Senator Ron Johnson (R-WI) joined Maria Bartiromo on Sunday Morning Futures this morning. Senator Johnson is one of the few lawmakers openly speaking out on the historic dangers of the COVID vaccines.
On Sunday Sen. Johnson had this to say on the mandates, “The mandates are pointless. Now that we know that fully vaccinated individuals are getting infected, they can transmit the disease. Unfortunately, they are being hospitalized, they’re getting seriously ill, they’re dying.(Snip)“They’re completely ignoring the vaccine injuries. And Maria, people really need to understand this because it’s not being reported. It’s being suppressed. But over 25 years with the flu vaccine there were a little less

A statue of Confederate General Robert E. Lee that was taken down by Dallas city officials four years ago has resurfaced—at a private Texas resort. The massive bronze statue, which shows Lee on horseback with another mounted soldier, was removed by the city in 2017 amid the controversy following racial violence that erupted in Charlottesville, Va., earlier that year over the planned removal of another Lee monument. In 2019, the Dallas statue was sold at an online auction for $1.44 million to the city-based law firm Holmes Firm PC—and is now on display at the 27,000-acre Lajitas Golf Resort in predominantly white Terlingua, Texas.

Portland, Ore.—A crowd of 100 people wreaked havoc in downtown Portland, Oregon, this week–smashing storefront windows, lighting dumpsters on fire and causing at least $500,000 in damage–but police officers didn't stop them. Portland Police Bureau officials say that's because of legislation passed by Oregon lawmakers this year, which restricts the tools they can use to confront people vandalizing buildings and causing mayhem.(Snip)Residents frustrated by the latest round of destructive demonstrations Tuesday questioned whether that meant anything goes now in Portland. “Does that mean we are now like a lawless city?” Linda Witt asked during the meeting with police.(Snip)Mayor Ted Wheeler’s office didn’t respond

The uptake of Covid booster jabs may be too slow to prevent hospitals from becoming overcrowded this winter, experts fear.
One month into the programme, only half of eligible over-80s have received a third dose, despite being at heightened risk, NHS figures suggest. (Snip)'People were initially told that two doses were enough. They were in lockdown, and the vaccine was their ticket out of it. Now there's much less incentive.' Duncan Robertson, of Warwick University, said delays in administering the jabs will have to be 'resolved immediately' to avoid unnecessary pressures on the NHS. 'Booster vaccinations are there to prevent hospitalisations and ultimately to save lives,' he said.

Some California parents are keeping their children home from school Monday to protest a statewide vaccine mandate for schoolchildren.
The families are opposing Gov. Gavin Newsom's recent announcement that the COVID-19 vaccine will soon be required for all public and private school students. The government will implement the mandate per age group once a vaccine receives final federal approval.
Moms on the Ground, a grassroots movement of defiant parents, is calling on others to keep their kids home October 18 with an unexcused absence. 'Make sure it's an unexcused absence otherwise they still get money,' said one Instagram user. 'MONEY speaks louder than words! Do not call out sick

Goldman Sachs Group Inc. Chief Executive Officer David Solomon said that inflation, particularly in wages, remains top of mind among corporate leaders and shareholders. “Inflation is a topic that is front and center with every investor that I talk to—and certainly with every CEO that’s running a business of any size or any scope,” Solomon said Friday in an interview with Bloomberg Television. “There is definitely inflation—we haven’t seen it in a while, and the question is what choices do we make from here.” Solomon’s comments follow similar concerns voiced this week by Bank of America Corp. CEO Brian Moynihan, Morgan Stanley CEO James Gorman and Goldman President

Facebook has acknowledged it allows people to share information on how to immigrate illegally or be smuggled into the U.S., saying it crafted the policy to give them a shot at asylum and prevent them from relying on human traffickers. The company made the admission in a private letter to Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich. Mr. Brnovich was stunned by the revelation and wrote a letter late last week to the Justice Department. He asked U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland to open an investigation into the social media giant and find a way to “stop its active encouragement and facilitation of illegal entry.” “Facebook’s policy of allowing posts promoting

Three young female artists have been left feeling 'distraught' after their vibrant murals celebrating diversity in Cardiff were washed away by bungling cleaners who mistook them for graffiti. For Cardiff, the company who commissioned the artwork, said the striking coloured paintings on 11 concrete pillars near a former Debenhams had intended to 'brighten up' the city centre, and they offered a 'sincere and heartfelt apology' to the artists.(Snip)The Turner Prize-nominated artist from Cardiff had adorned several pillars in paintings of women from various cultural backgrounds singing, dancing and performing. The Art Institute of Chicago fired all of its roughly 100 volunteer museum guides, or docents, in September because too many of them were wealthy, white women. The news of the mass firing has only trickled out slowly, partly because the institute asked docents not to speak to the media, and because the left-leaning Chicago media showed little interest in covering the issue.(Snip)Ironically, the Journal was able to speak to one of the fired docents, who happened to be black, and defied the museum’s request that no one speak directly to the media—perhaps because she had less fear of being accused of racism.

President Biden paid his respects to the families of fallen police officers Saturday, invoking his personal experience of losing two children. Mr. Biden made his remarks in front of the U.S. Capitol at the 40th annual National Peace Officers’ Memorial Service, which honored 491 law enforcement officers killed in the line of duty.
The president zeroed in on his personal tragedies of dealing with the death of his infant daughter, Naomi, in 1972 and his oldest son, Beau, in 2015 who died of brain cancer at the age of 46. “No parent should have to bury their child,” Mr. Biden said.(Snip)“Being a cop today is one hell of

Allison Williams is out at ESPN due to the company’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate. The college football and basketball sideline reporter, who announced last month she was opting out of the season because she had not received the vaccine as she and her husband tried for a second child, said Friday night that her “request for accommodation” had been denied.(Snip)“Belief is a word I’ve been thinking about a lot lately, because in addition to the medical apprehensions regarding my desire to have another child in regards to receiving this injection, I am also so morally and ethically not aligned with this,” Williams said in an Instagram video.

Dr. Anthony Fauci on Sunday said he believes Johnson & Johnson should’ve doled out a two-dose COVID-19 shot—as health experts recommend getting a booster to the one-shot jab as soon as it becomes available. The White House chief medical advisor said that the unanimous decision Friday by the Food and Drug Administration advisory panel to recommend the booster shots should be welcomed news for recipients of the vaccine. “I think that they should feel good about it because what the advisors to the FDA felt, is that given the data that they saw, very likely, this should have been a two-dose vaccine to begin with,”

Expert apologists point to the ongoing effects of The Great Pandemic, including scarcity of jobs and increasing prices of cars, and disruption after Hurricane Ida. After all, doesn't everyone turn to violent armed robbery when welfare benefits have never been more generous? Renouncing American history and thus respect for our civilization, to include tearing down Confederate monuments as symbols of White supremacy, has nothing to do with it. Treating criminals as victims deserving no punishment in the name of Equity and reconciliation has nothing to do with it, nor does reviling the police, nor does spendthrift governments that can't fund prisons. Teaching minorities in school to hate White people has nothing to do with it. Victims keep piling up, but that's the price we pay along the road to Marxism.
