If we know one thing about Democrats, it’s that they’ll use Americans as props in their efforts to stay in power. Sen. Jon Ossoff (D-Ga.) is a prime example of this phenomenon. Former President Joe Biden has sparked health concerns after stepping out in Delaware with a large scar across his forehead.
The 82-year-old was seen looking frail in new footage leaving a church in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware with what appears to be a large gash on his head.
The footage, first shared by Inside Edition, was taken by local Fred Karger who told the outlet that from up close it resembled a scar from skin cancer surgery.
The night before, he was also seen at a local ice cream shop wearing a baseball cap that appeared to cover the injury.

In August, Obama-appointed U.S. District Judge Kathleen Williams ruled that the alleged “environmental harms” of the famous Florida illegal alien detention facility outweighed the facility’s necessity. But that decision was overruled Thursday as the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals blocked her order to close the illegal alien detention facility in Florida and halt all construction there.
The federal appeals court also blocked Williams from proceeding with the case until Florida’s appeal is complete. This is a big win not only for the Trump administration and the state government in Florida,

He’s "fit as a butcher’s dog," as my husband Peter says. Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson invoked a popular comic strip in an angry dissent, accusing her colleagues of being in the bag for President Donald J. Trump.

Two people have been charged with murder for the fentanyl death of a toddler in March in Leavenworth, Kansas.
“The Leavenworth Police Department arrested 40-year-old Tara Huerta on Friday. The Kansas City Police Department arrested Kenneth Hedgecock, 34, days later,” WTVM reported.
The arrests occurred after a 3-year-old was found unresponsive in Huerta and Hedgecock’s apartment in March and was transported to a hospital. The child ultimately did not survive, and a May 29 autopsy report revealed the toddler died of acute fentanyl toxicity.
A fifteen-year-old boy was killed by a Nicaraguan illegal who was driving drunk in Louisiana on Thursday night.
The Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office shared that the boy was riding his bicycle when Juan Alfredo Chavarria Lezama, 31, allegedly ran him over before fleeing the scene.
The boy was airlifted to an area hospital but died from the injuries.
Ultimately, the driver was identified as Lezama and apprehended a short time later.
Sheriff Jason Ard shared, “The 15-year-old male was airlifted to a local hospital where he would later succumb to his injuries.”
“Impairment (on the part of the driver) was observed at the scene.”
Representative Al Green, who has served Texas’s 9th Congressional District since 2005, will finally leave office.
The Texas Legislature, led by Republicans, passed a legal redrawing of congressional maps that effectively eliminates District 9. Green, best known not for legislation but for shouting down President Trump during his address to Congress in March 2025, will be removed from office after nearly two decades of loud, ineffective, and divisive politics.

Have federal district judges peaked? Democrat judges, especially Biden judges, have been issuing insane rulings trying to stop President Trump from doing pretty much anything. These rulings are so bad that even Justice Kagan, hardly a Trump pal, was baffled by them.
I’ve argued that these rulings are literal lawfare, there’s no pretense that these various blocks are even legal, they’re there to force Trump to go to the Supreme Court. Rep. Yassamin Ansari, D-Ariz., sparked a social media firestorm on Thursday for saying she does not "give a sh--" whether people in her district can vote for her in a rebuke of President Donald Trump’s immigration policies.
During a press conference on Capitol Hill on Thursday, Ansari was asked about her use of the term "constituents" while criticizing the Trump administration’s mass deportation efforts.
"So, I didn’t realize this was such a controversy until the right-wing media started attacking me for using the word, so I Googled the word constituent. The definition of constituent is somebody who is part of a community, doesn’t matter what their legal status is," Ansari said.

In the wake of Robin Westman’s deadly Minneapolis rampage, some troll in the bowels of the Trump Justice Department reportedly proposed blocking trans people from buying firearms by declaring them all “mentally ill.”
This, of course, is absurd as a simple matter of law: No rule that strips a (dubiously-defined) group of their Second Amendment rights has any chance of holding up in court.
And if it did somehow survive, that’s an open invitation for future progs to create their own “mentally ill by definition” categories — deployable to limit lots of other rights.
CBS News announced on Friday that it is changing its policy on editing interviews with top government officials after the network cut out a portion of Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Kristi Noem’s interview on “Face the Nation.”
