Stephen Miller’s America First Legal (AFL) has filed a bombshell lawsuit against Chief Justice John G. Roberts, Jr., in his capacity as Presiding Officer of the Judicial Conference of the United States, and Robert J. Conrad, Director of the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts.
The lawsuit accuses the powerful duo of running what AFL describes as an “unconstitutional shadow agency” and violating federal transparency laws.
The lawsuit, filed on April 22, slams the Judicial Conference of the United States and its administrative arm—both overseen by Chief Justice Roberts—as rogue “executive agencies” that have collaborated with far-left lawmakers to wage lawfare against conservative Supreme Court justices.

Some cities have canceled or severely downplayed Cinco de Mayo events for fear of ICE raids and deportations.
Speaking with CNN on Monday, Chicago resident Hector Escobar, president of the Casa Puebla and Cermak Road Chamber of Commerce, said that people in his community are “very scared” of gathering in public with some even considering going back to Mexico.
“Our people are very scared,” he said. “Honestly, they’re saying they don’t want to go to work. They have to go to work because they have to feed their families. So, if they both were working, now one person is working.”

The FBI botched its investigation of the 2017 congressional baseball shooting that wounded six — downplaying the gunman’s anti-GOP motives despite having handwritten evidence, a blistering House report found.
The House Judiciary Committee, Intelligence Committee and Intelligence Subcommittee on Oversight & Investigation released the scathing, unclassified report on its findings Tuesday after combing through roughly 3,000 case file documents it was given last month.
“This is the same FBI that can’t tell us who planted the pipe bomb, who can’t tell us who leaked the Dobbs opinion and who can tell us who put cocaine at the White House,” House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) chided Tuesday morning.

In high school, the doomsday scenarios regarding global warming were endless. In 2007, the climate change cult said the Arctic Ice Cap would vanish. It didn’t. When 2013 hit, it gained about 530,000 square miles of ice. Still, the con is on with the Green Left, who claims they were on the verge of total destruction.
In the 1970s, global cooling and North American re-glaciation would imperil humanity. They were wrong then, and they’re wrong now. The Green Movement has been exposed as a backdoor communist push, spearheaded by the wealthy and the elites to screw over further working Americans via intentional economic sabotage.

National Institute of Health (NIH) Director Jay Bhattacharya announced this week that the agency shuttered its in-house beagle laboratories.
Over the course of 40 years, thousands of beagles were murdered in the labs for experiments.
In 2016, the White Coat Waste Project (WCW) started an investigation that uncovered that the NIH killed thousands of beagles in barbaric experiments. In one specific example, the NIH pumped pneumonia-causing bacteria into 2,100+ beagles’ lungs, bled them out, and forced them into septic shock for an experiments.

Controversy is brewing in Jacksonville, Florida, where a city council member has accused the city’s Democrat mayor of boasting an illegal gun registry.
Councilman Nick Howland, a Republican, recently made the bombshell accusation in an interview with Action News Jax, though the original allegation was reportedly made by a gun rights non-profit known as Florida Carry.[snip]
“They were asked to document their first name, last name, contact information and the type of firearm they were carrying,” Howland said. “In those notebooks for two years, that info has been gathered. Florida is a no-registry state. So, that is a clear violation of state law.”

An Army Black Hawk helicopter caused two near-misses with airliners at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport last week — including passing as little as 200 feet from one jet — after the pilot took “the scenic route” to the Pentagon, according to authorities.
The terrifying incident at one of America’s most crowded airports comes three months after the same kind of Army chopper from the same unit was involved in a mid-air collision with an American Airlines jet, killing 67 people.
Officials and politicians were quick to blast the Army for the incident — with Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy calling it “unacceptable.”

The calls for violence are growing louder and louder by the day. The agitators are calling for the assassination of public figures and elected officials; they are calling for acts of insurrection by federal and local law enforcement.
These are actions that would very likely prompt a second civil war, but the agitators have no thought of that, or, on the few occasions when they register that possibility, seem somehow to think that their side would win.
The people making these calls for violence are, of course, all members of the "progressive" left. Jonathan Turley recently penned an interesting piece on those people.

The depraved deviant who allegedly raped a corpse on a Manhattan subway train for 30 minutes is an illegal immigrant who crossed into the US from Mexico at least five times before finally getting locked up over the sick act, The Post has exclusively learned.
Felix Rojas, 44, unlawfully crossed the US-Mexico border “on several occasions” in the late 1990s before being caught by Border Patrol agents and voluntarily turning back, an ICE spokesperson revealed.
But Rojas apparently crossed the border at least one more time and remained undetected by immigration authorities until NYPD cops arrested him Sunday night in connection to the shocking defilement of 37-year-old family man Jorge Gonzalez,

Disturbing video has captured the moment a massive brawl broke out among Carnival Cruise ship passengers in Texas — resulting in more than a dozen people being banned from the cruise liner for life.
The violence erupted as scores of passengers were disembarking from the Carnival Jubilee when it docked in Galveston on Saturday following a week-long Caribbean jaunt, according to footage shared on social media.
“It went down this morning,” said Trelle Ray, who shared the clip on Facebook.
The footage showed multiple passengers barging past barriers to trade blows.
At one point, a man was shoved to the floor before a handful of others started violently pummeling him.

Almost six years ago, before I started working at American Thinker, I wrote a post on my personal blog about Obama’s purge of many military leaders who believed in traditional American values. I entitled it, “Under Obama, there came to be a cancer in the Pentagon.”
That post, especially the title, popped into my head when I read about the fact that over a dozen U.S. service members were rounded up when the DEA raided an illegal club in Colorado Springs, where they found dozens of illegal aliens, many of whom were also gang members, weapons, drugs, and prostitutes.

President Donald Trump’s White House lawn is currently serving as a reminder of just how deeply illegal immigration has impacted families and communities in the United States.
Trump’s ongoing war on illegal immigration, which had been occurring largely unobstructed by former President Joe Biden’s administration, is seeing a fair amount of success. On Monday morning, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt took to X to share a video of the new signs decorating the lawn at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. They feature the photos and alleged crimes of the reported “illegal aliens” who have been arrested during Trump’s first 100 days in office.
