A Michigan attorney wants to release the findings from a forensic audit of Dominion Voting Systems equipment for the public to see. Matthew DePerno, who is representing an Antrim County resident behind a lawsuit challenging a local marijuana retailer proposal, told Newsmax TV on Friday that his broader ambition is to convince state lawmakers to overturn the results of the presidential election with what he says is evidence of voting machine tampering. Comments:

If the machines are accurate, why issue a gag order? And if they're 'inaccurate', why schedule a review of the gag order on Monday after it's too late to do anything?

Democrats do not believe in the rule of law, if they did they would oppose the fraud and cheating. Instead, they benefit hugely from it. It's time for us to do the right thing and release this information. This fraud on America and our constitution can not stand. Release this information immediately.

#7, I agree. Just release the information. Adam Schiff and others released whatever they wanted anytime they wanted. It’s time to push back on these corrupt judges. I know that is easy for me to say, but we are standing on the edge of the abyss just about ready to topple over. Now is the time to defy these rogue judges. They cannot continually use the law to benefit the democrat party at the detriment of this nation. The American people have a right to see proof the democrat party has committed voter fraud. We are being held hostage by the political bias of the judiciary to prevent evidence of massive fraud by the democrat party. Enough already.

FTA - "Officials determined it was human error, in particular a failure to update software, that resulted in 6,000 votes erroneously being tabulated for President-elect Joe Biden rather than Trump." Notice how it is always human error. Mr. DePerno, have somebody else leak the audit results. By tonight. If the judge files a contempt charge against you, we'll cover your legal expenses. We the people, are entitled to know, for fact, that the dims cheated.

The legal excuse for keeping the information secret is that dominion voting machine company software etc. is proprietary and cannot be reversed engineered under the DMCA. Releasing the results of this forensic audit would threaten this companies product. This places the company interests above the electorate. Any machine used to tabulate an election should be scrutinized completely by both parties to the election and a secure boot system implemented so that no software which is not scrutinized can be running on the machine. If DMCA and secure boot can be implemented on everyone’s computer to protect the movie industry from copying their content, it can also be used to protect election integrity. Nothing which is secret or proprietary should be used in any election or bought by any county or state for use in elections.

I could not tell from the article if this was about the test on a Dominion Voting System computer that was feed an equal number of Trump and Biden votes, but outputted a 16% lead for Biden, or something else. That test was rerun and produced the same output. That was proof that the system software had been configured to produce rigged results. Since it only takes seconds to reconfigure the software, I would expect that this software has now been replaced with honest software in all the other computers. The only reason I can see for putting a gage order on the results is to suppress the truth.

Would like to believe the gag order is because there is an actual criminal investigation going on, but that's just not the case. The gag order is just a coverup in a much larger coverup that's going on nationwide. The thieves, thugs, looters, and tyrants are working overtime trying to take over. Would like to know how election workers caught this since it doesn't appear to have been caught anywhere else. How did they catch the vote flipping? It might not be immediately obvious, and easily overlooked. Blaming this on a bad level of code is not believable. The same code would be on all voting machines. How would it be limited to just one machine? The election workers don't get to select which code comes up. The election workers just power up the voting machines, and the machines will automatically bring up the code. The people in charge of the voting machines did this. Did they send out a command to reboot to another level of code, and this machine somehow never got the command? They probably downloaded a 'clean' level of code to overwrite the level of code used to steal elections, and then automatically rebooted the voting machines to clear the vote stealing code out of memory. Anyone notice the voting machines rebooting?

All the "glitches" and "human errors" altogether are statistically implausible and impossible. The odds of all these swing states having massive spikes of votes all for Biden at the last push of the counting for one state alone is 1 in 1,000,000,000,000,000. The odds that FIVE states would show these results are 1 in 100,000,000,000,000,000,000,000. We would have a better chance of several of the L.dotters win the lottery on the same day!!

I was chatting with a politically mature friend today who, in the course of some delighted words about Attorney General Merrick Garland, reminded me that in his famous “evil empire” speech of 1983, Ronald Reagan quoted a few choice lines from the preface of C. S. Lewis’ Screwtape Letters. “The greatest evil,” Lewis wrote, is not now done in any Dickensian “dens of iniquity” or even in “concentration camps and labor camps.” (snip) The reason, by the way, my friend’s words about Merrick Garland were “delighted” was because of the huge, if inadvertent, boost the attorney general has just given to Donald Trump’s political prospects. Liz Cheney is facing an awkward challenge. A few days from now, she will deliver the most consequential speech of her career to date. The polls indicate it will almost certainly be a concession speech. Rhetorically, the assignment is clear: Accept defeat while sounding like a winner. More specifically, Cheney needs to signal that the loss of her Wyoming House seat in a GOP primary is in no way the end of her career, but the opening of a new phase in which she intends to be one of the most important people in American political life.

You may remember the strange case of Antrim County, the very pro-Trump red county, where the voting results professed to show that Joe Biden had won by a huge amount. Well, the election officials knew something was wrong when they saw it, knowing there was no way that happened. But when they investigated, they found that somehow the votes had been switched. The Secretary of State, a Democrat tried to blame “human error” saying that an election official in the county hadn’t done an update which caused the result. But then that immediately raised several questions. Was there a problem in the system that allowed for this to happen?

One thing we must give Democrats credit for is their unity. Yes, certain members of the party such as Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ) will occasionally diverge from the party line and oppose particularly radical pieces of legislation, but when it comes to big moments and key votes – on impeachment, for instance – Democrats circle the wagons. It is helpful to think of political developments as moves on the chessboard made to advance an objective. In chess, the objective is to win the game, chess being zero-sum. Politics is like that, too, though participants often claim it's not, that they're acting for the greater good, principles at the foundation of democracy, motherhood and apple pie and all that — which is true in some cases but never if Democrats are in the game. This brings me to Attorney General Garland's claim that the Mar-a-Lago home invasion wasn't a raid at all.
