Gabby Petito Update: Video Could Show
Van During Mystery Period

Video footage has emerged that purportedly shows Gabby Petito's van during the mysterious period between her last known sighting and the day when her fiancé, Brian Laundrie, returned home alone from their cross-country trip. Petito's family are aware of the clip and have said they "believe this is the van for multiple reasons." Police are yet to verify whether or not the van shown is the white Ford Transit used by the couple, investigators confirmed to Newsweek. The footage was captured by a dashcam by YouTubers Jenn and Kyle Bethune, who have been traveling cross-country in an RV with their three children and four dogs.

Comments:

The search is focused on the Spread Creek Dispersed Campground in Grand Teton. Video with article shows van that certainly looks like Gabby’s and those who saw it noticed its Florida plates. Some have complained that this is getting too much coverage (while they post zero on other subjects of more interest to them). This kind of exposure is what brings information that often solves crimes.

"video showing her crying and discussing her mental health with officers". OK, those who feel a need to discuss their mental health with officers, probably are a few bricks shy of a load, it would seem. Nobody deserves to be murdered, regardless of problems they might have and that's likely what the guy did. I think I am done with these "look! a squirrel" stories for a while.

More details on this report from the Independent [UK]… The Bethunes checked out the van and noticed no one seemed to be there. A tan hat on the dashboard matches one on the dashboard when the August 12 roadside kerfuffle between these two occurred and police were called. https://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/crime/gabby-petito-youtube-video-fbi-search-b1922920.html This kind of information can narrow the search area (Grand Teton is vast) and enhance the timeline.

She told officers that she was OCD and could get picky about things. Many are afflicted with similar attitudes and they would definitely be strained during months on the road with someone who was, perhaps, not so particular about neatness, cleanliness. And they were traveling in her van. We used to call this “cabin fever”. But our local psychologists/experts in everything will have her ready for the loony bin.

Either Laundrie is one slick planner or he has the luck of a lottery winner. #1: She's 22 which is very, very, young and, having premarital sex, and under the influence of Oxytocin (a female bio hormone released during sex) which makes females crazy IMO because it's the "bonding" hormone needed for the birth of the baby if the egg(s) are fertilized. I WAS her at that age. I was emotional and in a volatile relationship. I stayed with my volatile partner for two years because I had no where to go and no money, and no parents to reach out to. I wished that Gabby had had the presence of mind to stay in that police vehicle and ask them to drive her to the nearest airport to fly back to LI, NY. Search the area where the van was last seen by the Bethunes.

About her being “mentally ill”, it appears to have been far simpler than that: During the encounter with the police, Ms. Petito cried and said she had anxiety, according to body camera footage of the episode. In the police report, Ms. Petito is recorded saying she moved to slap Mr. Laundrie because she feared that he “was going to leave her in Moab without a ride.” https://www.nytimes.com/live/2021/09/19/us/gabby-petito-found-news#gabby-petito-found That would certainly cause anxiety ...

For those who wondered about how they paid for their trip, the vehicle was hers. And there’s this in that same NYT article linked just above: Ms. Petito, the oldest of six siblings, had worked as a pharmacy technician to save money for the trip. Was he a barnacle?

The suspicious disappearance of 22-year-old vlogger Gabby Petito took a tragic turn on Sunday when the FBI announced that human remains found in Teton County, Wyoming, were “consistent” with her description. The 26-page indictment of former cybersecurity attorney and Hillary Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann by special counsel John Durham is as detailed as it is damning on the alleged effort to push a false Russia collusion claim before the 2016 presidential campaign. One line, however, seems to reverberate for those of us who have followed this scandal for years now: “You do realize that we will have to expose every trick we have in our bag.” That warning from an unnamed “university researcher” captures the most fascinating aspect of the indictment in describing a type of Nixonian dirty tricks operation run by — or at least billed to — the Clinton

The news was heartbreaking and what everyone feared. On Sunday, a body believed to be that of a missing woman, Gabby Petito, was found a camping area in Wyoming's Bridger-Teton National Forest, near Grand Teton National Park in Wyoming. Her boyfriend, Brian Laundrie, who was traveling with her, has meanwhile vanished. He is now the subject of an intensive search in Florida where the couple lived. Whether law enforcement is officially calling him a suspect in Petito’s death is immaterial and nothing more than the parsing of legally-loaded vocabulary. Police and the FBI are certainly treating him as a suspect. And for good reason.

The scientific method used to govern much of popular American thinking. In empirical fashion, scientists advised us to examine evidence and data, and then by induction come to rational hypotheses. The enemies of “science” were politics, superstition, bias, and deduction. Yet we are now returning to our version of medieval alchemy and astrology in rejecting a millennium of the scientific method. Take the superstitions that now surround COVID-19. We now know from data that a prior case of COVID-19 offers immunity as robust as vaccination. Why, then, are Joe Biden’s proposed vaccination mandates ignoring that scientific fact? Dr. Anthony Fauci, when asked, seemed at a loss for words.

They were a gruesome twosome. Joe Biden and Kamala Harris were both in on withdrawing from Afghanistan. They apparently both ignored the various memos and reports from the State Department and elsewhere that painted a much more dismal picture of what things were like on the ground. I take that back; Joe did know. That’s why he phoned now-ex-Afghan President Ashraf Ghani prior to his government’s collapse to essentially lie about the state of his country. Biden wanted Ghani to be ‘Baghdad Bob,’ but Ghani was more concerned about modernizing Afghanistan’s economy than the deteriorating security situation.
