Barron Trump has enrolled in a $34,800-a-year private school just 15 minutes from his dad's Mar-a-Lago country club. The Oxbridge Academy in Palm Beach, Florida announced late last week that the former president's son, who is 15, would be attending the private school for the upcoming 2021 - 22 school year. It was founded in 2011 by William Koch, the brother of major Republican donors Charles and David Koch. William - also known as Bill - was a keen fundraiser for Trump's 2016 presidential bid, but Charles and David avoided donating to the former president's efforts.

$34,88 is chump change compared to many private schools these days. Anything to deflect the disaster in Afghanistan, I suppose.

Hey Barron - C'mon man! Why go to school! - Start your own hedge fund, shoot a few porn videos, take a turn on crack, the media will love you!

If I had a Student at that School, I would be happy to know there were Secret Service around there. It's probably the safest school in the country! Good Luck to Barron. All of Trump's Children look like they were brought up to be polite and well mannered! We could use more of that in this World!

I usually could care less about someone's finances. What someone does with their life and their success or failure is between that person and God. I just wish we had some kind of President who is a middle-class person - a person that worked very hard at their success. It seems like the people who are in politics are people who are very wealthy, have a lot of influence, know someone with influence etc. I am disappointed that Donald Trump spoke favorably of the vaccinations at the Alabama rally. Is it enough that I wouldn't vote for him, probably not but I probably would have booed along with the other people. Probably given him a thumbs down. I really don't want him to run in 2024 because of him being a one-term President. I am quite conflicted. As for Barron, I wish any young person success with their diligent effort.

The Obama daughters went to Sidwell Friends, $34.2 K each in 2012.
Former Pres Obama's Punahou is $27.7K this year.

That’s less expensive than Sidwell Friends where the surly 0bama girls attended for 8 long years.

Yes, private schools in the US are obscenely expensive but if parents have the means, it's their choice.

So Donald Trump is investing in his child's future. How many parents are being denied the ability to place their children in private schools, via vouchers. They are instead being forced to attend Government Indoctrination Centers.

Eh, now the lame streamers are picking on Barron? Screw them...he can go where he wants, and his daddy can afford. At least you know he won't be getting CRT indoctrination by some lefty haggy bag teacher...I'm glad my spouse finally retired.

So what? Obamas and Clintons sent their kids to a private school and it was a gift from the academy that charges the "Great Unwashed" a boat load of money. I am sure that president Trump is picking up the tab.

It's about the same as it costs taxpayers for kids in public schools. Difference is a lot of that money goes to teachers' unions to fund the anti-American movement now running amok.

They did not say that SS would be “patrolling”. This is DM snark. Read the article for the school’s statement informing parents of SS presence on campus.
Although the DM pushes its elitism narrative with the price of the school, 40% of the kids receive financial aid and one-third are “persons of color”. If he is like his parents, he is a smart kid. Leave him alone.
