I think most know their agenda sucks, but they hate Trump so much, or they’re bullied into taking these awful public policy positions, lest they risk having the wrath of the progressive Left bear down on them. The party is now defending crime. They’re booing law enforcement in D.C., who are trying to make the city safer. A newly declassified 2023 FBI FD-302 interview report from FBI director Kesh Patel reveals notes from a staffer who blew the whistle on Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.)’s alleged involvement in classified leaks during his tenure as ranking member of House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI).
The whistleblower reported that during a 2017 meeting, Schiff instructed staff to leak classified information to the press to discredit President Trump and lay the groundwork for indictments.
Schiff served as ranking member of HPSCI from January 3, 2015 to January 3, 2019. In January 2019, Schiff became chairman of the committee, holding that role until January 3, 2023.
Newly released FBI documents paint a damning picture of James Comey’s role in a coordinated intelligence operation against Donald Trump, an effort we know that Barack Obama ordered and that John Brennan, James Clapper, and a network of loyal operatives carried out.
The “Arctic Haze” documents reveal that the FBI not only knew that sensitive information was leaking to the media, but it was also orchestrating the leaks. At the center of this effort was Columbia University law professor Daniel Richman, whom Comey personally arranged for the FBI to hire and grant top security clearance. I missed Rachel K. Paulose’s column about George Floyd—sorry, Saint George Floyd—when it appeared in The Spectator World at the end of May. Democrats have been wetting themselves over the past week about the idea of Texas redistricting their Congressional seats like, well, Democrats have in the states they control. They can’t handle it; they won’t handle it. Honestly, I don’t care. As Democrats flee Texas like roaches when the light is flipped on, let them destroy it all. We had a good run, right? There comes a time when it is simply no longer worth it, doesn’t there? I mean, 249 years is a pretty good run for a republic. They’re usually destroyed by leftists looking to do things with government power long before now.
Rachel Maddow is at it again — eyes to the heavens, voice quivering, as if she’s about to narrate the final act of a Ken Burns documentary entitled “America: The Dark Years.”
This week’s cliffhanger? “We have a consolidating dictatorship in our country.”
In Maddow’s latest monologue, she painted Trump’s America as a police-state nightmare — “secret police” supposedly prowling for immigrants, civil life grinding to a halt, the entire nation undergoing a “profound” transformation in just six months. If you closed your eyes, you’d think she was describing Venezuela with better lighting.

This power couple’s wealth is almost magical. They are the living embodiment of the fact that, while Republicans get rich and then go into politics, Democrats go into politics and then get rich.

Don’t be disappointed if you’re anxious to attend the Biden Presidential Library’s opening. It almost certainly will never exist. D.C. swampsters are trying to bury the record, hoping the public forgets how bad things were. Its subject will soon be either in the ground or too incapacitated to solicit funding. Biden staffers retaining criminal defense counsel have no interest in a library containing evidence for prosecutors to mine. No reporters from press outlets complicit in enabling chaos are hounding Biden. DOGE revelations testify to his administration's wholesale graft. FBI servers were purged of controversial data, unburdening what had been.
Friday on MSNBC’s “The Weeknight,” Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) said that President Donald Trump was a “Kremlin kiss ass” during his Anchorage, Alaska summit with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Swalwell said, “If you’re a Republican in Congress, you just saw a Kremlin kiss ass in the president of the United States. Somebody who squandered an opportunity to confront a ruthless dictator who is killing innocent children and kidnapping innocent children every single day. I don’t know what this meeting accomplished other than taking the Epstein files and inflation out of the news, but you have meetings like this to achieve objectives.

I received such an outpouring of comments to my recent bad T.V. and cable ads article that I thought I’d give this another shot.
Currently, there are so many bad ads I had no problem finding truly dreadful examples.
First, let’s check out an ad campaign that worked, American Eagle’s ads featuring Sydney Sweeney, a popular young Hollywood actress.
Apparently, she not only has good genes, but good jeans. When those American Eagle Sydney Has Great Jeans ads broke a couple of weeks ago, three things happened. Immediately, the “progressive left” predictably lost their minds, flooding TikTok and YouTube with screaming video fits, calling Sydney a Nazi while claiming

California Gov. Gavin Newsom had an embarrassing rally on Thursday to promote his push for redistricting in his state to help the Democrats.
In addition to not having many people at the rally, Newsom was also upstaged by the Border Patrol making arrests nearby. He flipped out, assuming it was meant as a message to him. He was also upset that someone sent him a "Trump 2028" hat, which he claimed was evidence that President Donald Trump was going to run again. It was a festival of Trump Derangement Syndrome on display.
President Trump on Friday described it as “very nice” that former rival Hillary Clinton promised to nominate him for the Nobel Peace Prize if he’s able to end Russia’s invasion of Ukraine without Kyiv being forced to give up territory.
“Well, uh, that was … very nice,” Trump told Fox News “Special Report” host Bret Baier, after a prolonged pause.

During his interview, author and contributing editor of the New Republic, Osita Nwanevu, laid out the reforms he thinks should be proposed when asked to provide the “new Constitution” he believes that nation should have, the Times reported on Thursday.
