18-year-old Timothy George Simpkins shot and wounded four people on Wednesday morning at Timberview High School in Arlington, Texas. Three students and one adult were injured on Wednesday after a fight between students broke out. One person was treated at the school and three others were transported to the hospital for treatment. Police took Simpkins into custody Wednesday afternoon after he fled the scene and charged him with three counts of aggravated assault with a gun. Simpkins was released from jail to home confinement Thursday morning after posting $75,000 bond.

All I'm saying is the video I saw showed some kid twice the size of the "perp" wailing on him mercilessly in an empty classroom. IDK how it started, but rarely does a little guy start a fist fight w/a kid twice his size. IDK but it seemed like a Bernie Goetz situation from a distance. I could be wrong, but there could be a "history" problem here...not random or unprovoked violence.

1,000… in a cage. Reported fear to walk halls…eat in cafeteria. Administration blind to a toxic environment. Young toughs free to fight in a classroom. Coward packs an illegal carry .45 (whose gun?) and shoots his English teacher and collateral. Leaves…lawyers up…posts bail…goes back to grandmother’s home (where he “stays”) and parties with “family”. (parents MIA). Now, what’s wrong with this picture?

The victim cant walk the halls without the probability of being beaten. He cant got to the bathroom, the lunch room or anywhere else for the same reason. The terror is constant and all encompassing. The school administration either doesn't care or is afraid of the black bullies themselves. He gets beaten and kicked mercilessly while the teacher does nothing and nobody helps. Whats left to do? He should be found guilty of littering. He probably didnt pick up his brass.

Watching the video of him leaving the jail, there is the arrogant, “I got cred!” Look to his crooked hat strut. The entire story stinks to high hell. BTW, the reason administration doesn’t do anything is because they aren’t allowed to. Teachers do turn the information in, then it’s investigated, then the principal tries to do the right thing. But, in Mayor Lightfoot’s Chicago (Bang! Bang!), that’s racial discrimination. I would hope that many posters examine what happens in the process of discipline in schools. Wherever race matters most, there is injustice and chaos. Public schools are ground zero for what the racists want.

Including the woman who fell down as a victim is blatant disinformation. And one "bullet wound" was an abrasion, apparently didn't break the skin. He shot the guy who was attacking him and accidentally wounded another person. Poorly thought out to be shooting in a school? Definitely. A mass murderer? That does not seem to fit the facts by a large measure. Shot the attacker off of him, then ran. That fits self defense and poor judgement, lots of fear. Still too early to say for sure what happened, but the self defense claim may turn out to be as credible as George Zimmerman's, and he was acquitted. Beware the media twisting the narrative, ALWAYS. I'm not yet convinced that this was self defense, but it is seeming to be a very real possibility.

He murders one classmate and wounds while trying to murder some more, and walks! He walks while some of the revelers of 1/6/21 DC are still languishing in jails and solitary, people who were unarmed and did not assault anyone, i would guess other than jostling and pushing. Looking at the videos, the majority were strolling about the Capitol like your typical tourist, and unlike the rampaging --but not charged-- hooligans of 2020. The outrages pile up.

California will soon ban the sale of new gas-powered leaf blowers and lawn mowers after Governor Gavin Newsom signed off on the new law on Saturday. The move is aimed at curbing emissions from a category of small engines on pace to produce more pollution each year than passenger vehicles. The gas-powered equipment to be banned uses small off-road engines, a broad category that includes generators, lawn equipment, pressure washers, chainsaws, weed trimmers and even golf carts. When even CNN — usually all in to pimp for Biden — is acknowledging how underwater he is in job approval. He’s down even with Democrats, but what they say is really animating the poll is how much he has dropped with independents. As CNN’s John Berman and Harry Enten put it, the technical term is “not good.” He’s down 10 points among Democrats, 12 among Republicans, but among independents, he’s down 19 points.
