Senate Parliamentarian Elizabeth MacDonough on Sunday ruled Democrats cannot include amnesty in their gargantuan reconciliation bill because it is not a budget-related matter. The Democrats are pushing their $3.5 trillion “infrastructure” bill through budget reconciliation to go around Republicans because it will only need a simple majority to pass. Democrat lawmakers tried to sneak immigration reform in the infrastructure bill because they know it will never pass in a vote that requires at least 60 votes to pass. The Senate Parliamentarian rejected the Democrats’ effort to give illegals a pathway to citizenship because it would lead to “other, life-changing federal, state and societal benefits.”

On Saturday, former President Donald Trump issued a blistering statement against chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and United States Army General Mark Milley after he appeared to commit treason by promising to warn China if the United States were ever to attack.“After many years of allowing China to rip off the United States on trade and so much else, I was very tough on China, by far the toughest of any U.S. President in history. During my administration, China paid us hundreds of billions of dollars and finally respected the U.S. again. Before me, they never gave us “ten cents,” Trump blasted.

It must be a tough thing to have the responsibility every day to cover for Joe Biden, never knowing when he’s going to say something awful, commit a horrible gaffe, or lapse into incoherence. Talk about an ulcer-producing job.As I wrote earlier, White House staffers are reportedly doing the best they can to build a “wall” around him and “cocoon him,” so they can prevent him from gaffing — but there’s only so much you can do, when you have to throw him out in public all the time. (Snip) Biden had that problem Friday, when he was talking about trying to halt carbon emissions. Watch,

Salt Lake City—A nationwide search is underway for missing YouTuber Gabby Petito, who was last seen checking out of a hotel on Aug. 24. FOX31 reached out to the Fairfield Inn and Suites after FOX13 in Salt Lake City confirmed that was where she was last seen. All the hotel staff could say was, “Unfortunately, we’re not allowed to comment”. We also reached out to the FBI in Denver to independently confirm where Petito was last seen and are waiting to hear back. The hotel is located down the street from the FBI Salt Lake City office, which is less than 700 feet away.

The migrant mass of some 15,000 mostly Haitians now illegally on U.S. territory in a squalid, never-before-seen shantytown under a bridge near Del Rio, Texas demands some answers. Here's how bad it is: (Snip for tweet) It's natural to want to know how this formed? Why is it so big? Why did it end up at Del Rio, Texas, a town ill-equipped to accommodate them? How did these people fly or sail from faraway Haiti? Are more on the way? And where the heck is Joe Biden and his brainless, disengaged border czar, Kamala Harris? Joe was last seen at the beach in Delaware as this crisis fireballed

Images appear to show militants riding swan-themed vessels on the water at Band-e Amir National Park—once a hotspot for international travellers and domestic tourists—in central Afghanistan yesterday. The park contains a series of six deep blue lakes situated in the Hindu Kush mountains, roughly 45 miles from Bamiyan—formerly the home of the Buddhas of Bamiyan, which the Taliban destroyed in 2001. President Biden took major hits this week, from the Pentagon confirming that a "tragic mistake" led to 10 civilians in Afghanistan dying in a drone strike, to the Food and Drug Administration rejecting his vaccine booster proposal, with much of the news breaking as the president headed to the beach for vacation. "So the U.S. drone strike did NOT kill any ISIS-K but did kill 10 innocent civilians, including 7 children. Unbelievable. The Biden administration is a sad, tragic mess and an utter embarrassment on the world stage!," Trump-era White House press secretary and Fox News contributor Kayleigh McEnany tweeted on Friday.

Inflation has taken off, an unwelcome whiff of the 1970s. But why is it happening now? Here’s why: The supply chain was designed for a U.S. economy growing at 2% per year, which was the 10-year prior average growth rate. In 2021 U.S. real economic growth is expected to be near 6%, according to Blue Chip Economic Indicators. It’s basic economics: When aggregate demand exceeds aggregate supply, the price level rises to clear the market. Even kids running a lemonade stand understand that prices need to rise to clear the market when demand for their drinks exceeds supply.

Sinema reportedly has discussed House Energy and Commerce Democrats’ efforts to oppose drug pricing reform, which failed in the committee this week. Reps. On Saturday, there was a rally in D.C. to bring attention to the plight of those people arrested on January 6 and still held in solitary confinement in D.C. jails. President Trump warned people in advance that the rally was a no-win situation and he was right. It was poorly attended and it seems that many of those who did appear—perhaps intending to act as provocateurs—were law enforcement agents trying to “blend in with the crowd.” Most importantly, though, this failed rally revealed that non-leftists in America are losing their First Amendment right to protest.

In the continuing war for the truth, the good guys went to battle with a lone pea shooter against miscreants that have a military. To be precise, it is the military of the United States of America. First, it was the FBI, the CIA, the media, academia and others who crossed the line into political activism, and now we have clear evidence that the top man in the Pentagon also succumbed to the siren song of power. Its leader is the latest to have been exposed trying to delegitimize Donald Trump’s presidency.
