Beauty, poise, and classical pageantry might not be what first springs to mind when you think of AI.
But contestants in the world's first AI beauty pageant will need all of these in spades if they are to claim their share of a $20,000 (£16,000) prize pool.
The Fanvue Miss AI pageant will see AI-generated ladies go head-to-head in front of a panel of judges, including two AI influencers.
These synthetic competitors will be judged on beauty, social media clout and their creator's use of AI tools.
Will Monanage, Fanvue Co-Founder, says he hopes that these events will 'become the Oscars of the AI creator economy.'

If there’s to be AI contestants and an AI judge; All it needs is an AI audience.

Watch someone come up with a program that simulate Alberto Vargas women and hundred (thousands?) of others. It's not judgmental, rude, and capable of understanding what the customer wants. This has a market if done correctly.

While I agree on Vargas women being very beautiful, that's natural intelligence....so disqualified from this pointless mess.

All of these women exist in real life. You just have to keep your eyes open.

Apparently, a contest for all those people hiding in their parents' basements, what-do-you-call-'em - Incels?
Now, if they could just build a 3-D working model of the winner! Will this lead to a line of new, improved blow-up dolls? Oh wait, I know. Virtual reality!
Also, do any of the contestants self-identify as trans?

Any fool could program these things for what they will ultimately be used for, just key the word, "Yes" in the data base or "Yes, Honey" in the deluxe model.

So... after a minute just shaking my head, the idea popped in that this is more like an art contest where the subjects depicted are women and the 'artists' use computers instead of paint and brushes, ink, pencil, or charcoal on paper or cloth 'canvas'.

After "AI" is integrated into the Sims, some fake boy will be caught masturbating to a fake image of a fake woman generated by a fake artist.
How will the world react once the fantasy world proceeds to oppress us? Will we have the presence of mind and character to just unplug it and get back to reality?

The prize should be paid in Monopoly money, too (or some other artificial currency).

#17, I think it's more like the humans are using the AI as ghost-writers (or in this case, ghost-artists.)
The human is setting up a "framework", as it were, then tells the AI to make something "arty" within it. The person using a ghost-writer supplies information to the ghost-writer, expecting the ghost-writer to turn that info into an acceptable piece of literature.
