"Pocahontas" Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) got a bit ahead of her skis and tried to come for Secretary of Health and Human Services Robert F. Kennedy Jr., but ended up on her rear over the support she gets from Big Pharma. During the Senate Finance Committee hearing on Thursday, Kennedy took fire from Democrats over the changes he's made recently when it comes to the COVID vaccine and the drama at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention after CDC Director Susan Monarez was fired after a month, several other key CDC officials resigned in protest, and 1,000 current and former staff sent a letter demanding RFK Jr. resign.

There may some Democrats in the Senate that are dumber than her. Actually I'm certain there are. However not many are more odious than her.

Unless I missed something it didn't appear as if RFK Jr. "took her scalp". She was talking over him so much of the time I'm not certain she heard him mention the huge amount of $$$$ she's taken from drug companies.
IMO, Pete Hegseth's "Senator.....I'm not a general" slapdown moment was more successful as well as funny. The look on Lizzie's face when she realized her "gotcha" question fell flat was absolutely priceless.

I have been puzzled for a long time, as to why Warren was not charged with fraud of Harvard U. . For obtaining a highly paid position under false pretenses. Someone ‘splain it to me Lucy.

It is more fun when the Senate victim doesn't hear the insult, but is told about it later. That way they can't respond with indignation..

And that's why we need bold, competent, and creative new leadership at CDC. People who are able and willing to chart a new course. As my father once said, "Progress is a nice word. A change is its motivator." And change has its enemies. That's why we need new blood at CDC. That's also why it's imperative that we removed officials with conflicts of interest and catastrophically bad judgment and political agendas. We need unbiased, politics-free, transparent, evidence-based science in the public interest. Those are the guiding principles behind the changes at the CDC, and that is what you can expect all across our agency for the next three years.
Amen! God bless you, and thank you for proving yourself to be that person, Secretary Kennedy!

I wish the press would get it right - it’s “Fauxcahontas” or “Lie-a-watha”.
It will be a good day when Elizabeth Warren is gone from public life.

It's all about the kickback money. With USAID being put out of business a lot of these political folks have got smaller bank accounts. All Kennedy is saying is I have doubts about some of these vaccines/medications. We are going to have a look see. No more mandates. But the vaccines are available if you want them not because you are told you must have them. I thought dems liked choice. You want your kid to have a polio vaccine, ok no problem. If you don't want them to have the polio vaccine it is your choice. It is up to you to protect yourself and your family. Vaccines have saved a lot of lives and general misery. Do your homework and make your decision. People are pushing back because of all the lies surrounding the covid shot. We are not going to do what you say simply because you say so. This agency is no longer trusted. It is obvious that DEI has been in existence for a long time in the Senate.

Most childhood vaccines appeared as the diseases was one the wane, due to clean water and hygiene improvements. But studies show a clear tie to SIDS deaths and autism.
There is no reason in the world to pump tiny newborns full of vaccines! If you are fearful, at least wait until they have some weight on them, at about two years old.

there's a horrid little carnivore bird called the shrike...
her name is rooted in old and middle english words for shriek and screech.
the nicknames are thornbirds or blockheads. they attack other vertebrates, rip their wee heads off,
and impale their bodies on thorns or barbed wire.
being flattened by some cold-cough fog, imagine waking up to congressional hearings vs. rfk,jr,
featuring nightmare noises from the bigpfarma-wife----liawatha,
followed by bellowings of bernie, the freeloader, justifying his piracy by whinging...
everybody does it, we all take bazillions from the druggie industry. reeeeeeeeeeeeee

Every time I tuned in to this hearing, Fake Indian and all of the other worthless Democrats were lying through their teeth, and none of them would let RFK, Jr. finish a sentence. They're rude as well as lying idiots.
