Los Angeles City Council members are poised to vote Tuesday on roughly $177 million in fast-tracked contracts, funneling taxpayer cash to a tight circle of powerful tenant-advocacy nonprofits — including groups that have repeatedly sued the city. The package, championed by lefty mayoral hopeful Councilmember Nithya Raman, would lock in three-year deals financed largely by Measure ULA’s mansion-tax revenue. Clinton left the room over the leaked photo, and when she returned, she sparred with Chairman James Comer (R-KY).

Tim Walz denounced the Trump administration’s latest threat to withhold federal funds from Minnesota as another step in a “retribution” campaign as he unveiled a package of legislation Thursday intended to fight fraud in public programs, a persistent problem that provided an impetus for the federal government’s immigration crackdown in Minnesota.
The Democratic governor made the announcement a day after Vice President JD Vance said the administration would “temporarily halt” some Medicaid funding to Minnesota over fraud concerns, as part of what he described as an aggressive drive against the misuse of public funds.

The Trump administration is looking at the issues implicated in Ilhan Omar’s naturalization. That is what is to be inferred from Assistant Attorney General Harmeet Dhillon’s comments in the video clip below: “It’s a truism of immigration law that if you commit fraud in the course of obtaining your citizenship…if you lie about your marriage status on which your citizenship depends or you’re familial status or what have you, if you fake any of those documents or you lie that’s a grounds for denaturalization and so I think it’s been credibly alleged that there are serious questions about the circumstances

Trump held nothing back as he stealthily revealed the Democratic Party’s current “America last” position on the world stage. His repeated shaming enraged his political foes to the point where Reps. Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib began screaming like children.

The Secret Service has removed a gun from the home of a Michigan man who said he wanted to “shoot” President Trump.
On Tuesday night, during a Warren City Council meeting, retired professor Wesley Arnold stated, “I ordered a high-powered ATL 36X arriving shortly, which I hope to actually use to shoot the president of the United States. I’m not kidding.”
He added, “This is a very high, powerful item. It’s great for a headshot at a distance. I didn’t want it to be delivered by drone because I wouldn’t want something like that to be in the wrong hands.”
The ballroom dancing won’t commence just yet at the White House, but President Trump is celebrating a decision by U.S. District Judge Richard Leon that denied an attempt by the National Trust for Historic Preservation to stop construction of the president's $400 million proposed addition.
