A majority of Americans now think that Joe Biden is not up to the job of being president and that his administration is incompetent. But that’s not the worst of it. The worst of it for the Democrats is that they’re now accurately perceived as bullies. The latest from the Department of (Social) Justice is that they are unleashing the FBI on parents who object to school boards teaching false, woke and politically correct tripe that America was founded on slavery. For opposing this anti-American propaganda that school boards force-feed to our children, the parents are labeled domestic terrorists. They steal the elections? Meh, the actual evidence of that is pretty thin. In fact, the ratio between the actual stealing, as shown by real evidence, and the Right's whining about it, suggests that the stealing narrative is more about being sore losers. And I say that as a person on the hard Right who voted for Trump twice.

They bully the poll watchers from their opponents to make sure no one can see that the “mail in blanks” they are processing are not valid. That way there’s no evidence. Destroy the evidence. Prevent the observers from seeing.

No. 6 says evidence of cheating isn't necessary to conclude the election was in fact stolen because "Anyone paying attention knew what was going on by Wednesday morning." But that still isn't evidence. It's just saying stuff. It's just whining. If the Right expects to win, and as a member of the right I hope they do, they need to better than just saying stuff.

If bullies don’t win elections, how come Biden is now President? Biden and too many Democrats have proved they are by their actions. Perhaps, too many people were lead astray by MSM fawning biased reporting of Biden. Or, could it have been because they stole the last election through ballot fraud? Or the four years of lies and slander of President Trump? I know, I know, you can’t prove it! But, there is a whole lot of circumstantial evidence.

Democrats no longer believe that they need to "win" elections if "winning elections" means obtaining a majority of votes cast by persons who are actually eligible to vote. All they need is to be declared the winner.

Long-time readers will recall that your correspondent was a conservative columnist for the uber-liberal Aspen Times for seven years. In that time, I became the most-read columnist in the Aspen area. My columns frequently generated more clicks than front page news. That was not acceptable to the Aspen Times. After all, I was hired to be a token, not to be a success. On Christmas Eve in 2019, they fired me. By email. As for their reasons, they stated that my “values” were incompatible with theirs. The story was widely published, including on national sites.

In the midst of the Afghanistan surrender debacle last month, Joe Biden went for a softball interview with a Democrat partisan news reporter. As always, the President struggled to put words together. Finally, the reporter asked Biden point blank a leading question he could answer with a simple yes or no: “So no one told — your military advisers did not tell you, “No, we should just keep 2,500 troops. It’s been a stable situation for the last several years. We can do that. We can continue to do that”? Biden answered: “No. No one said that to me that I can recall.”

Joe Biden’s border policy would be comical if it weren’t so destructive and tragic. He in effect tells would-be immigrants, “Please don’t come but, if you do, we’ll let you in and let you stay.” Predictably, they do come, they do get let in, and they do stay. Put another way, they come, they see and they conquer — all at the implicit invitation of the president. How long before they get dinner at the White House? Millions come. Border towns are overrun. Sanitation is bad. Conditions are horrendous, filthy and unprecedented.

A Hillary Clinton lawyer has been indicted for lying to the FBI in the Clinton campaign’s 2016 smear of Donald Trump. The lawyer fed bogus information to the FBI to fuel the false allegation that Trump was colluding with Russia. The lawyer lied to the FBI by stating that he was acting purely as a private citizen, while his own firm’s billing records prove he was actually working for Hillary’s campaign. As the current occupant of the office for which Hillary was campaigning might say in a rare lucid moment, “This is a big f*cking deal.”

The first midterm elections during a presidential term are a test that he/she/they/it usually fails. Democrats do particularly badly, since most Democrat voters are not aware of midterm elections of their House and Senate representatives. Heck, they don’t even know who their representatives are.

Harvard actively and obviously discriminates against Asians. To get admitted, Asians need an SAT score 140 points higher than whites and 450 points higher than blacks. Harvard’s justification for this discrimination is almost as painful as the discrimination itself. Harvard says that the Asian applicants have poor personalities. The way Harvard evaluates an applicant’s personality is not with any standardized test, but with an in-person interview by a bureaucrat – where it just so happens that the bureaucrat can take note of the applicant’s skin color. Asian applicants sued. The suit was in Boston before a federal judge appointed by President Obama. The judge sided with Harvard.

When I left Boeing to start my personal Version 3.0, my salary was still less than $17,000. My parents thought I was crazy to give that up and take on debt to go to law school. Boeing was booming. Airlines were being de-regulated, airline travel was becoming less expensive while still being slightly sexy, and everyone wanted to go to Europe for the first time.

Joe Biden recently learned a trick from Kamala. When he’s asked a legitimate question that he doesn’t want to answer, he laughs. This buys him time and maybe even avoids altogether the necessity for an answer. Sometimes it works. But it works less well when the question is about human lives at stake. It’s all part of his flippancy, snarkiness and gaslighting as he tries to divert attention away from the humanitarian catastrophe that he created in his Afghanistan abandonment. His strategy seems to have been something like “ready, fire, aim.”

A certain Iraqi official holding the post of (Dis)Information Minister made a name for himself in the second Iraq war against the west. That was the one where Saddam Hussein wound up hiding in a spider hole and the people of Iraq were finally freed of his tyranny. It doesn’t matter what his real name was. He came to be called “Baghdad Bob.” As the western allies descended on Baghdad, Bob held frequent press conferences laden with colorful, comical but incorrect contentions: “Our initial assessment is that [the allies] will all die.” That assessment proved inaccurate, to put it mildly. “God will roast their stomachs in hell at the hands of Iraqis.” Ditto.

Scathing criticisms of Joe Biden’s disastrous cut-and-run in Afghanistan have been issued by even his media cheerleaders at CNN, NPR and the New York Times. Career diplomats including former Obama officials have publicly excoriated his administration for incompetence. Foreign leaders are baffled. Only the Taliban is happy. A withdrawal from Afghanistan may have been necessary, but it didn’t have to happen this way. Only 2,500 soldiers were there anyway – about the same as in Iraq.

California will soon ban the sale of new gas-powered leaf blowers and lawn mowers after Governor Gavin Newsom signed off on the new law on Saturday. The move is aimed at curbing emissions from a category of small engines on pace to produce more pollution each year than passenger vehicles. The gas-powered equipment to be banned uses small off-road engines, a broad category that includes generators, lawn equipment, pressure washers, chainsaws, weed trimmers and even golf carts. Under the new law these machines must be zero-emissions, meaning they'll have to be battery-powered or plug-in.(Snip)'This is a pretty modest approach to trying

When even CNN — usually all in to pimp for Biden — is acknowledging how underwater he is in job approval. He’s down even with Democrats, but what they say is really animating the poll is how much he has dropped with independents. As CNN’s John Berman and Harry Enten put it, the technical term is “not good.” He’s down 10 points among Democrats, 12 among Republicans, but among independents, he’s down 19 points.
