Joint Chiefs Chairman Compared Trump

After the 2020 election, Army General Mark Milley, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, compared President Donald Trump to Nazi dictator Adolf Hitler and Trump’s supporters in the MAGA movement to Nazi brownshirts. This only further underscores conservative fears about President Joe Biden’s efforts to root out “extremism” in the military. “Milley told his staff that he believed Trump was stoking unrest, possibly in hopes of an excuse to invoke the Insurrection Act and call out the military,” Washington Post reporters Carol Leaning and Philip Rucker wrote in their forthcoming book I Alone Can Fix It, CNN reported.

The Dem-controlled media will not cover this WEAKNESS which is actually an existential threat to the nation .... Democrats and their media could care less as long as they are in control.

Let us hope that Biden make the same mistake Hitler did in 1938. On Kristallnacht Hitler dissolved the German General Staff. This was the most advanced organization ever created for the purpose of winning wars. But the Marshals did not accept Himmler's plan to exterminate the Jews. As a result, Hitler bungled the war on England and the war on Russia. Germany did not lose the chance to invade England for technical reasons. Germany was out-thought and outwitted by the RAF. But you need a general staff to properly control an air force. Otherwise you order the wrong raids and lose planes. Germany did not lose the war on Russia by chance. Germany was gulled into a frivolous side trip to Cyprus and then trapped by the same Russian winter which trapped Napoleon. A General Staff would have told Hitler that his Blitzkreig would fail at 40 degrees below zero; Tanks don't work, wheels don't turn, machinery fails. A General Staff would have told Hitler this. It is the same reason we could not rescue the hostages in Iran. A good staff would know about helicopter desert warfare. No filters exist which can protect turbines from sand grit. But Carter was so smart he did not need a General Staff. So he lost.

No doubt about half the people in the USA have lost trust in Milley as Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, as the result of him making false and disparaging comments and remarks targeting his Commander in Chief, the President of the USA. By leaking that, someone is trying to get rid of Milley, maybe whoever that is, they are right, and it’s time for Milley to either retire or resign his commission.

Dear GOP: Stop Using Frank Luntz 12 replies
Posted by Hazymac 7/23/2021 3:41:18 PM Post Reply
Perhaps Frank Luntz is just another victim of Trump Derangement Syndrome. Since the 2016 election, it seems he is far more interested in tut-tutting the Republican base than he is in finding out what we think. The GOP should have been over him in December of 2020 when he poll-tested words to get Americans to comply with lockdowns and masks. His study, in conjunction with the Beaumont Foundation, found that Republicans were particularly skeptical of these COVID-19 mitigation strategies. Luntz came up with some ridiculous suggestions: Survey respondents had a much more positive reaction to the term “stay-at-home order.” “Calling it a lockdown brings to mind jailing your population,” Luntz said.

The National Football League (NFL) recently joined virtually every other American institution in lauding — and marketing to — the LGBT community during Pride Month in June. The ad begins by stating "football is gay" to the sound of drums rolling and people cheering. (I'm not sure what Dick Butkus would have to say about this advertisement, but I digress.) [Tweet] The ad is in part a direct response to Las Vegas Raiders defensive end Carl Nassib's recent announcement that he is gay, a league spokesperson said.

One of the most fascinating aspects of principal-agent theory, the study of how representatives can be controlled by those they represent, is the problem of agent escape. The study of “agent escape” is often discussed in the context of the safety of artificial intelligence regarding the conditions under which a superintelligence can breach its sandbox,
