The Mexican government on Wednesday sued several U.S. gun manufacturers, alleging that they contribute to illegal gun trafficking to Mexico.
The lawsuit was filed in U.S. federal court in Boston. Among the defendants named in the suit are Smith & Wesson, Barrett Firearms, Beretta U.S.A. and Colt’s Manufacturing Company.
The companies did not immediately respond to CNBC’s requests for comment.
The gun manufacturers are accused of negligent business practices that facilitate smuggling guns to Mexico and cause “massive damage” to the country. The lawsuit alleges that they knowingly supply the criminal gun market in Mexico in particular, saying the companies’ military-style guns often

I've got an idea. Why don't THEY close the border so the guns can't be smuggled in?

I guess ranchers in Texas should intervene and sue Mexico caused by illegals and drug smugglers.

Most criminals in Mexico get their guns from the Mexican armed forces and the BATF, not through gun dealers!

For every illegal invader coming through Mexico to America that commits a crime, no matter if they are Mexican or not , Mexico should be sued to the max.

In the really real world, this would be thrown out in a nanosecond. However, with the Supreme Joke of the United States under Chief Just-Us Roberts I'm sure they will agree with Mexico.

I don't believe Mexican drug dealers are shopping in American gun stores paying retail for those manufacture's products neither are the street criminals in democrat cities. All their weaponry is obtained illegally from sources who steal them. If the Mexicans who are packing automatic weapons and explosives trust me we are not the source blame the corrupt Mexican military for that.

Most likely this amounts to low-grade BS but just in case, be sure to name obammie and Holder in your suit. Remembering Brian Terry

And how much money do we give Mexico every year. End it and see how fast they change their tune. Also how about us suing Mexico for killing Americans with the outrageous amount of drugs coming across our borders....

FTA: An estimated half million guns are smuggled from the U.S. into Mexico each year, and the defendants produce over 68% of them, the lawsuit said.
The numbers above are surely lies. Stats cited by Hillary and the Obama administration that 90 percent of the guns found at Mexican crime scenes were traced to USA was a tremendous lie told on run up to Fast and Furious gun smuggling operation. An analysis done in part by Fox News said 90 percent was false. The truth was Mexico released partial information, and that many guns recovered at Mexican crime scenes were untraceable and, therefore, were not American guns. The Fox study concluded approximately 36 percent of the guns were manufactured in USA.
This is a bogus lawsuit. Can we rule out cooperation with Mexico in this suit from corrupt United States federal authorities?

Dear Mexican government,
Las armas no matan a la gente, la gente mata a la gente.
Do something about the cartels and all of the other thugs before you come looking for a payout from us.

Not long ago, our great President Trump had Mexico patrolling the border, helping us to keep it closed. Now, the criminal class in DC has opened the border, and Mexico is making things worse, not helping.

The people who are smuggling guns into Mexico from the USA are all Mexicans, who know who they can payoff in the Mexican spirit of “the bite” also known in Spanish as “la mordida”, so they can sell their contraband guns in Mexico to criminal elements without becoming in tangled with corrupt Mexican police and other authorities.

Perhaps if the Mexican government did something about the cartels and their own corrupt military this wouldn't be happening. Oh, I forgot. The government is bought and paid for by the cartels and military. Never mind...

Well if this manure ridden goat rope wasn't set up by Kamala's little trot down south, I'll eat my sneakers.
All of a sudden. The country with one of the most corrupt police forces on earth and a president who talked big and has done NOTHING to remedy that problem finds the REAL culprit. Rest assured, there is no problem in Mexico that the US can't be blamed for if a pol needs an out for his own incompetence.
They love our money though. It keeps their economy afloat.

Mexico needs to sweep around their own front door, which happens to be our back door where all those illegals are coming in. Get real! But then we'll allow you to send a legal posse to come and get holder and ovomit. You have 24 hours.

I doubt this is going to get any traction at all. They are targeting the wrong entity anyway - the correct plantiff would be the Federal Government, who can't control the borders.
Gun makers are indemnified, and US law controls, since they filed in a US court. Tough tacos, Pedro.

So Mexico can get standing for this, but the State of Texas couldn't get standing to sue to overturn election fraud on a national level. That seems a little unfair.
