Republican Georgia Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene on Saturday accused Democratic Minnesota Representative Ilhan Omar of marriage fraud and supporting terrorism. Greene's accusations followed Omar's Friday tweet accusing Greene of hypocrisy for wearing a mask on a flight despite publicly opposing mask mandates. Omar's tweet was in response to another person's tweet accusing Greene of using taxpayer funds to fly first class on Delta airlines. Marjorie Taylor Greene just tells it like it is which bothers both Democrats and swamp dwelling Republicans. Omar doesn't understand stand that you can OPPOSE a rule without BREAKING the rule. That's not the leftist way. I had to stop when the article referred to Politifact as a "fact checking organization ". It's not.

Omar is such a twit. Greene would not have been allowed to fly at all had she 'stood her ground' and refused to wear a mask.

Marjorie Taylor Greene is my representative, and I love her boldness to confront issues like accusing Ilhan Omar of marriage fraud. And her traveling tour with Matt Gaetz for their "America First" ralleys got a lot of attention I guess, but frankly I wish she'd stay here in Georgia long enough to confront real fraud that matters - The 2020 ELECTION FRAUD - and our crooked SoS, Raffensperger and our equally corrupt Governor Kemp on their participation in it. Then I wish she'd drum up support for them both to be kicked out of office, tried for treason and hung.

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and three other House Democrats from New York called on Mayor de Blasio and Gov. Hochul Tuesday to release all inmates held on Rikers Island, citing a long-running pattern of “human right violations” at the jail. Ocasio-Cortez made the extraordinary demand in a letter to de Blasio and Hochul issued jointly with Reps. Jamaal Bowman, Nydia Velazquez and Jerrold Nadler, who chairs the powerful House Judiciary Committee. In addition to freeing the roughly 6,000 inmates on the island, the four lawmakers wrote that the jail itself should be “immediately” shuttered and federal funding for its operations seized.

The Senate parliamentarian determined that lawmakers cannot include a pathway to citizenship for illegal aliens in a budget reconciliation package, but Rep. Senate Parliamentarian Elizabeth MacDonough determined Sunday night that the provision fell outside the scope of what is allowed in a reconciliation bill – which cannot be filibustered, thus requiring the support of only a simple majority in the Senate. One of today’s most important, and weirdly under-reported, news stories is the economic crisis that threatens Great Britain and, more broadly, Europe. Its most striking current manifestation is a food shortage in the U.K. Acute food shortages were feared last night after high gas prices forced most of Britain’s commercial production of carbon dioxide to shut down. Emergency talks were being held between government officials and food producers, retailers and the energy industry…. The closure of two fertiliser plants in northern England and others in Europe has left the food and drink industry facing a shortage of carbon dioxide, which
