Appeals Court Disqualifies Former Trump
Lawyer Alina Habba From Serving As Interim
US Attorney for New Jersey

Original Article

Acting New Jersey Attorney Alina Habba is disqualified after the Trump administration violated federal law to keep her in post, a federal appeals court ruled Monday. The three-judge panel unanimously upheld a lower court's disqualification order that found Habba's appointment was non-compliant with a 1998 law governing federal vacancies. "It is apparent that the current administration has been frustrated by some of the legal and political barriers to getting its appointees in place," senior US Circuit Judge Michael D. Fisher wrote in a 32-page ruling.

Comments:

Three 3rd Circuit judges all but brag about how they are, in tandem with obstructionist Senate Democrats, exploiting an unconstitutional statute to seize control of a unit of the Executive Branch. The Supreme Court needs to end this do-si-do by striking down this unconstitutional provision.

The Democrat/Deep State judges, in collusion with Deep State operatives, are using this to delay and defer any of Trump's appointments, thinking that they can wait it out to the mid-terms. Senate Republicans need to grow a pair, remove the "blue slip" blocking by Dem Senators for appointments to US Attorney and open Judge positions. Remember, 48 of our 50 states have Senators from one party. Only Pennsylvania and Wisconsin are the only two states with a Senator from each party.

The Swamp has no intention of conceding anything, not one tiny thing - not without using absolutely every dirty trick, perverted maneuver and "legal" argument they can toss against the wall to see what sticks. And yes, for Americans who are being hammered, the process IS a punishment.

Apparently all of the transvestites, freaks, gay, lesbian and communist people who breezed into their jobs during the Biden administration were missed by these judges, Think Sam Brinton, Rachel Levine, Pete Buttigieg, Austin, Garland, Ron Klain, Alejandro Mayorkas, Biden himself, etc. There wasn't a qualified person in the bunch. It takes many career Navy people over 20 years to reach the rank of Admiral but Levine slipped on his dress and went right to work.

The only thing Blondi is good at running is her mouth on Fox News to announce capture of one of the FBI's Top 10 "Least Wanted." Sometimes I could almost swear that she's angling for her own primetime show on Fox News, after she departs the Administration. By then, we might be able to understand why she did what she did during her stint.

The inspector general responsible for scrutinizing U.S. reconstruction efforts in Afghanistan has detailed the billions of dollars wasted by the U.S. government during the 20-year war in the country and concluded that the arsenal of U.S.-provided weaponry that was left behind now forms the "core" of the Taliban's own military machine. . . . The report said the Pentagon has concluded that the U.S. left behind weaponry worth at least $7.1 billion -- weapons now in the hands of the Taliban -- and that the U.S. government also continued to send $3.47 billion in humanitarian and development assistance to Afghanistan after the Taliban takeover.

It's easy to look at a collapsing civil society in a foreign country and comfort ourselves that, despite all our problems, we're not as bad off as those people. Americans are especially apt to do this with our cousin Great Britain, whose country now is in a state of precipitous and probably irreversible decline, and whose political leadership is openly hostile to the native population. But it's a mistake to comfort ourselves this way, partly because the corruption of a place like Britain . . . doesn't stay confined to their shores but eventually makes its way to ours.

A scathing new Government Accountability Office (GAO) report identified rampant fraud and systemic failures in the Affordable Care Act (ACA) marketplace just as Congress is battling over the future of Obamacare's enhanced premium subsidies. The report, released Wednesday, revealed that fictitious identities, invalid Social Security numbers and even deceased individuals were routinely approved for taxpayer-funded subsidies. Among the findings, every application submitted by investigators using fabricated or invalid Social Security numbers was approved for overage in 2024.

"totally exonerates" the war secretary, and that it reveals details about the extensive use of Signal by Biden national security officials as well.

The memo summarizes an FDA review of 96 pediatric deaths reported between 2021 - 2024, cases drawn from VAERS and cross-checked against records, timelines, hospitalization notes, and autopsies where available. After this review, analysts concluded that "no fewer than 10" children likely died because of the vaccine.

The shooting of two National Guard members in Washington last week has taken a jarring new turn, and the emerging theory about the gunman’s motive points to a far deeper national security threat. Rahmanullah Lakanwal, the 29-year-old Afghan national accused of killing Army Spc. Sarah Beckstrom and critically wounding Air Force Staff Sgt. Andrew Wolfe, had served alongside U.S. forces in Afghanistan before Joe Biden’s botched withdrawal. If you’ve been wondering why someone who once helped American troops would suddenly target National Guardsmen, you’re not the only one asking that question. Federal investigators now believe the Taliban may have blackmailed Lakanwal into carrying out the attack.
