On Friday the National Security Council senior director for European and Russian affairs, Andrew Peek, was escorted from the White House grounds and is currently under a security investigation. There are few details about why Peek was physically removed and is under a very serious investigation; however, some of Andrew Peek’s professional background details tell a story. Speaking of Alexander Vindman, has he been reassigned to our Arctic or Antarctic commands for a lengthy tour of duty? Or maybe some deserted Pacific Island only reached by ship every third month?

IIRC Gen. Allen exchanged about 20,000 emails with CENTCOM camp follower Jill Kelley. How does one command large forces like that and find the time to commiserate with a "socialite?" No wonder we lose wars.

The President is a smart, shrewd and peed off patriot. Do you actually think he has sat on his butt while scum like Pelosi and Schiff think they are on the side of angels? There are things (in secret) going squeezing and capturing those who think they are part of this childish RESISTANCE. He definitely has a few Mata Hari's planted in strategic areas. I'm hoping for a real bombshell exploding in the Senate against the Dems presented by one of the President's attorney's. Compare the dopey Dem managers who have nothing but horse pucky versus some of the most brilliant Constitutional minds defending the President. NO CONTEST. The Bar Association should revoke Schiff's law license for consistently lying to the nation about an American citizen. If we are to allow filth like this to defame and lie because he's protected by Congressional privilege then we need to amend a few rules to make the intentional provable act of defamation and lying subject to oversight and expulsion. Like Schiff calling the President a traitor and he's got the proof.

Sooo the government is still corrupt, they learned nothing from the IG or Mueller’s reports & one sided investigations! Trump was new to the DC swamp & they took advantage of him ...as Comey said Trump was unorganized so they took advantage of the situation. Poor Flynn, Carter & the 36 others who filed bankruptcy due to legal fees. Where’s the outrage from the republicans? If anyone really thinks Barr & Durham will clean it up they are dreaming.

Democratic Rep. Adam Schiff stared down President Trump’s lawyers on the Senate floor Tuesday as they accused him of lying to the American people and denying Trump due process during the impeachment investigation. Trump lawyers Pat Cipollone and Jay Sekulow repeatedly ripped into Democrats, especially Schiff, on the first day of arguments in the Senate impeachment trial, as the House Intelligence Committee chairman(Snip)sat up straight in his chair and didn’t take his eyes off his accusers. The lawyers invoked Schiff’s name over and over again, accusing him of hiding documents, conducting an unfair impeachment inquiry and fabricating the text of the July 25 phone call between Trump and the president of Ukraine.

If you were wondering why Nancy Pelosi’s impeachment strategy feels like political malpractice, we now can understand why: she’s heeding advice from Watergate-era convicted criminal John Dean. In a fawning cover story, a Pelosi aide revealed to Time magazine that the speaker credits former the Nixon White House counsel with the idea of delaying transmission of the impeachment articles to the Senate. Typically, attorney advice is offered behind closed doors, but Pelosi jumped on this after she heard Dean discussing the idea during an appearance on CNN. Dean’s a strange choice. His life has been built on lies and misinformation, yet he’s always a welcome guest to mainstream media outlets

The media landscape in 2020 is radically different than even the vitriolic (and sometimes physically dangerous) climate that enveloped the 2016 election. Still, many newspaper editorial boards are going about business as usual by issuing formal endorsements of candidates in the Democratic primary — as The New York Times did on Sunday night with Sens. Amy Klobuchar, D-Minn., and Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass. — before they will most likely endorse the party's nominee over Donald Trump, much as they did in 2016. But editors nationwide need to wake up to the new reality and sit out endorsing anyone in the 2020 election.

Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) for alleged criminal violations relating to perjury, immigration fraud, marriage fraud, state and federal tax fraud, federal student loan fraud, and bigamy. As an immigration lawyer, the very first question that came to mind when I read these reports was what immigration consequences, if any, could attach in the event that any of the above allegations are proven beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.

Joe Biden often brags that he was Barack Obama’s foreign affairs consigliere during their eight years together in the White House. “One of the reasons Barack Obama picked me as vice president is because he lacked the background in foreign policy,” Biden told an NPR reporter in December. “He knew what he wanted to do, he knew how to get it done. The Wall Street Journal ran a piece, "How Trump Has Kept Solid GOP Support Throughout Impeachment." The story made it seem like President Donald John Trump has twisted arms and bribed Republicans to get them to toe the line. His innocence -- indeed, no crime is cited in the articles of impeachment -- does not seem to come into play in the minds of the people now at the helm of what was once America's finest newspaper.
