Supreme Court Rules Against Biden, Reinstates
Trump’s ‘Remain In Mexico’ Policy

Original Article

Posted By: Come And Take It, 8/24/2021 11:21:41 PM

The Supreme Court ruled Tuesday against the Biden administration’s attempt to end former President Donald Trump’s “Remain in Mexico” policy. In a 6-3 vote, the court rejected the administration’s bid to block U.S. District Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk’s ruling that revived the enforcement of the policy. The high court said the administration failed to show the decision to end the policy was not arbitrary and capricious.

Comments:

It seems a completely hollow victory given the news of the day, between Afghanistan and the garbage passed by the House, but I guess we take what we can get.

Commence with rounding up the hundreds of thousands and begin deportations. Immediately. We've given enough already: money, health care, vaccines (did they want them?).

I'm with you, #2. In fact, since we are in the mood for some flying, I am for deporting all of them to Afghanistan, and entrusting them to the Taliban. Let news of that get out, and watch the mass invasion come to an end fast. Hell - make me President. That's a better idea than anything that Xiden and crew has come up with so far.

I doubt most Americans understand what this is all about. I also doubt whether the MSM will broadcast this decision. This is a major setback for the Biden/Obama bid to violate immigration law by shipping illegal aliens to new homes all over the country while they ostensibly "await" their hearing back at the border. These illegals were shipped out because the USA doesn't have facilities to house and detain a million illegals. The Trump order provided that the illegals had to be returned to Mexico to await their hearing. That meant they didn't need to be tracked down over hither and yon throughout the USA, and they could not slip through the cracks, until the dem congress passes a broad amnesty bill. . The 6 to 3 decision came down 100% according to party lines. Breyer, Kegan, and Sotomayor dissented. So much for Roberts's comment about rule of law being followed irrespective of political party sympathies.

Doesn't matter what the Supreme Court says; biden (0bama) [Powers That Be] will just ignore it. And besides, AMLO will not cooperate this time. It matters not what anyone in the USA decrees. Trump was able to convince AMLO to cooperate. No one in the current Junta will be able to do that. So this legal manipulation was all a waste of time.

This lawless administration will ignore it. Who is going to enforce it? Our government is so thoroughly corrupt. The SCOTUS knows they will be ignored by this rogue illegitimate cabal. What is the point in even having a SCOTUS? Apparently, all power lies in the Executive branch, specifically with the President. You know the guy who is abandoning his fellow Americans to a brutal terrorist organization which certainly will result in their deaths and nothing is being done to stop him.

I agree with others who say Biden's handlers will simply ignore it. Why wouldn't they? The Marxist deep state doesn't have to worry about anyone enforcing these orders. They control the Justice Department and the jackboots in the FBI. Xi Bidan and his cabal can do whatever they want and then just use Dominion to count the votes. We have traitors running our government, and they hate Americans and our Constitution. Our best hope is the military, but it's looking like a longshot.

What the million illegals that were let in and shipped to all different parts of the country? Since this was done illegally, will they be rounded up and shipped back across the boarder or to their country of origin? Yeh! Right! Promptly shipping them all over the country makes finding them and shipping them back impossible. That $3.5 trillion (really $6 trillion) bill needs to be defeated because we will need the money to pay for the welfare costs of these illegals.

Sorry, but don't get too excited over this ruling as this is what they did: They basically said that the Biden Admin didn't go through the proper channels, aka the Administrative Procedures Act, to rescind it, so once they get that rule making process out of the way, still no more stay in Mexico policy - it will just be legal now.

Enforcement of the ruling s certainly doable. If the Administration ignores the ruling, plaintiffs may seek an injunction from U.S. District Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk, who was the original judge in this case. The trial court may then enforce its order with contempt powers. Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas as the ultimate enforcement authority should be a named the respondent on the injunction. The trial court could then hold him personally responsible to stop the admissions, under threat of incarceration if he fails to do so.
