Woke Walmart has trained more than 1,000 employees in critical race theory, denouncing the US as a “white-supremacy system”—and telling staffers to accept their “guilt and shame” and stop thinking “white is right,” according to leaked documents. The retail giant confirmed to City Journal that it has been working with the Racial Equity Institute, a North Carolina company devoted to “creating racially equitable organizations.” Walmart said it has “engaged REI for a number of training sessions since 2018” and has “found these sessions to be thought-provoking and constructive.” City Journal’s Christopher Rufo, a senior fellow at the Manhattan Institute, said a whistleblower gave him a cache

Don’t know about the results headquarters might be getting from such a noxious and divisive move, but my hometown Walmart folks - black, white and brown - are always sweet as can be to this old white lady when I pick up my orders curbside, or speak with anyone on the phone. I don’t think that will change, and I won’t jeopardize their livelihoods by not shopping with them until they do. They can’t help what the powers that be might do, and they may not even agree with what they do. Mr. Sam Walton loved this country. If his children are doing distructive thing, It’s a shameful thing to do in his name.

Okay, let's launch our own protests by going in to Walmart, grabbing a shopping cart and filling it up to the tippy top with items from all over the store--preferably those made in China and by Nike--and then simply walking out, leaving them to return the items to their rightful places. Accomplishes two purposes: shows them our displeasure at their corporate policies and increases employment opportunities for the restockers. Better yet, take the cart all the way through check-out, then when everything's rung up, say "Sorry, forgot my credit card. Be right back," and leaving.

#8, all that does is punish minimum wage employees who have no say in the decisions made by the idiots running the company. I shop at WM a lot, and (at least here in Texas), I always find that the rank and file employees are friendly and helpful. Please don't punish them for something they have no power or control over. Instead, spend your time and effort contacting WM management letting them know that this is evil and unacceptable, and they are about to lose a customer. And then actually do it if they don't stop this insanity. You have to hit management in the wallet. It's all they understand!!! And they have to hear it from a lot of us, or they will ignore us!!!

Have to imagine the teachers come in for a day and 'teach', but the employees have to now contend with what they have been taught on a daily basis. Imagine the division this is causing and the special kind of hell their workplace has become. Hopefully employees roundly reject what they are being taught regardless of race. All they are doing is creating division. The CEO and the Board of Directors should be sued and fired for pushing this.
