Implied in the Constitution’s separation of powers is the doctrine of non-delegation, a rule that one branch must not authorize another branch or other entity to exercise the power which it is constitutionally authorized to exercise itself.

Huawei's severance from Google has forced it to strike up a partnership with satellite navigation company TomTom, Reuters reports. Better known for making in-car navigation systems, TomTom will be building a maps app for Huawei phones since Huawei lost access to pre-installing Google Maps. The Trump administration placed Huawei on a trade blacklist called an "entity list" in May 2019, designating it a national security risk. The US claims Huawei acts as a conduit for Chinese government espionage, an allegation the company denies. The blacklisting means American companies have to seek government permission before dealing with Huawei.

But the Meghan and Harry rupture is fundamentally different from any previous crisis to befall the British monarchy. (Snip) The roadside bomb in the royal family named Meghan Markle exploded not because of immoral conduct in the conventional sense. Markle is the first duchess who hails from the American left-wing, post-Christian, anti-moral belief system that worships the journey of self-directed personal actualization.

This is an entirely partisan and, therefore, illegitimate effort by House Democrats to remove a president from office,” Ray said.Ray continued, “And the remedy for that is the United States Senate, as envisioned by the framers of the Constitution. In a newly released impeachment brief, Democratic House managers argue that President Trump must be removed "immediately" to protect the integrity of the current presidential race. "The Senate must use that remedy now to safeguard the 2020 U.S. election," the managers write. "The Senate should immediately remove President Trump from office to prevent further abuses," they continue. "He is an immediate threat to the nation and the rule of law. It is imperative that the Senate convict and remove him from office now." Democrats insist on Trump's immediate removal because, they argue, he was the knowing beneficiary of Russian help in the 2016 election,

The New York Times announced Sunday evening that it had endorsed Sens. Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) and Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) in a rare dual endorsement for the Democratic Party 2020 presidential nomination. (Tweet) Klobuchar has struck a more moderate tone than many of the other Democratic candidates — though she still backs the Green New Deal, among other radical initiatives. Warren is among the most left-wing candidates in the race, and has suffered from impressions that she is less than truthful about herself — notably, her supposed Native American origins, which she pretended

South Bend's police department instituted a series of diversity and anti-discrimination training sessions in 2017. The training sessions took place as violent crime surged in the city, reaching the highest level in 20 years in 2018. The training extended far beyond the immediate issues facing the city and instead lectured cops on policing their own language to be sensitive to "isms."

Believe it or not, but there’s an opinion piece that was published at NBC News last week which essentially argues that voters who allegedly harbor “racist” feelings/prejudices (i.e. Trump voters) should be reprimanded and held accountable for their wrongthink. How? Via government intervention, of course.Noah Berlatsky, a radical left-winger whose Twitter profile contains his “pronouns” and whose credentials include editing a comics blog, makes the case in the piece that Democrats keep losing elections because white people are racist. How else would President Donald Trump have won the 2016 presidential election, after all?

What divides Iowa Democrats most starkly is not income, education, gender, or even ideology. Rather, age is the factor that most strongly correlates with whether an Iowa Democrat supports Joe Biden or Bernie Sanders. In the latest Monmouth poll of likely Iowa caucus-goers, which shows Biden showing a six-point lead over Sanders (24 percent to 18 percent), the frontrunner is in fourth place among voters aged 18 to 49, but he’s in first place because he has an astounding 31-point lead among voters 65 years of age and older. Sanders, by contrast, is powered by younger voters. His support among Iowa Democrats over 65

In one of his last speeches before abdicating in 2013, Pope Benedict XVI decried the liberalism that had seeped into the Church after Vatican II. To this liberalism, he traced “so many problems, so much misery, in reality: seminaries closed, convents closed, the liturgy was trivialized.” But he then proceeded to hand the Church to the very liberals responsible for these problems and to a successor set upon liberalizing the Church even more. Not long after assuming power, Jorge Bergoglio took a veiled swipe at his predecessor. He told an interviewer that Vatican II had encouraged openness to “modern culture” but that “very little was done in that direction,”

Adam Schiff is up to his usual games, claiming the NSA and CIA have been withholding potentially important documents relevant to impeachment. Of course, Schiff is raising this concern only on the eve of the trial. It was not raised during the House investigation. He wants to drag out the trial while the supposed NSA and CIA conduct is investigated. Sound familiar? Just like in Kavanaugh as one ridiculous accuser after another came forward (remember the supposed Rhode Island boat sexual assault?), all Democrats supposedly wanted was an “investigation.”

On Feb. 11, 1999 — one day before President Bill Clinton was acquitted in his impeachment trial before the Senate — Sen. Charles Schumer penned a passionate letter, outlining why the process had taken an unfair toll on the nation. He noted that the president believed he had not crossed a line, and praised the large threshold needed to get a conviction in the Senate. He also cheered the American people for opposing impeachment. A Gallup poll in December 1998 found that 35 percent of Americans were pro-impeachment, with 73 percent of Republicans and only 12 percent of Democrats in favor.

The Trump impeachment sham is unique in a number of different ways compared to previous impeachments and most notably because no crime was committed or defined. President Trump is accused of two offenses, neither is a crime. Article One: Abuse of Power — broad and undefined non-criminal action. Article Two: Obstruction of Congress — Not a crime and completely made up charge Now compare that to the Clinton Impeachment trial in 1998. Bill Clinton was accused of 11 separate felonies and impeachable offenses. The Starr Report, presented on Sept. 9,1998, presented 11 impeachable offenses. Bill Clinton was eventually charged because he “…willfully provided perjuries, false and misleading testimony to the grand jury,”

The Democrat-led House of Representatives voted along party lines to impeach President Trump, but over what? Hurt feelings? We live in a country where our voting voices should be held in high regard.
