Biden Pulls The Plug On EVs

When President Joe Biden issued regulations that he and his side of the political aisle hoped would eventually lead to electric vehicles replacing automobiles that burn gasoline and diesel fuel, it was regarded as a glorious moment. The backtracking, however, has begun, a welcome development we didn’t believe was possible from the man who once irresponsibly promised “to end fossil fuel.” Unfortunately, it’s being done for the wrong reasons. The New York Times reported over the weekend that the “administration intends to relax elements of one of its most ambitious strategies to combat climate change,

It just shows he didn't think it thru to begin with and didn't know what the hell he was doing, as most days, and after he shuts domestic production down and gas costs an arm and a leg and makes us dependent on foreign oil! Stupid man, what a fool!

"think it thru" and Joe Biden are words that don't belong remotely close to each other. Joe's executive orders and exhortations, to the extent that he is the author of them, are purely aspirational. (Here "aspirational" means "political.") "End fossil fuel"? How about "end cancer as we know it"? Sure, why not? Applause all 'round.

How can anyone actually account for the damage his crazed environmental policies have done. Ford and Chevy have lost Billions of Dollars and they have EV's sitting on the lots that will probably sit there for years. Inflation, higher costs for everything., and of course the rich people who are stuck with this electric curse that they bought.

Biden's actions are all political cheap tricks. He bought the "climate" people by pushing EVs. Now that no one wants them and labor is ticked off at him, he slinks away from the issue ... unless he wins reelection, then back to business as usual. The same with immigration. Leftists are pushing open borders. Biden green lights them. The brilliant Southern border governors shipped a small portion of the illegals to Sanctuary cities and the cities are collapsing under the weight of their policies. In this case, Biden's monkeys have no clue as to how to handle it. They are double talking as fast as they can but it's gibberish. Not only are all the things Biden has done BAD POLICY, they are disingenuous. Biden and his people don't care about any of these things. They are manipulating votes and payoffs. When it goes bad, they lie and pivot to other things. The good thing is, ALL of Biden's actions are collapsing at the same time. There is nowhere to hide from his incompetence and criminality. He isn't even "well meaning". He deserves the condemnation of history.

The US Army is going to be so disappointed that they didn't get those 30-ton electric tanks that can't go through water. The Air Force pilots, on the other hand, are quite relieved. Mid-air refueling would have been fun in an electrical storm.

By the time the November election comes around the Democrats will be portraying themselves to be more conservative on all the national failed policies that Biden and the Obama crew that actually runs the White House have put in place, as the wimpy Republicans stand around with their mouths open. Then after the election, win or lose, the Democrats will swing back to supporting their failed policies that were designed to permanently change the political demographics of the USA.

They are reducing the allowable tailpipe emissons from any internal combustion engine car to the point that it will be impossible to sell one which complies. Same exact result, just a different tactic. NOTHING has changed. They want ALL normal cars gone and only the expensive, crappy, short ranged electric disasters to be available.

I'll try and keep saying it: We've got to stop this "Biden this, Biden that" because we know it is not Biden, it is the Democrat Party handlers (Obama, etc). We're allowing the Obama crowd to run someone against Biden in 2024 if we don't keep grinding away how these are Democrat policies and not just Biden policies. Getting rid of Biden but keeping Democrats in power accomplishes nothing.

EV's are just a ruse, a head fake. Those pushing EV's know full well that most Americans have no place to charge an EV, so they will NEVER buy one. If gas cars are no longer available most Americans will be forced to use whatever public transportation is available. That is the REAL real goal they are not telling you: forced use of public transit. They don't want an end to gas cars. They want an end to ALL personal vehicles. These people are monsters.

Has there ever been a more hypocritically thin-skinned occupation than journalism? Day after day these relatively uneducated writers piously dish out opprobrium on those they don’t like and then respond like whiny spoiled brats when anyone dares to criticize them. The latest example of this involves Uri Berliner, a senior editor at National Public Radio who we learned on Tuesday was suspended without pay for having the temerity to complain that this taxpayer-supported enterprise had become hopelessly agenda-driven. Berliner has worked at NPR for a quarter century and describes himself

It’s long been known around Washington, as former Defense Secretary Robert Gates once said, that Joe Biden “has been wrong on nearly every major foreign policy and national security issue over the past four” – now five – “decades.” So the conflicts raging around the world and forecasts of World War III should have been expected. But, hey, at least we didn’t elect in 2020 the guy who sent impetuous tweets that upset elites and snowflakes. As president, Biden has projected American weakness in a Carter-esque fashion, starting with his chaotic and deadly withdrawal from Afghanistan, which a State Department report said

After spending decades peddling the fiction that the rich don’t pay their fair share of taxes, Democrats have convinced 60% of adults that it’s true, according to the latest I&I/TIPP poll. That includes half of Republicans and nearly two-thirds of independents. But just because most people believe something doesn’t make it true. And in this case, it is wildly and demonstrably false. As our I&I/TIPP poll report today shows, the richest 1% of Americans now pay 45% of all federal income taxes collected, “the highest levels of taxes as a share of the total in history.” The bottom 75% of income earners, in stark contrast,

We recently received a Biden-Harris campaign fundraising email, and if this is the best pitch they can make, then Joe Biden deserves to lose, bigly. It’s full of lies. It’s completely disconnected from reality. Biden takes no responsibility for the nation’s current troubles, and offers absolutely no solutions. The email begins “I know this message is long.” Except it’s not – it’s less than 430 words, which isn’t much for an email that promises to remind readers “of all the things we have been able to accomplish because of our victory in 2020.” The next sentence is a flat-out lie.

As Rasmussen put it, he’d rather see that number lower, but that’s not bad. But more than a third of the elite 1% he surveyed would condone cheating. And among those who are “politically obsessed”

Over the past three years, more than 88,000 Americans left Harris County, Texas, yet its population actually increased by 104,000. And, while we found that, overall, 3.7 million people moved
