Reading PJ Media the other day, I discovered to my shock that, without my knowing it, I’ve somehow become a violent extremist. As a result, the social media giants Facebook, Microsoft, Twitter, and YouTube are determined to eradicate my nefarious presence from the interwebs. I don’t know when this particular boom will be lowered on me, if ever, but if my website Jihad Watch and I suddenly disappear from your daily Internet reading, you’ll know that our intrepid self-appointed protectors are working night and day to keep you safe from violent extremism, and are to be commended for doing so.

I know this is shocking, but I am completely impervious to being canceled by Facebook and Twitter. My secret defense? I never joined. Simple, no?

The liberal instinct to censor is really interesting, psychologically. I've been banned from various platforms for posting factual things like: The majority of new COVID cases in Israel are breakthrough cases among the vaccinated (a absolutely true, and troubling fact) (This just happened.) Explaining how inflation worked when the Fed prints money in a dry, factual, manner. Statistics on black crime and how the crime rate was effectively the same as the white crime rate before the "Great Society" social programs destroyed the black family. Etc. The liberals don't debate, they go to moderators, scream and yell "racism" and get people (and ideas) deleted. Why?

One of the most fascinating questions about WW2 concerns when the Nazis realized they had lost the war. Some say the generals knew early as December 1941, when Operation Barbarossa was stopped before Moscow, that the great throw of the dice had failed. Others say civilian leaders came to it in 1942 when Case Blue failed to secure the oil they needed to fight on in the East. But most certainly the public moment had come by February 1943, when Joseph Goebbels delivered his famous “Total War” speech admitting that, far from attaining victory, the Reich would be very lucky to survive without a mobilization on a Communist scale.

Jeb Bush, the former governor of Florida, made a bizarre tweet earlier this week regarding the Olympics and Team USA’s medal count that has left me confused for a number of reasons. “I wonder how our medal totals would be if we had an exclusionary immigration system which we have had for the last few years,” the one-time presidential candidate wrote. “My heart swells for all of our medalists, including those whose families have come from far off lands to love our country.” [Tweet] This poorly worded tweet seems to be suggesting that Jeb is disappointed in Team USA’s medal count and believes it would be better if

NEW YORK CITY—Just as New York City restaurateurs thought they would perhaps see their way out of crushing COVID-19 restrictions and back to “normalcy,” the city’s government dealt out another blow: Restaurants will now have to check customers for proof of vaccination, or themselves face fines. In response, restaurant owners seem to have flocked to one of two positions. Some support the rule as long as it prevents more lockdowns, while others reject it as an unreasonable imposition on their already vulnerable operations. Restaurants have been among the hardest hit by the lockdown imposed in response to the pandemic of the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus, which causes COVID-19. New York City

The Mexican government on Wednesday sued several U.S. gun manufacturers, alleging that they contribute to illegal gun trafficking to Mexico. The lawsuit was filed in U.S. federal court in Boston. Among the defendants named in the suit are Smith & Wesson, Barrett Firearms, Beretta U.S.A. and Colt’s Manufacturing Company. The companies did not immediately respond to CNBC’s requests for comment. The gun manufacturers are accused of negligent business practices that facilitate smuggling guns to Mexico and cause “massive damage” to the country. The lawsuit alleges that they knowingly supply the criminal gun market in Mexico in particular, saying the companies’ military-style guns often

Even world-record-holding athletes can be surprised by their personal feats. Norway’s Karsten Warholm crushed his own world record to win the men’s 400m hurdles final in 45.94 seconds on Monday night. And his reaction was priceless. On July 1, Warholm broke American Kevin Young’s 29-year-old world record of 46.78 seconds at a Diamond League meet with a time of 46.70, and he blew by that mark just over a month later to win gold in Tokyo. American Rai Benjamin also beat Warholm’s previous world record on Monday by finishing in 46.17 seconds, but it was only enough for him to land the silver medal. Brazil’s Alison dos Santos (who had a similar reaction as

How determined is the Biden administration to let illegal aliens in? Well, according to the latest report from Breitbart, determined enough to put in overtime to defy a judicial order. Here's the report: (Snip) It's a strange thing, seeing the federal government defy a judicial order in order to benefit foreign nationals illegally present in the country. They claim it's a "mistake," but that doesn't hold water — according to Robert Law at the Center for Immigration Studies, they actually put in overtime on the weekend, something they rarely do, all to get those nine cases through.

Only one charred wall remains standing. According to the report, “The cause of the fire is still under investigation, but Surrey RCMP [police] said it is being treated as ‘suspicious.’ The St. George Coptic

The House Ways and Means Committee has long sought the returns, only to be stymied by federal officials. Rep. The attempt was blocked by the Treasury Department during the Trump administration. The Department of Justice previously said that refusal did not violate

On September 14, Californians of all political persuasions will answer two questions on their ballot: 1) Do you want to recall Gov. Gavin Newsom? 2) Whom do you want to replace him? The fate of our nation will be determined by the outcome of those two questions. How can I say that? First, you have to know what's really going on, so let's pull back the curtain. Months ago, Ric Grenell publicly said he had no interest in running for governor because Pelosi's daughter said there wasn't going to be a recall. If it came down to it, Feinstein would have a sudden reason to retire,

As the Biden administration continues to peel away the accomplishments of his predecessor, what I hear most from family, friends, and social media posters is a fear that Democrats have become power-mad with their recent ascendancy to a majority position in the House and Senate. In eight years, half of American car buyers will be forced to purchase overpriced, underperforming electric cars they don’t want, courtesy of the federal government and a compliant auto industry. With a wave of his pen, Biden ordered that 50% of new cars and trucks sold by 2030 are to be electric. Since the auto companies already have their 2022 model year cars in production, that means they have less than eight years

It’s cheap, easy, and lots of fun to highlight Joe Biden’s incoherence and creepiness. Heck, he displays it constantly. Just yesterday, he sniffed a little girl’s hair and made an utterly incomprehensible speech likening police to brawling high school athletes. However, Don Surber, one of the most acute political observers suggests that Biden may be hiding a still-sharp brain behind that decrepit, incoherent exterior. I put it to you, the readers, to make the call. On Thursday, Twitter wasn’t able to stop “Creepy Joe” from trending. The reason was that he was once again caught snuffling at a little girl under the pretext of whispering something to her:
