How Hur’s Report Hid Biden’s Obstruction

Every engaged citizen knows that Donald Trump was indicted for obstructing the Department of Justice's investigation of his retention of presidential records by not turning over all his presidential documents, classified and unclassified. He was also indicted for possessing classified documents. Special Counsel Robert Hur’s similar investigation of President Biden has just concluded, with Hur declining to indict Biden for his willful possession of classified documents, justifying the contrast with Trump by noting that, unlike Trump, Biden cooperated with the FBI and did not obstruct justice.

It's a tricky decision, whether or not to eat other people, and one that should be considered carefully, even though, "ethically, cannibalism poses fewer issues than you might imagine," according to an unsigned, subscriber-only piece in New Scientist. Nobody wanted to put their name on that or leave it outside the paywall? Never fear, I provided New Scientist with my credit card number — and, to my mild distress, with my home address — so I could read the excuse for cannibalism so powerful that its author must remain a mystery. Something screwy happened in the Nevada primary, and it utterly destroys the claim that the 2020 election was the most fair and secure in history. Because of the COVID pandemic, a whopping 43% of the votes cast in the 2020 election were mail-in ballots. Many governors unilaterally (and illegally) changed election laws to make this happen, and anyone who challenged the safety and security of mail-in voting was deemed a conspiracy theorist. We've covered the problems of mail-in voting in the past, and it seems things haven't improved. Now, Nevada residents are learning that they voted in the state primary — even though they didn't.

America’s Open Border – Intentionality

It’s clear that America’s open border is an unmitigated disaster, allowing over 300,000 known migrants to enter the U.S. each month. Migrants are arriving from all over the world, including from geopolitical adversaries like China and Afghanistan. Few are vetted, meaning their health, criminal, education, vocations, literacy, and motivations are unknown. Anyone can ask for political asylum, as they are coached to do. To federal border agents, they are a massive herd of cattle, and it’s all they can do just to get them across the border, feed and hydrate them, and put them on plane to Denver, New York, or Chicago. There are also an unknown number of euphemistically.

One of the creepiest videos I’ve ever seen showed a mixed-up partnership in which the man claimed to be a woman, and the woman claimed to be a man. That’s not even the creepy part. What was creepy was that the woman (i.e., fake man) had a baby, and the man (i.e., fake woman) tried to “breastfeed” that poor little infant. That was bad. Much worse is that a trust in Britain’s National Health Service is claiming that a man given a dangerous chemical cocktail can, in fact, breastfeed a baby. Matt Walsh gives a good rundown of what led to the video and then has the actual clip itself.

It's been nearly 40 years since the Berlin Wall collapsed and the end of history arrived. While most people welcomed the peace and prosperity the interim has brought, the organic evolution of the world has been stunted, forced into a straitjacket, and grown misshapen. Our predicament is that we fear the bad old 20th century, and yet the shoes we walked out of its ruins with are pinching our 21st-century feet. No one feels the contradiction more than the hegemon itself. Is there any way for America to relax the reins on the world-order stagecoach without risking a team of runaway horses? Greg Lawson frames the problem in this way.

Joe Biden made some remarks on the death of Alexi Navalny on Friday. Biden blamed Russian leader Vladimir Putin for his death, emphasizing, "Putin is responsible." While he made a brief tribute to Navalny, he turned it back to his constant complaint, saying that we had to provide more money to Ukraine because of this. He claimed, as he has in the past, that the "failure to support Ukraine will never be forgotten." Then you could see him squinting and reading off the teleprompter as he attacked former President Donald Trump, but his brain seemed to break in mid-point as he just stopped and looked so old

Given the wholesale disaster that has been the Biden presidency, one has to wonder how it all happened. We have all seen the Democrat party become radicalized, almost purely Marxist, since the Obama administration. Obama promised to transform the country and he surely did. He effectively drove race relations backward by seventy years. It is common knowledge that Obama despised his VP Biden. Why he was chosen to be his VP in the first place is anybody’s guess. Biden was a known jerk, a racist (his mentor was KKK member/aficionado Robert Byrd), rather dumb, a plagiarist, and a pathological liar.

It appears they are behind the eight-ball as to having a winning presidential candidate, but are they really? Do Not Be Fooled. For this discussion, I’m leaving out the possibility of voting irregularities and assuming the race will be fair. (I know, I know…) It became apparent three years ago that Biden would not be able to run in 2024 due to age-related issues. It was even doubtful that he would finish his one term. President Joe Biden is considering an immigration crackdown that closes the border if more than 8,500 try to cross in one day, a law repeatedly used by former President Donald Trump. The law would, if the migrant crisis reached those numbers per day, unilaterally enact a sweeping ban at the southern border, according to three people familiar with the deliberations. The administration, stymied by lawmakers who rejected a negotiated border bill earlier this month, has been exploring options that Biden could deploy on his own without congressional approval.

Former House Speaker Paul Ryan in an interview Wednesday with the Washington Post bashed former President Donald Trump and “Trump populism,” lamenting that it was now the “establishment.” He said: I am in the minority my party right now. I’m not in the establishment. I’m frankly an anti-establishment Republican. And you, I think you can safely argue — I don’t enjoy acknowledging this — that Trump is the establishment and Trump populism is the establishment and that Trump populism is this more isolationist strain that I think is wrong and dangerous and I don’t support, but that does represent a large swath of Republican voters.

Dozens of Chicago high schools that continue to employ school-resource officers to protect students and staff from violence will no longer be allowed to do so under a plan coming before the far-left city’s education board this week. The “Resolution to Create a Comprehensive Whole School Safety Policy,” which is on the board’s Thursday meeting agenda, would prohibit the 39 city schools that continue to utilize school-resource officers from continuing to do so next school year. If approved, the resolution would direct Chicago Public School leaders to develop “a holistic approach to school safety at every District school” that “addresses root causes” of violence, and that focuses on “restorative justice”

It's been a hell of a week for the Joe Biden foreign policy shop at Foggy Bottom, and that has now extended to Turtle Bay. The two-state solution that Joe Biden wants to impose on the two parties currently at war in the Middle East, a solution neither side will ever accept in the near future, is a myth that's also threatening to collapse the Democratic Party from within. If Joe Biden supports Israel, he loses the Arab-American voting bloc in Michigan,

More appealing movies are a great way to jump the political issues. But more and more, our audience (or the segment of the audience that has been politicized) equate the perceived messaging in a film as a quality issue. They won’t say they find female empowerment distasteful in The Marvels or Star Wars the latest trilogy starring Daisy Ridley], but they will say they don’t like those movies because they are “bad.”

There has been no other president from an earlier era named Joe Biden to be confused with. The academic malpractice doesn’t end there.

Although I was born into a typical Democrat New York City family, I registered as a Republican as soon as I was old enough to vote. Why? Just to be different but at heart, I was as enamored of John F. Kennedy as the nuns at my high school. My first vote was for Democrat Hubert Humphrey, and I worked for Robert F. Kennedy’s senatorial campaign. But I was never really a Republican at heart until Ronald Reagan ran for president in 1976. Before that epiphany, I was as clueless as the rest of America, and when a German coworker asked me the difference between the two major parties,
