Texas Democrats Finally Begin to Realize
They Are Screwed

Original Article

You’d be forgiven for forgetting they existed, but the fugitive Texas Democrats, who fled their state to stop the passage of a mundane voting integrity bill, are still hanging out in Washington, DC. Where exactly, I’m not sure, but I like to imagine them sleeping on cots and eating ramen noodles every night while they mutter obscenities about Gov. Greg Abbott to each other. That’s when they aren’t spreading COVID to everyone, of course. There was a sighting a few days ago in which some of them appeared with Al Sharpton at the MLK memorial. You know, because nothing stirs support in Texas like latching onto a notorious, big-city race grifter

All demoncrats are screwed if we have free, fair, and honest elections. People are fed up with them, and even the brainwashed masses who watch "the network" news are starting to wake up and think that perhaps they have been lied to. Without "federal intervention," in other words Washington imposing its version of "free and fair" elections on every state, in direct conflict with the Constitution, they truly are going to lose this fight, despite pretending they are the civil rights champions of our time.

I live in Texas. Even the lie-beral Demon-Rats I know think this was a stupid stunt. It was doomed to failure from the start, since Gov. Abbott can keep calling special sessions indefinitely. The ones who are up for re-election can't even return to campaign, and hopefully will all be unemployed after the next election!!! If they do return to Texas, they will be arrested immediately and taken straight to the capital for force a quorum so that the vote can be taken to pass election integrity!!! I guess they gained nothing but a nice long vacation in DC that idiots paid for for them. Hope it was worth it for them, since they have lost a lot of respect here in Texas. We do not take kindly to people that we are paying who refuse to do their jobs!!!

FTA: "The more the media coverage fades, and it’s already nearly non-existent, the less incentive there will be to stick this out knowing they are going to lose anyway. I’d also guess they are wearing out their welcome at this point." The senior class trip to the Capital started out with cheap beer on the bus and a mask-less airplane ride to the wild cheers of the narrative spinners. The plucky fighters against "Joe Eagle" were fastidiously filmed being feted by Willie's hoe and the plastic lady from San Fransisco. Unfortunately, the group wrapped up a fairly decent press conference with a pathetic impromptu "We Shall Overcome". As the news of the China Virus infections followed in the wake of their sinking ship, the narrative fell apart faster than a Xiden ad-lib. I've been praying that our enemies would fall into their own traps. Thank you, God!

The Voter Integrity laws they seek to go around involve Voter ID, keeping accurate records with provisions to remove dead people, and having CONSISTENT voting hours state-wide across Texas. Nothing more than what OTHER STATES are already doing... All political theater fueled by he media holding to the idea that laws created by the Texas Legislature and signed by the Governor in previous years are somehow NOW unconstitutional. Robert Francis "Beta" O'Dork paying over $600,000 to KEEP them sequestered from doing their duty in the Special Session called by Governor Greg Abbott who will call them until they show up an vote. They simply DO NOT have the votes, and playing their little media stunt to attempt to get Congress to usurp the power invested to the STATES by the US Constitution won't cut it--the Senate is not going to play along with the House on this travesty against the Constitution, so it is DEAD. So, they need to return to Texas and take their lumps, and realize that this little stunt may ultimately cost them their seats and that Speaker Dade Phelan is now going to be pressured to NEVER AGAIN appoint demonrat socialists to committee chairmanships when the Republicans are in the majority and important bills don't come out of those committees to the calendars committee during the regular session.

Only a democrat would think running out to avoid a vote because they were going to lose would think this strategy was a good one. They just ended up looking foolish. Adults do not behave in this way regarding their responsibilities. They show up and do their jobs. These mindless nitwits never considered that this little bit of theater would cost them. Now they are faced with real repercussions when they return something no democrat ever believes will happen to them. After all, they are members of the party that never seems to pay for their actions. As the old saying goes, play stupid games, win stupid prizes, and this particular prize is going to be a doozy. I believe that during the Texas regular session the Republicans negotiated and made concessions on the voting bill with the Democrats. Then the Democrats managed to delay the bill enough to prevent its passage in the regular session. Then Gov. Abbott called the special to deal with this and with other important issues that didn't get finished in the regular session. To further obstruct the voting bill, the Democrats fled the state to Washington DC expecting the become national heroes. At this point I believe the Republicans should begin strengthening the bill and remove any concessions that were made to the Democrats. There needs to be some payback for all the time and effort the Democrats have wasted. There should also be a strong lesson in this to the Republicans. You must realize that the enemy is without honor.

During a press briefing Wednesday, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki brushed off concerns about the constitutionality of the Biden administration’s decision to extend the existing eviction moratorium without congressional approval. President Biden announced Tuesday that the CDC would extend the eviction moratorium in the areas of the country that have been hardest hit by the resurgence of COVID-19. After making announcement, Biden conceded that “the bulk of the constitutional scholars say it’s not likely to pass constitutional muster.” When a reporter suggested that many Americans are concerned about Biden’s willingness to pursue a constitutionally dubious course of action, Psaki pushed back, suggesting that the reporter was citing non-existent critics.

Geneva — The head of the World Health Organization is calling for a moratorium on administering booster shots of COVID-19 vaccines as a way to help ensure that doses are available in countries where few people have received their first shots. WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus made the appeal mostly to wealthier countries that have far outpaced the developing world in numbers of vaccinations. WHO officials say the science is unproven about whether giving booster shots to people who have already received two vaccine doses is effective in preventing the spread of the coronavirus.

As we previously reported, Joe Biden announced that the CDC would be coming down with a new temporary eviction moratorium order. What was so stunning about Biden’s remarks is that he indicated he knew it was likely to not pass constitutional muster, his own advisors had said the day before that they didn’t have the legal authority, that they had “quadruple-checked it.” Yet he decided to do it anyway, caving under pressure from the progressives. But, in the process, he also said the quiet part out loud — that they were going to do it anyway even if it was unconstitutional because it would take time
