Court Halts Closure of Alligator Alcatraz

Trump’s Alligator Alcatraz will not have to shut down after a circuit court overturned a woke judge’s order. In August, Obama-appointed U.S. District Judge Kathleen Williams ruled that the alleged “environmental harms” of the famous Florida illegal alien detention facility outweighed the facility’s necessity. But that decision was overruled Thursday as the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals blocked her order to close the illegal alien detention facility in Florida and halt all construction there. The federal appeals court also blocked Williams from proceeding with the case until Florida’s appeal is complete. This is a big win not only for the Trump administration and the state government in Florida,

Judges whose bias takes precedence over actual law, who actually have reputations for being overturned, should have progressive demerits of some sort to eventually warrant some measure of consequence.

Personally, I think every time a judge changes Trump's EOs about this, the illegals should be told, "You're free" and then the next minute, "No, you're not free. You're going to be executed in 15 minutes. Oh, sorry. We misunderstood. You're just going to be moved again." Then they should load them up every couple of hours day and night and ship them to another place. . . . until they're so sick of it all that they beg and plead to be allowed to go home. In other words, use it as torture.

The airstrip, formerly called Dade-Collier Training and Transition, with its 10,000 foot runway is located on Dade-Collier Airport Road a few hundred yards north of the Tamiami Trail (US 41) at Fiftymile Bend in extreme eastern Collier County. Six or seven years ago, a businessman with a stable of supercars used the runway to see if his customers, who paid a lot of money for the experience, could get up to 200 mph. Some of them did. That was fun, but using the place to house illegal aliens prior to their deportation flights from that very runway could be called higher purpose use for the land. Head 'em up! Move 'em out!

The Biden autopen scandal just got even worse, and this time Kamala Harris finds herself squarely in the crosshairs. The Trump administration’s investigation into former president Joe Biden’s reliance on the autopen has unearthed internal White House memos that reveal something far more damaging than anyone initially suspected: Biden wasn’t just using the autopen to sign documents—he was effectively handing over presidential power to his vice president, who had no constitutional authority to wield it. In the earliest days of Biden’s presidency, White House Staff Secretary Jess Hertz circulated a draft memo that should alarm every American.

“Doctors are being paid to vaccinate, not to evaluate,” Health Secretary Robert F. Adults are also advised to receive multiple shots. Here’s what to know about vaccines and payments. What Does the Literature Say?
