, at 70%, closely followed by people with the Aquarius sign (67%). The highly contagious delta variant of the coronavirus did not appear to cause more “severe outcomes” in hospitalized patients, a new federal report says. An analysis by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention looked at data from 14 states and “found no significant increases in the proportion of hospitalized COVID-19 patients with severe outcomes during the delta period.” The report delves into one of the burning questions about the delta variant that dominated the U.K. and the rest of the globe, including the U.S., over the mid-summer. While the variant can be fast-moving and spread widely, the report suggests it doesn’t cause more severe disease, as suspected.

Going back to the 2020 presidential campaign, right-leaning media has been well ahead of the curve in asking serious questions about President Joe Biden’s mental health. As his presidential term has aged, things have only gotten worse, with numerous scenes of confusion and anger taking place. Just days ago, the president appeared to forget where he was, having to be saved by his wife (see Jill Biden Steps in to Save a Confused, Meandering Joe Biden). Other examples include Biden seemingly unable to control his anger at times, including with the families of slain soldiers. Past that, odd word salads and bumbling speeches

President Biden, just hours after taking the oath of office on Jan. 20, ordered all federal agencies to examine their policies and deliver a report within 200 days outlining any “structural racism” they found. Nine months later, more than two months past Mr. Biden’s deadline, the White House won’t say how many reports it has received or what information it has found. But a survey by The Washington Times of a dozen departments and agencies revealed widespread concerns about the government shortchanging people of color, including in farm aid, visits to national parks and the disbursement of unemployment benefits. The president’s order gave agencies until Jan. 20 to recommend ways

Welp, guess who’s in trouble with lawmakers, again? Make that still. Yup, Dr. Anthony Fauci, the emerging and infectious diseases “expert” has been implicated in a series of taxpayer-funded, animal-testing experiments. Beagle puppies, that is. This time, a bipartisan group of lawmakers is demanding answers. According to the White Coat Waste Project (a watch group committed to stopping taxpayer-funded experiments on dogs, monkeys, cats, and other animals), as reported by Daily Caller, 44 beagles were used in the experiments conducted in a Tunisia, North Africa, laboratory. Some of the dogs reportedly had their vocal cords removed, allegedly so scientists could work without incessant barking.

Check your privilege, especially if you used your right hand to open this article. That's according to a presentation at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill that has gone viral. Using one's right hand as the primary mode of grappling objects "makes life easier" and gives one more "opportunity" and "advantage," according to the presentation. It also said being right-handed apparently makes one have a sounder "sense of belonging" in the world. The lecture took place Monday, Newsweek reported . It has garnered more than 2,600 "likes" on a popular Twitter account. (Tweet) The presentation was part of training

To great public fanfare, Joe Biden has anointed Rachel Levine a “four-star admiral” in the Public Health Service (PHS). The public relations campaign in support of Levine has emphasized his status as the first transgender four-star “admiral” in the “eight U.S. uniformed services.” That PR campaign is misleading, and it is part of a dangerous effort to undermine the military.(snip) This roll-out and publicity barrage leave little doubt that Levine’s primary qualification for his instant promotion is his transgender status. What’s worse, it will damage U.S. military recruitment and morale, thus damaging U.S. national security. This Is Politically Driven Rank Inflation

Dr. Anthony Fauci said Sunday that coronavirus vaccines could be made available for 5- to 11-year-olds early next month. During an appearance on ABC’s “This Week,” Dr. Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, said the Food and Drug Administration and its advisory committee are set to meet Oct. 26 to consider an application from Pfizer and BioNtech to start the rollout of the children’s vaccine. A regulatory decision could be handed to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention the following week. “So If all goes well, and we get the regulatory approval and recommendation from CDC, it is entirely possible if not

Evil is a very strong word, when used properly. Merriam-Webster defines it many ways, the most relevant to what I’m talking about being “morally reprehensible” and “arising from actual or imputed bad character or conduct.” That is the modern left, the “progressive movement,” the “Democratic” Party. And to fight evil, to stop it, is the most important thing anyone can do.What justifies the use of “evil” as a descriptor? It’s a dangerous word to use, one that has been abused throughout history to demonize innocent people as well as condemn the guilty. But there is no other word for what these people are doing, both in tactic and objective.

The director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) on Friday suggested that the definition of what constitutes being “fully vaccinated” may change as boosters become more commonplace, echoing a move handed down several weeks ago by Israeli officials. For now, in order to meet the CDC’s criteria for being “fully vaccinated,” one has to have two shots of either the Moderna or Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine, or one dose of Johnson & Johnson’s. “We have not yet changed the definition of ‘fully vaccinated.’ We will continue to look at this. We may need to update our definition of ‘fully vaccinated’ in the future,”

NEW YORK — With computer-generated imagery, it seems the sky’s the limit in the magic Hollywood can produce: elaborate dystopian universes. Trips to outer space, for those neither astronauts nor billionaires. Immersive journeys to the future, or back to bygone eras. But as a shocked and saddened industry was reminded this week, many productions still use guns — real guns — when filming. And despite rules and regulations, people can get killed, as happened last week when Alec Baldwin fatally shot cinematographer Halyna Hutchins after he was handed a weapon and told it was safe. The tragedy has led some
