Calvinball! Biden’s DEI pick accuses
fellow SCOTUS justices of being in the
bag for Trump

Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson invoked a popular comic strip in an angry dissent, accusing her colleagues of being in the bag for President Donald J. Trump. The left-winger who was appointed by disgraced former President Joe Biden to fulfill his pledge to put a black woman on the SCOTUS has repeatedly shown that she lacks the intellect and temperament for the job with her emotional antics. Not that another example was needed, but Jackson served it up anyway, describing the court’s latest overruling of an activist lower court judge who blocked the ending of DEI-based grants at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) as “Calvinball.”

Has she done enough yet to be summarily dismissed by the Chief Justice for lack of judicial temperament and academic intelligence? If she's so, "slavish to her black-ism," then why is it she married a white boy?

5 of the justices ruled based on Constitutional law. Roberts ruled on the usual fog he is in. The other 3 ruled on whatever their dear little hearts urged them to do that day. KBJ is having a rough time and she seems to think she can make it better by pontificating on her righteousness. It won't make any difference and only proves her lack of adherence to the Constitution and law. She should be impeached.

Sadly, she cannot be removed through impeachment since we, the GOP, do not have a Senate super-majority. Neither is incompetence grounds for impeachment removal, and her mouth has certainly removed 'all doubt' of her being a DEI appointee. It is also clear that Roberts has proven himself unable to 'govern' as Chief Justice. All of this underscores the need to keep Dems out of the Oval Office where SC appointments can cause harm for decades even beyond the retirement or death of judges like Jackson.

Rush sagely predicted that the election of Barack Hussein Obama would set race relations in the country back twenty years. Rush was overly optimistic. An analogy of some sort can probably be made in the case of this dunce. We're stuck with elected morons in Congress and in other levels of federal and state government, but this is the United States Supreme Court. Jackson makes Sotomayor look like Oliver Wendell Holmes.

I wish Chief Justice Roberts would retire and allow President Trump to appoint Ted Cruz as Chief Justice. I know he says he doesn't want the job, but he'll take it if offered. And I also want to see President Trump appoint replacements for Justice Thomas and probably Alito at the proper time with thanks and appreciation for their service ... and so that a Democrat doesn't get to make the appointments.

Please remove her any way possible. It must be a foul pill to swallow to serve on that court. She is just terrible. Also ask Roberts to step down. I would like to see Justice Thomas appointed Chief. He has earned it. He won't be there long, retirement is creeping up on him and he likes sailing on classy ships. He would serve as the gray beard bring stability that will be needed with all the changes about to fall on it. As Justice Jackson has set the race issue back on its heels, it would be good to see the appointment go to Justice Thomas. It would be a healing step forward. And I think he would be great.

The Biden autopen scandal just got even worse, and this time Kamala Harris finds herself squarely in the crosshairs. The Trump administration’s investigation into former president Joe Biden’s reliance on the autopen has unearthed internal White House memos that reveal something far more damaging than anyone initially suspected: Biden wasn’t just using the autopen to sign documents—he was effectively handing over presidential power to his vice president, who had no constitutional authority to wield it. In the earliest days of Biden’s presidency, White House Staff Secretary Jess Hertz circulated a draft memo that should alarm every American.
