A notoriously violent two-block stretch of Brooklyn is fighting crime — by keeping uniformed cops away, The Post has learned. NYPD officials agreed to turn a sliver of Brownsville in the NYPD’s 73rd Precinct into a “police free zone” last week as part of an city-funded experiment called the Brownsville Safety Alliance that initially was only twice a year but now runs four times annually. And it’s an initiative that’s received praise from anti-cop, mayoral frontrunner Zohran Mamdani, an official with the group that runs it told The Post.

Comments:

The Brownsville neighborhood of eastern Brooklyn - - used to be heavily populated by first and second generation Jewish families - - especially along Pitkin Avenue. It was very safe and virtually crime-free. But then - - - - - - (write your own conclusions here) ________________

Let's give the voters a preview of what will happen when Mamdani is elected. Be prepared for ALL of NYC to be a "police free zone"; get used to the idea that it will be a "crimes all the time" zone. Good luck.

With Zombie Zohran is in charge of NYC he'll probably have “police free zone” through out the city and we'll have to build a wall around the entire city. Hey, wasn't that in a movie

Run hy an NGO. Which means there i$ money involved. Several major crimes are up in Brownsville. FTA: "While murders and shootings dropped 83% and 40% respectively in the 73rd Precinct so far in 2025 compared to the same point last year, robbery is up 23%, from 191 to 234; felony assault is up 26%, from 521 to 654; burglary is up 40%, from 111 to 155; and grand larceny is up 30% from 284 to 368, data show." Not impressive Feom the looks of the principals, the blacks' worst enemies continue to he black. Sad.

So, if a murder happens in NYC, and no one is there to see the mess, I guess a crime didn't happen? There HAS to be a Supreme Court-Safe precedent for Federal authorities doing everything possible to stop the mayhem when local and state officials and LE bail on the People. If not, Congress needs to get busy and set up/improve a durable Emergency Plan to Make It So. Meantime, cop-free zones MUST become fully-armed National Guard-Rich Zones. Otherwise, this Fed Admin joins all the previous useless dreck in the cesspool of urban history.

So.... Will they send in the Social Workers? I wonder if it will also be a Fire Department-Free zone, and if so, what will happen when the inevitable fire breaks out.. I wonder what the insurance rates will be. Perhaps this is a method of Urban Renewal..... Let the Thugs run amok, freely kill each other and burn it all to the ground, then end the experiment, bulldoze the whole place flat, and start over. On second thought, will the Muzzies establish a Caliphate with Sharia Law? There's nothing to stop them. In any case, any honest person should get the Hades out ASAP.
