While many on the left are cheering the recent civil fraud ruling ordering Trump to pay $355 million, famed entrepreneur and Shark Tank star Kevin O'Leary has been teaching a MasterClass on why it is unjust and could destroy New York.
One person who defended the verdict is CNN’s Laura Coates, who clearly doesn't understand the implications or perhaps even the details of the case.
"Wouldn't there be many companies who would not want to do business or loan money to people like yourself for investors if they know that they can get away with fraud and there's no recourse to protect them?" she asked.
"Excuse me, what fraud?" he asked.

What is Trump's recourse now that he must pay a ridiculously massive "fee" to even file an appeal of this abomination?
Serious question. Ideas opinions suggestions, please. It's beyond Stalinist. It's Kafkaesque .

O'Leary was emphatic about not caring for or supporting Trump. I suppose I know why he felt he had to make that point, appearing on CNN and all. I no longer support Trump either; his military comments are all unforced errors that many people who care deeply about the military and those who serve/have served find offensive; however, I also care deeply about what government actors, under the color of law, are doing to Trump, which is way beyond offensive and is prohibited by custom, tradition and public law. The higher up the government feeding chain the anti-Trump actors may be embedded, their penalties should be exponentially more punitive, to include life in prison without parole or even the death penalty. If a law enforcement officer uses his/her badge of office in committing sexual assault, the penalties are enhanced in every state in which I'm aware, which is why abusing the legal system as democrat actors have abused Trump, should carry extremely harsh penalties, as a swinging pendulum of lawfare (used by whichever side is in power) is essentially death to our entire system of government. The disparate treatment of Biden and Trump is no accident but has unfolded expressly by design. Government sanctioned lawfare is grounds for a popular uprising to ensure it never happens again and that the violators are removed permanently from the public sphere.

Liberals continue to their track to destroy America. This is but another thing, but there is likely no coming back from this Democrat imposed thing. Now for America to survive, many corrupt people in power will need to swing from trees, lampposts, whatever is handy and effective. Talking no longer works.

#3, what Trump military comments are you talking about? Ones that were made up by leftists that he never said?
Can you provide a link to an exact quote?
Oh, I’m a vet myself. I’ve never heard Trump disparage the military.
So, how about a link?

As to "suggestions" - Since Trump is barred from getting a loan to appeal the verdict from any bank licensed to do business in NY State, that pretty much bars any and all banks from being a possible lender. So my recommendation is Trump should go to one of the big insurance companies for the loan.

Its not some secret plan. David Plouffe's tweeted This the second Trump talked of draining the swamp: "Trump must not only be defeated but destroyed, so that his kind shall not rise again."
Whether Trump overcomes the persecution or not, they've already succeeded at preventing the next Trump. You won't get another billionaire swamp drainer to put his cocktail down and have his life ruined by the US deep state. You better hope Trump succeeds bc he is the last division.
And this is Dday. If the commies push him back into the sea, that's all there is, and the immense power that destroyed him will be brought to bear on YOU.

He should have simply asked the CNN troll the question:
"Is the entire developer and financing industry in New York broken, or is it more plausible that the Manhattan DA is corrupted by partisan politics?"

President Trump can appeal the ruling...but he must put up the judgement in a bank of HIS choosing...until the Appellate court hears it...AG litttacha cannot seize any of the Trump properties even if she said so at her news conference...she doesn't have a chance because it will take years for the Appellate court to hear it....and President Trump will be president again....
