His career is toast.
A DC man who hurled a Subway sandwich at a federal agent on the streets of the capital earlier this week has been identified as a now-former Justice Department trial attorney.
Attorney General Pam Bondi announced Thursday that Sean Charles Dunn, 37, who is facing a felony assault charge for the sandwich strike, has been fired from his DOJ role.
“If you touch any law enforcement officer, we will come after you,” Bondi declared. “I just learned that this defendant worked at the Department of Justice — NO LONGER. Not only is he FIRED, he has been charged with a felony.”

Loss of job, felony on your record, and total humiliation.
Hope that sandwich was worth it.

It is illegal to share one's lunch with federal law enforcement. These firings are long overdue. Just another political activist masquerading, this time, as an attorney.

The actual peaceful protesters for civil rights in the 60's were prepared to face the consequences of their actions in court to force the issues they believed in. This guy ran like the coward he is.

How bad does Trump Derangement Syndrome get? This guy’s a lawyer. Now he’s fired from DOJ, and will likely soon have his law license suspended or revoked, and also will possibly be convicted of a felony.
These people talk about “our democracy” but when things don’t go their way, do they try to use democracy to get what they want? No. They have temper tantrums. They are adult aged children.

Stupid, stupid, stupid. This idiot KNEW that this would be assault and battery on a federal law enforcement offincer, and the fool did it anyway.
Now, on to the disbarment proceedings.

As my grandmother would have said as she ordered us to our room "You didn't think that through, did you"? No more gentle parenting, Pirro and Bondi are in town.

Leftists just can't help themselves. This guy was an attorney and should've known better. But what's a little temper tantrum amongst leftists? SOP
I'm going to avoid buying a sandwich from the place Dunn got his. Turns out that was an awfully expensive sandwich!

WOW!! This character HAS to be a dem. Things are definitely not going their way. This guy tosses sandwiches and the SC dem gubernatorial candidate runs around in his underwear calling himself 'God' (nice job of vetting there, dems)
It's not that they're becoming more unhinged by the day ~ it's that the hinges are totally broken.

The guy looks like a woke looney tune - wearing white shorts and pink shirt while yelling the F word. I bet the sandwich was Vegan-Delight on a Gluten Free Organic bun.

No job and loss of law license... Normally a tragedy. But wait! Once Trump's ICE has the LA area depopulated of its illegals, there will be plenty of jobs available for the likes of this guy maintaining lawns and houses, washing cars, and changing babies' diapers. As a bonus for the rest of America, we get to concentrate all of the brain-damaged lefties into one state -- California. What's not to like? Sooner he departs DC and lands in CA, the better for everyone...

The moron is not an attorney. The article states: "Dunn appeared to have been similar to a paralegal — assisting attorneys in handling a 'large volume of cases, including the litigation of those matters,' according to the DOJ’s job listing for the position. He does not appear to be an attorney as his name isn’t listed on the DC bar’s website." He does, however, appear to be a DEI hire.

he'll likely get a fine and no jail time.
if he is in a gov't employee union he'll also likely get his job back with back oay.

RE #16:
Not all of us who eat gluten-free foods are insane leftists. Some of us have allergies dictating our food choices. Also, Subway doesn't offer a gluten-free bun.
As for the "Hoagie Hurler," that idiot is going to get what is coming to him, what with both Pam Bondi and Judge Jeanine on the job!!

Well, from recent history, you have to figure that in DC if he draws an activist leftist Democrat Federal District Court Judge, when he goes to court that he will slide, with the case against him dismissed, along with an order that the DOJ re-hire him with back pay.

Grow Up! When Obama was President and the one or two occasions when his motorcade passed by my office. I was tempted to go outside and turn my back as the motorcade drove by. But then I thought - I'm a federal employee and I'm not supposed to engage in such partisan behavior, especially while at work. Of course, if you're a Dem - the rules don't apply to you.
