Democrat officials from 23 states and the District of Columbia announced Friday they’re suing to block President Donald Trump’s recent executive order regulating mail-in and absentee ballots. The suit was slated to be filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. A copy of the lawsuit wasn’t available as of press time. Trump doesn’t have the constitutional authority to control elections, California Attorney General Rob Bonta told reporters during a news conference Friday morning. Bonta, a Democrat who’s co-leading the coalition of plaintiffs, noted the authority rests with states and Congress, not the federal executive branch. “The framers of our Constitution made sure that how we

It's getting transparently obvious that the democrats rely heavily on fraud to stay in power and they use the courts to keep election integrity efforts in limbo.

How else would a bunch of freaks like the Dems we have in office now gotten there without massive ballot fraud? It doesn't add up, and since they're moving more toward the crazy side, you gotta know they're poised to cheat their ***es off again! I know we have crazy American citizens who actually support these clowns, but not nearly enough to get so many elected.

The constitution sets the voting day, and it is encoded into title code by Congress. Who implements title codes? Executive sgencies. An executive direction to keep voting to the proscribed day is well within constitutional bounds. Since the framers did not foresee mailings and and absentee, there may not be Code for same (or against). In which case the Pres is within his agencies to direct fed agencies how to proceed, coherent with extant title code.

Mail is almost the only way to vote in CA, one has to make a big effort and drive to find a polling place. Mail in ballots is central to the Democrat's method to have the vote always end up in their favor.

Trump knew he'd be sued over this, but it highlights the problem. The SC will probably side against him, if it comes to that. They'll say this is for Congress to settle, and Congress won't do anything to help Trump. The GOP is fine with voter fraud.

President Donald Trump’s deputies directed more low-profile enforcement operations this weekend to remove many illegal migrants from U.S. worksites. The surprise worksite operations make it difficult for well-funded pro-migration groups — including left-wing, business, and media groups — to create the TV-magnified chaos that unnerves swing-voting citizens. In Armstrong County, Pennsylvania, ICE invited illegal-migrant truck drivers to renew their Commercial Driver’s Licenses at a local licensing office and promptly arrested 13 who turned up. WTAE reported that ICE arrested “13 illegal aliens from countries including Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Turkmenistan.” One migrant assaulted a local officer, ICE added. In Washington State, ICE agents arrested other migrants who attended appointments at federal offices.

Alliance for Automotive Innovation CEO John Bozzella, whose group represents automakers such as General Motors, Toyota, Volkswagen, Hyundai and other leading car manufacturers, put forward a proposal that urged the federal government to address the growing shortfall in the Highway Trust Fund with a vehicle fee. The proposal would function like a vehicle registration fee that’s assessed on all vehicles based on their weight, and was first reported by Reuters. It comes as the federal government’s

The $1.8 million is larger than the annual budget for “Governmental Affairs Services” and “Intergovernmental Relations” in the governor’s office. It is also larger than the funding for

“How about offering an award for being an illegal immigrant? No sane country would do that.” That is not a quote from President Donald Trump or Justice Sam Alito; it is a quote from the late Democrat icon Sen. Harry Reid (D-Nevada) back in 1993. Some of the same Democrats aggressively defending the modern warped definition of birthright citizenship were opposed to it a few decades ago, before it became Democrat Party dogma that cheap labor and illicit votes were more important than anything else, and that illegal immigration was therefore sacred. Leaving aside all of the many reasons to criticize Harry Reid’s career, he laid out the case against

While leaders in Western Europe seemingly took the calculation that publicly rebuking U.S. President Donald Trump was in their political interest, given their largely left-liberal bases, growing Islamic populations opposed to any actions taken alongside Israel, and perhaps a belief that the MAGA base would split on the war, it appears that they have only succeeded in uniting the top brass
