The Supreme Court: Cowards,

They appear to be cowards or crooks or compromised. Cowards, crooks, or compromised seems to be the only way to explain the decision-making of the United States Supreme Court. The Court's unwillingness to make any decisions regarding the presidential election of 2020 is a historic failure. These last twelve months have seen the Court refuse to do its duty. The Court refused to be a co-equal branch of the federal government. With the Bush v. Gore of 2000, there is legal precedent. Just twenty short years ago, the U.S. Supreme Court took Bush v. Gore, a presidential election case, so the precedent was there

Those three characteristics are not mutually exclusive. The Supreme Court that sits in Washington DC may be all three. Additionally, they don't seem to be the Supreme Court of the United States.

They've lost all credibility for many of us. The case brought by Texas and joined by 18 other states was rejected based on "Standing". That, in and of itself, was dereliction of duty on their part. There is no question that every State has "Standing" to make sure the election of the POTUS is legitimate as who becomes President affects us all.

I suspect all of the above for the court collectively, but individually the blackmail is the most common reason. To be clear, the problem is in those justices put on by republican presidents. I believe that John Roberts was known to be vulnerable to blackmail when he entered the court, thanks to George W. Bush and turtle. In his case it is regarding how he got his adopted children. This leads me to wonder if the same isn't true of Kavanaugh and Barrett....turtle liked them, because he could control them. I can imagine the turtle informing the various presidents of who he believes he can get the votes to seat on the court. Unfortunately, Trump put his trust in some unsavory republican characters, both in congress and in his white house. The supremes will ultimately get the blame for it all when we have states seceding, or the government attacking its citizens. All three branches of government are now corrupt and with voting controlled by them, revolution is all that remains.

Add one more reason to the list: The so-called conservative judges nominated by President Trump were really Stealth Democrats. Anyone who really listened to Amy Barret confirmation hearing knew she was at core a liberal lawyer from that cesspool of PC Notre Dame University. Kavanaugh is a gutless punk and again is a[so a stealth liberal.

It has been clear Roberts was Blackmailed. We all believed it when he made his decision on Obamacare. Since then, he has voted with the Democrats, over and over. But we were all stunned when the REPUBLICAN Majority (that Trump gave them) refused to hear the Voting Cases. Everyone who didn't live under a Rock saw first hand the Fraud that took place (even on video) and yet the Court wouldn't even hear the case. We all knew something sticks in Denmark on that Court and now we don't expect them to ever again hear a case and decide in Republican favor. Just isn't going to happen. So, ALL of them (except for the Democrats) are being Blackmailed. Thomas being the exception!

Best story yet that I have seen. The writer lays out all the possibilities that may affect the very unusual actions of the court. Take your pick. Maybe the crazies are out to abolish the supreme court while they are still trying to abolish the effectiveness of the police forces. The new America...........abolish the police, abolish the supreme court, fill the federal courts with left leaning judges, disregard that pesky old constitution and on and on ad nauseam. Say hello to the new America !!!!! .

The Justices on SCOTUS are known to the Mob. They know what will happen to them if they fail. Death and destruction will come if they step over the line. There is nothing which can compare to the loss of yourself and your family. There is no source of protection for the Justices. When the Mob puts you on notice, they are not fooling around. There is no trial, there are no charges, you just die. Chief Social Justice Warrior Roberts made that clear. His panic was personal and immediate. The Mob knows where he lives. He and his family will die, and his home will be destroyed. The Mob does not play. So forget Justice. Just do as you are told.

Clearly Trump was not personally acquainted with the three lawyers who he nominated for seats on the US Supreme Court and relied of the recommendations from the wimpy Republicans in the US Senate and other establishment Republican politically related entities in DC. So we can see that the so-called conservative lawyers who were recommended to and nominated by Trump, once they were confirmed as Supreme Court Justices by their actions and in actions so far do not appear to be conservatives at all, you can add to those three the current Chief Justice. That leads a lot of people to believe that Republican Presidents have been sold pigs in a poke when it comes to Supreme Court nominees by establishment Republicans who are ensconced in the DC “UniParty” system and have been for a long time. More evidence of that is that the Supreme Court Justices who have been nominated to the Supreme Court by liberal Democrat Presidents stick to the Democrat political agenda almost 100% of the time, with so-called conservative Republican nominated Justices moving left to vote with the Democrat nominated Justices in critical cases. Clearly Schumer neutered and set up the US Supreme Court for what is happening now when he publicly and essentially warned the Supreme Court that if they made decisions contrary to the leftist Democrat political agenda that they would reap the “whirlwind” meaning that with the Democrats controlling the Congress and the White House that individual Republican nominated Justices could well be impeached and be removed from the Supreme Court, or that the Democrats could well “pack” the Supreme Court with a number of leftist or liberal Democrat Justices.

It’s all blackmail. Roberts is pictured with Clinton on Epstein’s island. He could be as innocent as the day is long. But that picture is in the hands. Of his controller. Find out who that is and it will stop. I truly believe there is a lot of that blackmail stuff going on in DC. But when do these people start fighting back. Stand up for what is right. Stop being controlled. The Dems are all covering for each other. All the way up to Biden.

So clearly the mantra is being pushed forward of “on to 2022. We’ll have it fixed for that election for sure!” The Republicans can’t possibly be so foolish to think that they can expect a fair or winning 2022 or 2024 election if they don’t litigate 2020. The ninth circuit, and/or whatever other “judges” Creepy Joe/Kameltoe get installed, will overturn every voter law change brought before them. Or the challenges to these changes will be dragged out in court, so they aren’t in play for 2022. Lots of voters simply won’t waste their time to vote, since there is little confidence (certainly from conservatives) about the integrity of the vote, the Political parties themselves, and the people who corrupted this last election. What a sad state to watch the decline of a great nation.

As you contemplate whether it is cowards, crooks, or compromised, please recall that since 2017, Chief Justice Roberts has done everything possible to hurt the bad Orange Man. -Even after it was plainly evident that the DOJ/FBI had abused the FISA process to plot against a sitting President, Roberts did nothing. He issued not a word of reproach. -It was clearly evident the the Mueller Special Counsel was pure theatre to damage Trump, and the impeachments were without a legal basis, yet Roberts did nothing. -When Trump tried to cancel Obama's unconstitutional DACA Executive Order, Roberts overruled Trump and treated DACA as valid law -Roberts never put a stop to self-important Leftist circuit judges issuing nationwide restraining orders against Trump's Executive Orders -Roberts could have stopped the ELECTION STEAL in July 2020, months ahead of the election, when the PA Legislature appealed to SCOTUS the PA Supreme Court ruling that allowed changes to be made to election rules by others besides the Legislature. Yet he allowed clearly unconstitutional election laws to be in place in PA. And then failing to hear Texas v. Pennsylvania after the election. Roberts singlehandedly stole the Election for Biden . His actions go well beyond cowardice. I wish every manner of evil and malevolence upon Roberts

We're all spending good lifetime hours watching the likes of Democrat operatives: the three, President Joe Biden; V.P. It's brief, it involves no scratching of any itch, and it is a constant. Such a touch indicates a bunch of body language cues. Were he to tap the tip of his nose, say, that would indicate smug self-satisfaction: I know this, keep me in your eye. But he doesn't tap the tip. He doesn't, in fact, feel all-wise.
