The black culture/community teaches violence and take no prisoners no matter how insignificant the infraction was. And the women can be the worst. Hard to believe one of these fine citizens wasn't packing. Now send their kids to school and try to teach them when this is what they are being taught at home. A hot and humid summer night always brings the ferals out.

A brawl would imply a fight between two sides. This was an ambush and beating that should put a lot of people in jail.

Any mugger who kicks a downed unconscious person in the head should do a long prison term for attempted murder. Protection from brutal savages like these is why so many Americans carry legal firearms. Unfortunately, some places are too dangerous to frequent. If the police and the legal system don't put away enough of these conscienceless violent thugs, broken cities will become like Anthony Burgess's (and Kubrick's) "A Clockwork Orange."

#12, I’ll edit your comment, just enough to say 99% of the US population are the bad apples. I just finished watching 3 weeks of the Tour de France, and at one point, they did a short piece on the Paul Sherwen Project in Uganda. In a HUGE number of cases, African Blacks are more educated and culturally advanced than the donuffins and layabouts our “leaders” have created through grift and handouts. Just watched some of “the Roosevelts” on PBS. Our downfall accelerated to warp speed during his ensure. IMO, his admin was the beginning of the downward spiral of black culture in America.

I believe that the punishment should reflect the crime in cases of violence against another. Yeah, let the Judge order that the convicted scum must go into the ring with a professional boxer, or into the Octagon with a professional MMA fighter and be pummeled to the same degree as the victim was. Same thing for the women miscreants also.

CNN’s Erin Burnett is being skewered for reporting that the gunman who opened fire in a Midtown skyscraper — killing an NYPD cop and three others — was “possibly white” after viewing the initial security footage released immediately after Shane Tamura’s deadly rampage. In the photos first shared online, Tamura, 27, was captured in broad daylight walking into 345 Park Ave. with a Palmetto State Armory AR-15 rifle in his hand. Burnett said police knew the gunman had “sunglasses, mustache, male, possibly white” during a broadcast shortly after the shooting Monday evening.

Let’s get this out of the way first. No, the Constitution wasn’t officially suspended in 1933. But it was gagged, blindfolded, and tied to a chair while the federal government handed itself sweeping emergency powers and redefined “freedom” into a kind of bureaucratic improv comedy routine. They didn’t declare martial law on paper because that would have looked bad. Instead, they declared it in practice and gave it a haircut, a press pass, and a desk job. Most Americans never noticed. Most still don’t.

The Donald Trump-Russia collusion scandal that first broke in December 2016 and roared on until April 2019 has no parallel in our history — it’s not even close. As president-elect and later as sitting president, Trump was accused by the country’s intelligence and law-enforcement apparatus of conspiring with a hostile power to subvert the 2016 election and sneak a crooked path to the White House. Along the way, a damning Intelligence Community Assessment was issued, a major FBI investigation, code-named Crossfire Hurricane, targeted the president, and a special counsel, Robert Mueller, was granted a team of prosecutors and a budget of millions to bring the guilty to justice.

Booker’s tirade began with a familiar refrain:
