Washington–Former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe has won back his full pension as part of a settlement of his lawsuit arising from his firing during the Trump administration more than three years ago, his lawyers announced Thursday. McCabe, a frequent target of then-President Donald Trump’s ire, was fired in March 2018 by then-Attorney General Jeff Sessions after the Justice Department’s inspector general determined he had misled internal investigators about his involvement in a news media leak. The termination came hours before he was to have retired, denying him his pension. McCabe has denied intentionally deceiving anyone, was never criminally charged and blasted his firing as politically motivated.

From the article: "As part of the lawsuit, the federal government has agreed to rescind and vacate McCabe‘s firing, deem him as having retired in good standing and restore his full retirement pension." The feral excrements, Attorney General Merrick "Gestapo" Garland and FBI Director Christopher "Wacko" Wray must have had a hand in the decision. January 06, 2020 "CNN pundit Andrew McCabe apologized for lying to federal investigators concerning a 2016 leak to The Wall Street Journal about the Hillary Clinton email probe, but you wouldn't know it if you were tuning in to his employer." This is the kind of thing that makes reasonable lawful people rethink their closely held beliefs. The entire justice system is broken. The criminal is rewarded while the innocent are reviled. In a country where the rule of law has been at the vanguard of its core beliefs, this is the kind of thing that causes unrest. Democrats are pushing good people to their limit because they want an adverse reaction. What they are actually doing is causing a strong resolve to percolate through the souls of individuals who will demand justice be restored from our school boards to the SCOTUS. Don’t count us out yet. There is a resistance brewing by people who have had enough. What do democrats do when the American people just say no?

Plans to introduce road pricing have been shelved amid fears the idea could kill off demand for electric vehicles. Boris Johnson will publish the Government's Net Zero strategy next week–which will include plans to shift away from petrol and diesel cars over the next decade. The Treasury has been examining proposals for the introduction of road pricing to replace the £30billion in lost fuel duty that will result from a move to electric vehicles. But Whitehall sources told the Daily Mail that the idea has been dropped. 'Road pricing is not happening,' said one source. 'There is an issue around revenues that will have to be addressed

Biden, 78, kneeled outside the Capitol Child Development Center and gave one child a hug and spoke to several others. But the playground cheer was nearly drowned out by immigration reform activists and some supporters of former President Donald Trump. A similar scene
