The left-winger who was appointed by disgraced former President Joe Biden to fulfill his pledge to put a black woman on the SCOTUS has repeatedly shown that she lacks the intellect and temperament for the job with her emotional antics. Not that another example was needed, but Jackson served it up anyway, describing the court’s latest overruling of an activist lower court judge who blocked the ending of DEI-based grants at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) as “Calvinball.”

Two people have been charged with murder for the fentanyl death of a toddler in March in Leavenworth, Kansas.
“The Leavenworth Police Department arrested 40-year-old Tara Huerta on Friday. The Kansas City Police Department arrested Kenneth Hedgecock, 34, days later,” WTVM reported.
The arrests occurred after a 3-year-old was found unresponsive in Huerta and Hedgecock’s apartment in March and was transported to a hospital. The child ultimately did not survive, and a May 29 autopsy report revealed the toddler died of acute fentanyl toxicity.
A fifteen-year-old boy was killed by a Nicaraguan illegal who was driving drunk in Louisiana on Thursday night.
The Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office shared that the boy was riding his bicycle when Juan Alfredo Chavarria Lezama, 31, allegedly ran him over before fleeing the scene.
The boy was airlifted to an area hospital but died from the injuries.
Ultimately, the driver was identified as Lezama and apprehended a short time later.
Sheriff Jason Ard shared, “The 15-year-old male was airlifted to a local hospital where he would later succumb to his injuries.”
“Impairment (on the part of the driver) was observed at the scene.”
Representative Al Green, who has served Texas’s 9th Congressional District since 2005, will finally leave office.

One year ago today, on August 24th, 2024, I was freshly back from three days at the Democratic National Convention. I’d worked in politics nearly half my life, starting out as an intern on Barack Obama’s campaign when I was only seventeen years old, then as a field organizer for Hillary Clinton’s campaign. Before Obama won the primary in 2008, I was an alternate delegate for Hillary in Kansas’ third congressional district, one of the youngest ever in the state of Kansas.
It's beginning to look like the British people have had enough. Enough illegal immigration, enough "asylum seekers" being housed in British hotels at taxpayer expense, enough no-go zones, enough grooming gangs, enough knife attacks, enough rape. They've had enough, and this weekend just past, they sure let their government know about it.
The question is, how much good will it do?

In characteristic projectionist fashion, the left is simply falsely attributing to their opposition the very hijacking that hit the Democratic Party. The Republicans are still the party of conservatism and traditionalism. But in the last decade, it adopted an expansionary middle-class agenda that has led to record party registration, its first popular presidential vote victory since 2004, and control of all three branches of government.
