Since January 6, the Democrats have played up the kerfuffle in the Capitol on January as the worst thing ever in American history, while ignoring the innumerable times leftists have aggressively invaded the Capitol. This is different, and the wrongdoers must be punished. The problem with this narrative, though, was revealed on Monday when the first person charged with a felony for January 6 got sentenced. Was the sentence life imprisonment? Beheading? No. It was eight months in prison. Talk about a narrative fail.
Within minutes of January 6, the Democrats, who had turned a blind eye to the incredible violence of 2020,

BTW, think about this issue. People, American citizens, kept in solitary confinement, some for more than 6 months. 23 hours a day in solitary with minimal access to their lawyers. For trespassing. And the first one to reach trial receiving a whopping 8 month jail sentence (I believe with time served). Some historical insurrection, eh? Fidel would be proud.

As soon as President Trump wins reelection, they all should be immediately pardoned. What any of the Trump supporters are accused of is trivial to what the treasonous filth that sits in those hallowed seats do to the American people eveyday.

Along with the 8 months they took away his right to vote. No matter. Plenty of BLM looters to take his place. They have been found guilty of nothing.

8 months for this, nothing for hundreds of Antifa pukes that tried to burn down the Portland Federal Courthouse for more than 100 days and nights, and injured scores.
The Democraps have turned America into the Gulag Archipelago.

What about the two female lawyers who bombed a police car. Nothing has happened to them and they are not in jail.

Widburg makes some very good points. As usual. She is good. As a Swalwell-loather, who is glad he was born and raised in Iowa - not California - I really liked this one:
Rep. Eric Swalwell, a man too stupid to realize that the only reason a pretty Chinese woman would sleep with him was that she was a spy;
I am amazed that Arnold Schwarzenegger would say anything as dumb as what he said.

In a barrage of good ones, Widburg fires off this truth bomb:
Joe Biden reads without flinching the nonsense fed him. (Biden is clearly sentient enough to understand every attack he makes on America and Americans. This is just another in his many betrayals of his country for the last 47 years. He used to do it for money. Now he does it for prestige.)
I’m just not sure it’s all for prestige these days. Quid Pro Joe always liked them benjamins...

Americans got more upset over a useless Army deserter, Bowe Bergdahl, and three nincompoop hikers who wondered into Iranian territory and were held for ransom. If our glorified protesters want to protest something meaningful, they would be standing outside the jail cells of the innocent people arrested because of January 6th. It's no wonder this country is falling apart.
Nancy Pelosi should spend a day in jail for each illegal arrest she made and Michael Leroy Byrd should be hanged, like with a noose.

Never thought I'd see the day. Political prisoners in the USA, and worse conditions than Gitmo.
The other point is they weren't arrested at the scene. The Gov wants you to know that they used the resources of the FBI to track them down. I want to throw up.

Since the Capitol belongs to the PEOPLE, how can people trespass, and HOW in the H*LL does trespass become a felony.

Everytime the Democrat prosecutors convict someone of a felony who entered the US Capitol building on January 6th during the riot there, they are usually also taking away that person’s right to vote in future elections. As far as the sentences are concerned, if they amount to about 8 months or less court ordered incarceration, and the defendant has been in pre-trial detention since January, once the defendant is given credit for time served, the defendant has fulfilled the entire sentence and is not subject to further incarceration. You have to figure that most of the defendants who have been in custody are in the end going to be charged with a misdemeanor offense such as unlawfully entering a public building if it cannot be proven that they otherwise assaulted a law enforcement officer or damaged or destroyed public property. Chances are the Democrat prosecutors will tack on some other charge, like disrupting Congress, in order to try to “Jack Up” the sentencing. Who knows we will have to wait and see.
