Donald Trump Jr. and his girlfriend Kimberly Guilfoyle have just shelled out $9.7 million on a Florida mansion. And it looks like they snagged a bargain. The home was initially listed back in 2017 for a whopping $19.9 million, property records show. But after three years on-and-off the market, and a $10 million price cut, the home finally sold to Trump Jr., 43, and his gal pal, 52, who recently revealed that she already feels like she’s married to him. The sale took place two-and-a-half months after the pair made their exit from the Big Apple following the results of the 2020 election.

Imagine that...
Less taxes paid to New York City and New York State.

How can people live in such a rundown shack? Start a fund for needed repairs.

They can probably pay for the property in two years with the savings from New York taxes.

What massively good taste being displayed in Kimberly’s wardrobe and the design and price of the house.

If you earn your money, liberals hate you. If you are a bureaucrat's son and steal it, then it's okay.

Nice joint, good for them.
9.7 million sounds like a lot of money ----and it is, but anything on Fla. waterfront is expensive.
It's a good investment. Certainly better than earning 0.25% interest on a CD
Yes folks, that is the current interest rate paid on CD's.

Its a beautiful home. Congrats to them!
The first thing that entered my mind is the cost of keeping it air conditioned and cleaning it. Ha! If they can afford it, more power to them!

I guess the fact that they aren't married doesn't bother anyone anymore.

Nice diggs, but I can't ever forget that she was married to the slimeball piece of garbage who is currently wrecking California.

I have to ask. In the last photo, there is an area of grass surrounded by a square white 'sidewalk'. What is that for? All I can come up with is a place for a helicopter to land but that doesn't seem feasible, if it were so, wouldn't it be a concrete pad?
Otherwise, it's a lovely home just glad I don't have to clean it.

I never liked her and dont much care what she does. She acts just like all the former cheerleaders I've ever met; getting by on looks without any consideration to personality or intellect. If all else fails just sit there and look cute. Maybe show a little leg.

# 8 - when I see pictures of places like this, my first thought is how much floor space will need to be mopped. LOL I know, if they can afford the house they can afford someone to mop it.

#13 and #15 I agree does anyone get married anymore? If they do it's after living together. Anything goes now a days.

#15 Kimberly was married to Gavin Newsom when he was mayor of San Francisco. I think it is better for Don Jr. to just wait or leave it as is. Less paperwork in the end.

Forget cleaning the floors. The windows are what would take all the cleaning. I lived in FL for 20 years and I know how often they require cleaning.

I'm with 13, 15, and 21. I can't get excited about their lovely home without thinking about not marrying and the giving up on marriage that's taking place today. She feels likes she's married to him, because they're playing house as shacking used to be called. And, that age difference. Hmm?
