A spending bill backed by House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) includes hundreds of millions of dollars in American taxpayer money for border patrol agents in Ukraine as illegal immigration at the United States-Mexico border remains at record levels.
The spending bill, which 151 House Republicans helped 165 House Democrats advance on Friday, would see more than $95 billion sent to foreign countries — including about $61 billion to Ukraine amid its ongoing war with Russia. Slipped into the funding package’s Ukraine spending is $300 million for “the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine 20 and National Police of Ukraine, including units supporting 21 or under the command of

Regardless of everyone's varying opinions about funding for Israel vs Ukraine vs any other cause, there is no legislation in the current makeup of Congress that could/would pass regarding the U.S. border that would make any difference! This administration will continue disobeying any law it feels like!!

somehow I have the feeling we're watching the vaporization of our federal government, except for the enforcement departments, which seem to be all of them
all thanks to the rise of the communist party, masquerading as the Democrat Party, in the United States congress and ... elsewhere, or course and
we're being taken down a road that is, seemingly, a one way road to extinction

Well Mike, you lied about our border.
Ukraine doesn't have enough men for their army, so how will they find men for border guards?
This money will go directly to the Ukraine military. The border is a cover story.

We can thank Matt Gatez for this mess! The Republicans are so Stupid they couldn't even pick a new Speaker of the House who would be dependable and do the Work of the People. They passed over Jim Jordan who would have be a Straight Shooter. He could have worked with Both Sides. He is a dependable person. Instead, they decided to pick Johnson (who nobody had ever heard of before). Now we have a mess and have a good chance we will lose the House. Nice going!

Briefing report: you can keep those copies, Mike. But remember, we have the originals, and know what to do with them. We good? Oh, and here's an envelope.

As Tucker Carlson said on Joe Rogan’s podcast, weak mean enable evil. Mike Johnson is very weak. He even looks weak. He is the perfect patsy for the demonic party. Why do you think he got confirmed so easily?
The American people owe Ukraine nothing. The only ones in their debt are the corrupt politicians who used Ukraine as a place to do their dirty money laundering. Let’s not forget that we also had set up biowarfare labs there doing who knows what kind of dangerous work. There were also many politicians benefiting from their “partnerships”. I’d hate to unravel that disgusting ball of yarn. We are learning that our government is corrupt and there is an unspoken agreement that they will protect each other and therefore the corruption continues and politicians, government contractors, and the military industrial complex always comes out on top regardless of what the people want. This is the crowd that is determined to destroy President Trump in any way they can. Now hearing about the bill democrats want to pass to remove PDT’s security is extremely troubling. These people are evil and they don’t care who they have to eliminate to keep their corruption going. Everyday I wake up to another outrageous act against President Trump. Now I believe they really want him dead. My goodness, how did we get to this point? Was it apathy? I believe that most of us cannot fathom this kind of evil, but now that it is out in the open, I fear this government because they have crossed the Rubicon and are prepared to do the absolute worst to President Trump and the their hammer will come down on us. I can’t even let my mind go there. God help us!

Johnson really is testing my patience, too. But realize what is at stake here. Suppose the House pubbies were to remove Johnson as Speaker and Johnson then says, ok fine, I resign from the House effective immediately. And the dims gleefully find themselves in the majority. And presto chango, any election certification challenges by the pubbies in January 2025 will be conveniently swept under the rug never to be seen again. And it is all over for America, as founded. Forever.

An added comment. I also believe that there are Congress people who are compromised by the whole issue of Ukraine. We all know that the Biden family (maybe even the Obama's and Clintons) had a financial interest in this country. What we don't know is who are the Congress people tied to all of this? Is Mike Johnson one of those Congress people?

I feel sorry for Johnson...he's juggling to many balls in the air...the swamp rats....both Dems and rinos are pulling his strings...and Israel needs the money...so ukranians get added to the bill...it's an ole washington trick...it's called slide of hand....and 10% will go to the "big guy"....and 10% to the oligarchs in Ukraine....that's why there has been no peace talks...it's all about power and money....
