BOOM! Stephen Miller’s America First
Legal Drops Bombshell Lawsuit Against
Chief Justice John Roberts

Stephen Miller’s America First Legal (AFL) has filed a bombshell lawsuit against Chief Justice John G. Roberts, Jr., in his capacity as Presiding Officer of the Judicial Conference of the United States, and Robert J. Conrad, Director of the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts. The lawsuit accuses the powerful duo of running what AFL describes as an “unconstitutional shadow agency” and violating federal transparency laws. The lawsuit, filed on April 22, slams the Judicial Conference of the United States and its administrative arm—both overseen by Chief Justice Roberts—as rogue “executive agencies” that have collaborated with far-left lawmakers to wage lawfare against conservative Supreme Court justices.

Find an on-vacation judge in a podunk corner of South Dakota to make a ruling. That's what the Left does.

WOW! This could be enormous. Further, who is going to decide this case? 4 SCOTUS justices are impacted, and it could be argued that the whole court has a vested interest in the outcome. Just getting FOIA results from the Judicial Conference of the United States could be very embarrassing to Roberts and the others called out in the article. Did these people think they could hide their illegal actions? This like Deep State on steroids; Congress, the Judiciary, and probably some Executive legal agencies all involved in subversive activities to undermine the US legal system. This could be BAD, BAD, BAD! And not only for Roberts. This is a cross government scandal. For the pathetic dems, this could be a death blow depending on how many dems knew about and were involved in it. How many judges are involved? How many people in the Executive branch? Who else is involved? Media? Companies? Governors or other state officers?

Whoa!! This is fascinating.... #5, OT, but patience, please. It's definitely complicated (much to review and many hoops to jump through) and DOJ IS working on it. It's clearly not highest priority, and most importantly they've been just a little busy lately.

It’s something out of the movie Airplane, but that’s the Biden administration—an epic display of either government incompetence or indifference. This crew didn’t care that Kabul was going to fall to the Taliban, leading to the shambolic exit from the country and, finally, the detached and gross reaction to the 13 American soldiers who were killed during the Abbey Gate terror attack. To this day, I don’t think a senior member of the Biden administration has called the families of these victims. Biden's reputation as Mr. Empathy took an irreparable blow.

If there was such a thing as shame anymore, the Washington Post’s pompous “Fact Checker” column would close up shop. New revelations in “Original Sin,” a book about President Joe Biden’s decline, show how the White House covered up the obvious — and propaganda outlets like the Fact Checker shamed any media that broke ranks. Take Biden’s wandering off from a group of world leaders at last June’s D-Day celebrations: The New York Post’s front page read “MEANDER IN CHIEF,” which sent Fact Checker writer Glenn Kessler into a fit of apoplexy: “ ‘Cheapfake’ Biden videos enrapture right-wing media, but deeply mislead” was his headline.

A 15-year-old illegal immigrant who killed a Colorado drug rehab worker in a high-speed crash in a residential neighborhood was given a slap on the wrist by a Democratic prosecutor, endorsed by several prominent party members. The juvenile Colombian national, who cannot be named due to state law, was sentenced to two years of probation and 100 hours of community service for the July 2024 death of Kaitlyn Weaver. Arapahoe County District Attorney Amy Padden offered the teen the plea deal if he admitted guilt in the deadly crash, promised to attend school and not break any more laws, CBS News Colorado reported.

Critics have questioned whether the feature can wear down the car’s battery or engine more quickly.

He’s challenging us to become better informed about the foods we eat and the impact diet has on our long-term health. Sugar is not a poison, and neither are the many FDA-approved additives that are being targeted by popular influencers at the moment. Somewhere between 10 million and 12 million illegal aliens were invited into the United States by the Biden administration. As far as logistics go, former President Joe Biden could not flee Afghanistan without getting 13 Marines killed and abandoning to the terrorist Taliban $50 billion in munitions, a billion-dollar embassy and a $300 million retrofitted huge airbase. But Biden and his handlers proved far more logistically capable when their target was fellow Americans. After all, they somehow managed to stop the congressionally approved continuance of the border wall, subvert federal immigration law, emasculate the border patrol and ensure that millions of people around the world could simply walk into the US illegally,

An overly excited Newsom, however, shared it with his followers on X first. The Secret Service is investigating after ex-FBI Director James Comey posted an Instagram photo of seashells arranged to make the numbers "86 47" — a message that White House officials swiftly condemned as an attempt to put out a "hit" against the 47th president. Comey later deleted the post after online backlash from government officials, lawmakers and President Donald Trump’s son. Trump has faced two assassination attempts — one of which resulted in him being shot and a bystander being killed — in the past year. The post including the alleged "hit" showed the numbers in question etched into the sand at a beach using seashells.

The Los Angeles City Council voted Wednesday to approve a sweeping package of minimum wage increases for workers in the tourism industry, despite objections from business leaders who warned that the region is already facing a slowdown in international travel. The proposal, billed by labor leaders as the highest minimum wage in the country, would require hotels with more than 60 rooms, as well as companies doing business at Los Angeles International Airport, to pay their workers $30 per hour by 2028. That translates to a 48% hike in the minimum wage for hotel employees over three years. Airport workers
