We truly live in the most absurd timeline, and that was proven again on Tuesday after MSNBC interviewed Michael Avenatti from prison to garner his "legal analysis" on Donald Trump.
Once touted as a possible presidential candidate by liberal news networks due to his rabid criticism of the former president, Avenatti is currently in the clink due to multiple convictions spanning everything from extortion to embezzlement. You would think that would make him persona non grata among journalistic outlets, but you'd be mistaken.
Thus, Ari Melber interviewed Avenatti, a convicted felon who is sitting in prison, as if he were a credible legal authority. You know what? Why not?

No, that headline is not satire. It sounds like it, but it's not. That's just how unhinged the radical left has become. Nothing can happen in this world without the left finding a way to play the victim card — and not even rare solar eclipses are exempt.
According to a report from Adam Mahoney at Capital B News, preparations for the rare celestial event "disrupted life for many Black folks living in the state’s largest metro areas of Austin, Dallas, and Houston."
I guess the message here is that white people in the path of totality weren't also disrupted by preparations for the event.

Remember when Rep. Hank Johnson (D-Ga.) said he was worried about Guam tipping over?
Speaking about a potential military buildup on the Pacific island in 2010, Johnson said, "My fear is that the whole island will become so overly populated that it will tip over and capsize."
It's taken nearly 15 years for us to see a dumber comment than that from a Democrat congressman—and trust me, there have been a LOT of contenders.
Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (D-Texas), formerly on the House Space, Science, and Technology Committee, speaking to supporters ahead of Monday's solar eclipse, waxed poetic idiotic about the moon.

In the quotidian cascade of flabbergasting, uni-party-created crises (illegal immigrants replacing Americans, sky-rocketing crime, the mysterious "Disease X," and that "racist" eclipse) it is easy to see the invisible force driving the Marxists into Level-5, Manic Panic mode; fear. Particularly, fear of Donald Trump — or, as we should call it, Trumpphobia.
FACT-O-RAMA! When I say something traitorous like, "Dudes shouldn't compete with women, much less shower with them afterward," I am deemed "transphobic." Yet when some commie sitzpinkler pules cacophonously that Trump is "literally Hitler," clown-American apparatchiks drop their avocado toast and applaud as though the CIA is monitoring them via their phones for proof of allegiance. Oh, wait …

I dunno, I'm feeling pretty good about this new, improved RNC. Once Mitt Romney's niece, who presided over a six-year losing streak for her party, finally left, the new co-chairs — Michael Whatley and Lara Trump — wasted no time displaying their competence. They quickly set solid priorities and set up the necessary infrastructure to implement them.
RNC co-chairs Michael Whatley and Lara Trump appeared on Maria Bartiromo's "Sunday Morning Futures" over the weekend, where they elaborated on the steps they're taking to get the country back on track by securing victory in November. The host kicked off the interview by congratulating the duo on Donald Trump's historic fundraiser,

Not even a No. 1 seed — and a 7-footer to defend Donovan Clingan — could prevent Connecticut from repeating as national champions.
And with their 75-60 win Monday night in Phoenix against Zach Edey and Purdue, the Huskies became the first program since Billy Donovan’s Florida teams in 2006 and 2007 to win consecutive titles.
It wasn’t close by the end of the second half, either.
The Huskies took a 15-point lead — expanding the six-point advantage they’d build by halftime — with seven minutes remaining, using a balanced offense, led by Tristen Newton and Stephon Castle, to take control of the game.

Panelists on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” fretted over the “low drama” campaign of former President Donald Trump Monday, comparing his prior electoral bids to “a soap opera.”
Co-host Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski brought Vanity Fair writer Gabriel Sherman to discuss his article, “Inside the Terrifyingly Competent Trump 2024 Campaign,” which was published Thursday on the magazine’s website, to discuss Trump’s third run for the White House. Sherman noted that the stakes for Trump were high.
“The big story in 2016 and to some extent 2020, was that his campaign was a soap opera. It was clashing personalities, it was nonstop drama,” Sherman told Brzezinski and Scarborough.

Former President Bill Clinton announced that he’s penned an upcoming memoir on his life since leaving the White House, including coming clean on “mistakes” he’s made.
The nation’s 42nd president’s new book “Citizen: My Life After the White House” is set to be released in November after the election and should be a real page-turner although some social media users aren’t sold that it will be a truly in-depth account from the man who once wagged his finger in Americans’ faces and insisted “I did not have sexual relations with that woman, Miss Lewinsky.”
“My last 23 years have been fascinating, filled with family life and foundation work, with heroes and heartbreak.

An illegal alien from Romania has been convicted of using electronic devices to break into ATM machines to steal money from public assistance benefits accounts meant to help low-income families in California.
Marius Oprea, 38, was handed 75 months in a federal prison for using the devices to skim money from the accounts by creating counterfeit debit cards in the names of welfare program enrollees, the Justice Department announced in an April 1 press release.
United States District Judge Maame Ewusi-Mensah Frimpong handed down the sentence on March 29 and ordered Oprea to pay $28,974 in restitution.
Last June, the convicted thief pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit bank fraud,

Animals at a Dallas zoo reportedly went berserk on Monday due to the total solar eclipse, with some running for cover while shrieking as the sky went dark.
“At the Dallas Zoo, giraffes, zebras and ostriches shrieked, squawked and ran for cover as the clouds grew darker,” the Daily Mail reported. [Tweet, video]
“We never know how our animals are going to react because they are wild,” said Ann Knutson, a zoological manager of birds at the Dallas Zoo, told the Dallas Morning News.
As the sky went dark, gorillas and giraffes were seen running to their indoor habitats while birds headed to their evening nests and suddenly “grew quiet.”

Marc Anthony Bru was seen on January 6th raising his phone to document the events as they unfolded that day at the US Capitol.
Marc Bru was found guilty earlier this month for attending a protest and “obstruction of an official proceeding” because he was in attendance at the protest.
The obstruction charge is a felony. The Biden DOJ also found him guilty of “civil disorder” for attending the protest and five misdemeanors.
Federal agents pulled guns on Marc and his mother when he was arrested.
Marc’s mother wrote to The Gateway Pundit to share her experiences as the mother of a J6 political prisoner.
It was a beautiful sunny day,

Earlier today, President Trump released a statement on his positions for abortion and abortion rights.
President Trump stated on Truth Social that he believes the individual states should be allowed to make abortion policy.
President Trump also announced his support for IVF treatments for families that want a baby, saying, “The Republican Party should always stand for life.”
Following his remarks Trump slammed Senator Lindsey Graham for his previous remarks on abortion.
Lindsey Graham is famous for delivering the midterms to Democrats with his proposed abortion regulations after Graham announced legislation to ban abortion in the US after 15 weeks.
Lindsey wanted to make sure Democrats have something to push them to the polls.
Comments:
The first thing President Trump should do when he gets back in the White House is pardon ALL J6 political prisoners immediately and with prejudice.
