New Docs Reveal Jack Smith Intentionally
Violated Congressional Republicans Constitutional Rights

The Biden Administration okayed Special Counsel Jack Smith's subpoenaing congressional phone records knowing the subpoenas were unconstitutional, emails released last week revealed. That same trove of documents also established the illegality of the nondisclosure orders issued by the courts to prevent the telecommunication providers from alerted [sic.] the members of Congress of the unconstitutional seizure of their toll records.

Comments:

In a better world Smith, Boasberg et. al. would be personally liable for these violations.

While these Congress members do seem slightly more outraged over what Smith did to them than what he did to Trump, I don’t see much action besides strongly worded cable news appearances and conservative news articles. While I appreciate Grassley’s attempts to make this public, I’m afraid we’re not going to be able to help him in his quest for accountability. Like every other unconstitutional, criminal, or unethical act liberals commit, half the country will roll their eyes and the other half will cheer.

Jack Smith is the current iteration of Mephistopheles; a literary device which stands for all evil at any time. Did you ever hear your grandpa say that "hanging is too good for some people and a flagrant waste of rope"? Don't waste good electricity on a chair for the likes of Jack Smith--if that's his real name. Above all, don't waste an orange jumpsuit or a polyester one made of black & white stripes.

And this is the person the Demonrats were hoisting up as the "champion of justice?" Can Americans finally begin to see that the Demonrat Party of today, aka "Soros Inc.," is nothing like the Democrats of their parents' or grandparents' days? We know why Jack(ass) Smith won't be speaking to Congress, or at his DOJ Trial, but where in the world is Merrick Garland these days? Of all of Bidet's Secretary's, Garland is the most "invisible," and is nowhere to be found, and never gets subpoenaed! I've never seen anything like it... even Janet "Waco Kid" Reno is more visible than Merrick Garland, and she's been deceased for nearly 10 years!

@#7 - The GOP would require 70+ republican senators to find guilty an impeached judge. It takes 67 total senators. Also, the House impeaches, then the Senate tries the case. They vote either guilty/not guilty.

In September the U.S. Justice Department Civil Rights Division filed federal lawsuits against six states for failure to produce their statewide voter registration lists upon request . . . As the Globe said at the time, "That the DOJ is hauling California, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, New Hampshire, and Pennsylvania into court for hiding their voter rolls is monumental, and specifically the accountability Americans have been clamoring for." Today the Justice Department did it again, but filed Federal lawsuits against six additional states -- Delaware, Maryland, New Mexico, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Washington -- for failure to produce their statewide voter lists upon request.

"It is apparent that the current administration has been frustrated by some of the legal and political barriers to getting its appointees in place," senior US Circuit Judge Michael D.
