Traveling for the Thanksgiving holiday may become even more chaotic this year, as about 40 percent of TSA workers face potential termination for refusing to get the coronavirus vaccine.
Approximately 24,000 employees, including some airport screeners, have until November 22—the Monday before Thanksgiving—to get the shot or risk being fired under President Joe Biden's vaccine mandate for all federal workers.(Snip)Anyone without at least one shot could face disciplinary action as early as November 9, the Office of Personnel Management announced October 1, noting that failure to comply with the federal mandate is an act of misconduct. The office recommended agencies begin to pursue 'progressive discipline'

I may have my turkey at the local Golden Corral. I sure won't be flying.

The administration is begging for a general strike...not just the transport industry. Shut the country down for a week. Nothing bought, sold, or moved as we go into Christmas sales season. It's time to end this charade and for the producers and workers to assert themselves. Shut it down! The week of Thanksgiving would be perfect.

Not being snarky, but could that 40% of TSA agents be black? The lowest rate of vaxed people.
GOOD for them!

I would rather have my hair pulled out than fly on any Thanksgiving holiday in any year. Madness.

The TSA can slow things down to a snail's pace if they are not happy. Everyone gets a patdown. Scanning machines mysteriously go offline. Crippled nuns need a body cavity search for explosives, etc... The day before Thanksgiving will probably look like the Afghanistan airport.

Pilots are needed to fly the planes.
TSA needs to screen the passengers - who need to produce a photo ID.
What could go wrong for the airline industry?

The airlines can hire the illegals. That should solve the problem

Well #7 they already do, I bet. This year in particular, I can’t imagine any intelligent person flying anywhere for Thanksgiving. Drive or be at home.

Does the industry people understand that this is about destroying their business and the travel industry? It all points to controlling people's movement and our lives. Leftists might not be good at building things, but they're expert at tearing stuff up. They're too stupid to be in charge, but they want to run everything. They're so unlike God, but they want to be God.

We are being scammed on these numbers. All of these industries and government agencies that are reporting 40-50% of their workers are not vaxxed, but Fauxci and crew keep saying 70% of the population are vaxxed, 400 million doses, etc. etc.
I think the vax numbers are FAR lower than we are being told.

It won't really matter if the TSA is short staffed and slow because a lot of the flights will be cancelled due to no pilots or flight crew. The airport personnel will also be gone. A lot of the good Thanksgiving food will also be in short supply. You could drive instead, but the cost of gas will make it cost as much as flying. All of this because Biden and Democrats want to control you. SUBMIIT!

The TSA is going to go slower? Who would notice?
Forget flying. It is not worth the indignity. Instead, drive. You can take your guns, meet local people, see the sights, buy souvenirs, and take the Mrs to a no-tell motel every night. Its far more pleasant than being shoe horned into a cattle car with a diaper over your face, and being overcharged for it.

The best thing that could happen is that TSA loses all its employees and has to disband, leaving us alone. They have been useless in providing security to the U.S.A. Are they screening illegal aliens on the Southern border? Probably lots of terrorists and drug cartel members coming in, and they don't do a thing.

Stand strong, people! At some point, does the right of a person to have ownership over the integrity of his or her body supersede big pharma's twisted lust for money, and the federal government's need to control every aspect of our lives?
