Letitia James vs. Beef: The War on Food

Original Article

New York Attorney General Letitia James, of Trump prosecution fame, has turned her lawfare sights on one of the country’s, and in fact one of the world’s, largest meat producers. Via The Post Millennial (emphasis added): On Wednesday, New York Attorney General Letitia James announced that she had filed a lawsuit against meat producer JBS Foods' American division, JBS USA Food Company. James alleged that officials were "misleading the public" about the JBS USA's environmental impact, namely via their claim that the company would "achieve net zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2040" while still planning to "increase production*, and therefore increase its carbon footprint.

The proper response from meat producers is: "Pending outcome of this lawsuit, we are voluntarily suspending ALL beef sales in the state of New York. Thank you for your prior support, and we look forward to serving you in the near future. Please let the Attorney General know how this effects you personally"

This is Bugs Bunny "imbessel" and Ultra-Maroon territory, but it's not surprising because the Greens are the most misanthropic people ever born, worse than the communists, worse than the Nazis, worse than the Islamists due to their overweening ambition. They mean to kill fifteen-sixteenths of humanity, not including themselves, natch, for the good of the planet. In 2021 the Sri Lankan the government listened to the Gorons and the United Nations, imposed a ban on inorganic fertilizers and pesticides, and a lot of Sri Lankans went hungry during the declared food emergency. For good measure the economy collapsed. President Rajapaksa was driven out in a real insurrection. The Prime Minister's house was burned to the ground. Some other top dogs had to run for their lives, like Baby Doc Duvalier in Haiti. The people had had enough. American Democrats don't have the foggiest idea what a real insurrection would look like, having not seen one on J6. J6 wasn't even close to that, and everyone locked up for J6 is a political prisoner who should sue for damages.

They are actually a Brazilian company...The US division is a "Delaware Corporation"(did she asked JoByd'n if she could go after them???) Though their headquarters is Dallas. They got waivers to buy Smithfeild(largest pork producer) Swift Meats(major meats of all kinds) They own Butterball...the largest meatpacking plants in America, Canada, Brazil, Argentina, Australia, New Zealand...as well as all of the related byproducts, plastics, feed an fertilizers related to their main industries. But notice her language...She states that saavy global climate concerned citizens WANT to "Pay More" for foods that are sold by Globally aware companies, and she thinks JBS is undercutting those higher priced purveyors, without doing quite enough to reach the (totally voluntary) 2030-2050 "Targets". Targets that are YEARS away...Her goal is to MAKE consumers Pay More! Thus reduce the amounts they can/will buy. and "Saving the World". Some year back ICE raided 26 of their plants and rounded up 12,000 illegal workers...leading to major charges and nationwide investigations over fake SS numbers and Id's. Dems then granted additional AG exemptions to increase foreign workers numbers to be "Legally" brought in.

Fani Willis and Nathan Wade Now Facing
Trouble With the Georgia State Bar

After all the problems regarding Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis and her former paramour, whom she appointed to be a special prosecutor in the Trump election case, you knew that they were going to be in trouble. Now, they have been referred by a watchdog group to the Georgia state bar for misconduct. The American Accountability Foundation (AAF) is alleging that the pair violated the rules of professional conduct in ethics complaints they filed with the bar. The AAF claims Wade lied under oath about the relationship with Willis and that Willis kept campaign money for personal use, and admitted it during her testimony.

She didn’t persuade enough of them, so now she’s blaming them for not being the right kind of Republicans. “I get why Republicans are leaving the Republican Party, because we were just always about small government and freedom: economic freedom, personal freedom,” Haley told a gaggle of reporters Friday.

At least, that's the conclusion the New York Times comes to after releasing its latest poll with Siena College. Advertisement The presumptive Republican nominee leads President Joe Biden 48-43 in a national poll of registered voters. And that's not even the worst news for Biden. Jake Sherman of Punchbowl News has that. [Tweet] But it's the "why" behind Biden's lagging numbers that makes the collapse of his support so easy to explain. Only one in four voters think the country is moving in the right direction.

CNN has been desperately treading water for years now. The former king of cable news has been bleeding ratings for years, with Fox News typically topping all the networks night after night. Indeed, defense attorney Harry MacDougald cited six examples of actual conflicts of interest, any one of which is sufficient to disqualify Willis and her office. Yet it’s unlikely that it will happen.
