Kamala Harris doesn't exactly 'wow' them

Giggling her way through Afghanistan questions on the flight over, Kamala Harris touched down in Singapore for the first leg of her Asia trip, supposedly to reassure America's partners and allies that the U.S. has their back. It didn't go well. Supposedly, she's there to reassure America's partners that the U.S. remains committed to them as China grows aggressive in their South China Sea. That's critical now because all eyes are focused on the U.S. fiasco in Afghanistan. Every state in Southeast Asia is asking itself at this minute: Will the U.S. bug out on them just as quickly as it ditched its Afghanistan commitment and left its collaborators in the lurch?

Comments:

Check out the response from Singapore to Kamala's reassurances.

Singapore listened to her word salad tap dancing, and then pretty much told her to get bent. This will likely force them to have to move towards China because they now know that the US under this regime will not only not do anything to hold Chinese expansionism in check, but they will actively encourage it. You can bet that all the nations of the Pacific Rim were watching this exchange, and now are reassessing America as well. If I were South Korea and Japan, I would start building out nukes.

Kamala is there on the first leg of her vacation with her husband. They are going to meet in Hawaii for their vacation. Talk about clueless. That cackling fool is as bad as Traitor Joe but he has an excuse. He has dementia; she is supposedly normal what ever that is these days. America will need a miracle to survive these two idiots.

Kamala doesn't wow anyone sane in America either. She is an immature, vacuous lightweight of very limited intelligence. Like Biden, all of her appearances have to be scripted, and even at that they come across poorly. Unscripted is always a disaster, as neither has any moral core from which to speak. Foreign leaders are seeing through them, unfiltered by the American enemedia. Cutesy evasive speech won't cut it. They want to see substance, and this administration has none. Stolen elections have consequences, and this was the worst anyone could have imagined.

FTA: "Will the U.S. bug out on them just as quickly as it ditched its Afghanistan commitment and left its collaborators in the lurch?" You mean 20 years, $6.7 TRILLION and 3000 soldiers; lives wasn't enough? Perhaps the question really is how long can these nations con Americans into thinking they are liberal democrats battling evil totalitarianism until the charade becomes evident and the US says enough. PDT doesn't take issue with the withdrawal, but its execution. Wise up. Heed George Washington's farewell advice. Never again.

I don't watch much videos of these buffoons I did it with Obama now I do it with Biden and Harris. I did see one video of Harris speaking to a group of people and I was appalled how stupid see looked and sounded. Harris moved from side to side by a podium with her arms flying around in circles while karate chopping the air (Pelosi does that too). She then gets onto a phrase of words and repeats them while cackling between sentences. One term she repeated was, "we're in this together" this must have been used with "we have your backs the U.S. stands with you". I'll bet that all fell dead on the floor after the debacle in Afghanistan. Korea and Japan aren't feeling to well about now.

So House speaker Nancy Pelosi has hosted another tony fundraiser for Democrats. It was in wine-country Napa Valley, of course, redolent of the Tuscan countryside. Ken Vogel, a New York Times reporter who's apparently worth reading (look at his Twitter feed), has a couple of posts: (Snip for tweet) The all-white fat cats, who paid $100 to $29,000 a pop, are all seated in close quarters in that same general region where Gavin Newsom held his unmasked French Laundry dinner, with, again, none of them wearing masks. And the service staff? They're black, they're Hispanic, they're maybe Filipino. And to a person, they're all masked.

The Army of North Vietnam had Jane Fonda. That image was catnip to the communists, but sickening to Americans, and the putrid image reverberated for decades. So much for the U.S.-U.K. alliance. The commander of the 82nd Airborne, in a story I hope is wrong, has reportedly told this to the Brits, according to the Washington Examiner's Tom Rogan: I understand that the commanding general of the 82nd Airborne Division has told the commander of the British special forces at the Kabul airport to cease operations beyond the airport perimeter. Maj. Gen. Christopher Donahue has told his British Army counterpart, a high-ranking field-grade officer of the British army's 22nd Special Air Service Regiment, that British operations were embarrassing the United States military in the absence of similar U.S. military operations.

A few days ago, on Aug. 14, I wrote about CNN's sudden about-face on Joe Biden's performance in Afghanistan. It was a shocking, stunning change; it wasn't half-hearted stuff. The Trump-hating news site ran a devastating -- and insightful -- analysis pinning the blame for the Afghanistan fiasco squarely on Joe Biden. Prior to that, the network had carried water for him, skewed the news, and engaged in sycophancy, to the point of ending up a target of James O'Keefe. Now it's The Atlantic's turn. Just this morning they ran three bam, bam, bam commentaries that also pinned the blame for the fiasco squarely where it belonged,

Brutal new rules have been drawn up by the Taliban which means women will face torture and death while targets on a 'kill list' could be murdered on their doorsteps. Harrowing reports have already surfacing from Afghanistan as the government collapsed which paved the way for the Taliban to seize power nearly 20 years after being driven out by the West. The Mirror understands there are claims of summary killings by the Taliban as fighters perform door-to-door searches throughout Kabul city. They are hunting down former officials, ex police, soldiers and anyone who worked with the former Kabul government - or with coalition forces.

Joe Biden and his media acolytes call him Mr. Empathy and Mr. Compassion. His Afghanistan speech yesterday told a different story, and should end that phony spin forever. My takeaway was how cold, and hard, and compassionless Biden was as he sought to extricate himself from the catastrophe of his own making. He blamed everyone but himself for his failure, particularly the Afghan army. He smarmily assured terrified Afghanis left behind he'd now speak out for their human rights instead of actually protect them. He effectively told U.S. servicemembers their service was for nothing. It was appalling.

As of this writing, Taliban forces have just entered Kabul, Afghanistan, the terrorist group’s leaders say that no force will be used to take the city, and both Taliban and Afghanistan government leaders say they’re working to negotiate a peaceful transfer of power to a “transitional government.” US Embassy staffers are being ferried from the Embassy to safety via Chinook helicopter after destroying records so that when the Embassy itself soon falls/is abandoned the Taliban won’t obtain information that could be used to hurt Americans or American interests. Instead of a troop withdrawal, 5,000 members of the United States Military are now headed to Afghanistan to oversee our retreat.
