Supreme Court Could Outlaw Race-Based Redistricting

The Supreme Court seems poised to strike down race-based redistricting as unconstitutional, or at least rein in the practice, court experts told The Epoch Times. The outcome of the high-profile racial gerrymandering case of Louisiana v. Callais could have an impact on the balance of power in the federal legislative branch. Gerrymandering is the manipulation of electoral district boundaries to favor a particular party or constituency. Currently, Republicans maintain a razor-thin majority over Democrats in the U.S. House of Representatives. The congressional seat at the heart of the litigation is currently held by Rep. Cleo Fields (D-La.).

Bending the law in favor of Blacks is not considered violation of equality guarantees. That is the basis of all the struggles relating to affirmative action, equity and race based gerrymandering. Those who practice/promote it consider it a strong vehicle for virtue signaling. THAT is the problem the SCOTUS has to address. I predict 5/4 in favor of striking down. CJ Roberts will find the opportunity to show his credentials to the Washington Liberal establishment too tempting.

Fun fact, back in the 90’s the government had former Louisiana governor Edwin Edwards handing Cleo Fields an envelope with thousands of dollars in cash in it. It wasn’t illegal but neither Mr. Edwards or Mr. Fields would answer why.

While you are at it... Black Fatigue is making a laughingstock of the advertising industry. How can one be enticed to buy a product when everything is being used or promoted by blacks in ridiculous and unrealistic situations? Let's try reality for a while, I mean other than obese women modeling underwear and people dancing 24 hours a day in spite of their medical problems. Yes, hamburgers are good but watching a mouth open wide and close over one is not a pretty sight.

Michael Walsh’s Last Stands: Why Men Fight When All is Lost and A Rage to Conquer: Twelve Battles That Changed the Course of Western History are not merely military histories; they are meditations on the human condition. Walsh writes not as a detached chronicler of tactics and campaigns but as a moral philosopher seeking to understand the inner world of the soldier and the spiritual anatomy of courage. His subject is war, but his theme is man — his strength, his limits, his longing for greatness, and his willingness to confront annihilation for something greater than himself. Across these books, Walsh presents a compelling defense of martial virtue and manliness as
