Israel launched an attack against the Islamic Republic of Iran during the early morning hours on Friday in response to Iran launching an unprecedented attack on Israel. Multiple U.S. officials told ABC News that Israeli missiles struck sites inside Iran. Initial reports said that explosions happened in the Iranian cities of Isfahan and Natanz. Although the targets of the attack have not been confirmed, both cities have significant facilities in the country’s nuclear program. People in Isfahan said that they heard multiple explosions that “led to the houses shaking violently from the intensity of the explosions,” according to local reports.

Iran played a stupid game, and now they're winning their stupid prizes. Iran made their choice when they backed Hezbollah and Hamas with weapons, drones, money, and leadership.by OTOH, Israel had no choice...either fight back (by bombing the Iranian embassy in Syria, and by today's bombings), or risk annihilation inviting more attacks by not fighting back. The only negotiation the muslims will respect is a show of strength...right in the teeth.

God’s speed! The world needs to be rid of this terrorist enabling country. Do what must be done to send the ultimate message and eliminate any attempt on their part to create a nuclear weapon. The world will thank you.

House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) made history Thursday night just before midnight by essentially surrendering Republican majority control to Democrats. For the first time in recorded history — since the House began keeping records — the House Rules Committee relied on minority party votes to overcome objections from the majority and advance a rule bill to the House floor. The committee voted nine to three, with all four Democrats on the committee voting with five Republicans to move a rule to the House floor, which, if passed with Democrat support as expected, would allow votes on Johnson’s foreign aid package, including a bill that includes tens of billions to fund Ukraine.
